I came in to this location after having had previous terrible experiences but I’m glad to see a leopard hasn’t changed its spots…. We will never be back. They had no bagels, English muffins, wraps or croissants. The person who served me at the cash was chewing his gum and smacking it as he talked. I ordered our drinks - since I had already been in line for 10 mins. Only to get out to the car and back on the road to discover that my tea was coffee. Someone needs to do some retaining of this location. And maybe Tim Hortons should come and do spot checks on the quality of what is taking place at their locations. Terrible overall experience.

I’ve been here a few times… first time, we went to the drive thru and nobody served us at the speaker then when we went around the workers were talking in the lobby. The next time our coffee were cold even though they were black with nothing in it. Tonight we got a mocha that tasted like hot water… and sadly didn’t realize till we were already on the highway. We kept going to the location out of convenience but now just wasting our time/money. Anyways go to another location! Or hopefully service changes

The small dining area of this Tims is SOOOOO disgusting! I assume they at least wipe down the tables now and then. But the floor is incredibly gross. It’s Spring, early April, and the floor looks like it hasn’t been mopped all winter. I didn’t want to touch anything because it all looked so dirty. I bought a cream donut that had no cream. That sucks. Not sure they even make them on site. But the cleanliness in the dining area… what does that mean for how clean they keep things in the back? Maybe stick to the drive thru if you are good with out of sight, out of mind.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Terrible location. I had a bad experience a few months back where I could hear the young staff swearing at each other while waiting for my food so I said to myself I wouldn’t go back. My boyfriend wanted to stop and I said not to but he said it was the most convenient location. We received a farmers wrap with no sauce or hash brown and a bagel with nothing on it when he asked for cream cheese. On top of that, the young staff were too busy talking to each other and hardly paid attention to us. Absolutely terrible. Do not go there.

Extremely slow service in line despite no long lineup, out of common items such as eggs and bacon, staff simultaneously seemed untrained and disgruntled at having to work, barely interacted, slow service at the window, and food was almost cold even though I was the second of only two cars in the lineup. Overall, disgrace to the banner. Avoid, go farther it will be better.

will go to the Tim's that is further away for now on. Staff doesn't care how long people wait. Food is always trash. You can wait 20 min for a breakfast wrap that is made terribly Owner and mangers should be ashamed of how terrible the service is.

Asked for light butter, they gave me this. Not sure if they are taking advantage of the legalized pot in Canada, but someone is clearly high. Also the fellow who answers the mic and the window, has no personality and is the definition of a pig with lipstick on.

The worst and slowest drive thru I’ve ever been to. All I ordered was a coffee. It took them a million years to make it and then when I got to the window I paid and the worker walked away leaving my coffee in the window instead of handing it to me and never came back. AND THEY DIDNT EVEN FILL MY COFFEE

It's a Tim Hortons, not too interesting, busy in the morning. Mostly the same customers every day. Staff seems a bit familiar for my tastes, but could be friendly and pleasant for people who like that. My coffee tasted a little watered down, so maybe I'll go for the dark roast for more boldness.

Beautiful and clean facility. Super friendly staff. I went in to refill my water bottle while on a bike ride and they surprised me. They were so kind and offered me ice and got me some nice cool water with crushed ice. I was expecting luke

My mom just went there to grab a tea and the girl, Cloe (I think that was her name) there around 6:30pm so rudely told her to wait through hand gestures and made her wait more than 10 mins! She never actually served her, someone else did.

Place uses expired products. I didn't complain the first or second time, but now it's been 3 separate occasions. Everything is half-done and they don't answer phones/care about customer service. Waste of time, avoid at all costs.
