This Tim Hortons is busy because of its location and not quality or customer service. Consistently poor customer experience inside the restaurant. I’ve heard negative comments about service from people waiting in the line and I agree. Signage is poor - the mobile order pick up ceiling sign is missing so it’s not clear. Covid-19 signage and directions are confusing and inadequate. Both doors are open but only one has any signs about Covid. Arrows are taped on the floor but it’s confusing which way to go since they’ve worn out and now they’re just lines. Only one kiosk has a sign taped on it so the other one looks open for business - it’s not. Why not just turn off the machines completely? Why 2 stars instead of 1? Well, they did get my order correct. Mind you, it was just a black coffee but gotta celebrate the small things... Dear franchise owner / manager, some Tim Hortons improve over time. Over the past two years, this one doesn’t seem to have improved. I try to avoid this one if I can. I’m more than happy to change my review when things improve. Feel free to respond to this review.

Completely unacceptable. I asked for a turkey sandwich with NO bacon sunday Feb 5th @3:30 pm and when i got to work i check the sandwich and it had bacon in it. I couldnt take the sandwich back because of my work and when i was done work they were already closed at 9pm. I waited till tuesday the 7th because i never got the time to go back. When i got there i explained to the lady in drive thru and she said okay drive up, So i go there and she says “your total will be $8”. I asked why do i have to pay this has happened to me not once but MULTIPLE times and when i come back and explain to them without hesitation they give me the sandwich I originally asked for. She told me i have to bring the other sandwich back but that is FALSE. Never has anyone asked me to do that. Why should i if they are the ones who gave me a wrong order. I dont know if she was the manager or not but either way thats . UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!

We ordered a hashbrown inside a sausage breakfast sandwich while going through th drive through. We took a moment to check our order in the car, and the older woman in the window was was very pushy and assured us that everything was as ordered while we were checking. As we left the drive through, we realized not only was there no hash brown in the sandwich, but there was so hash brown at all and the sandwich was bacon. When we returned, the same woman gave up more attitude because we asked for a hash brown. She was extremely impatient and uncooperative. As a loyal daily tim hortons customer, this was really upsetting. I find quality of customer service to be extremely lacking at this location. Getting breakfast should not include a confrontation with someone who clearly hates her job and her life. Merry christmas to you too.

The knowingly tried to hand me a product that was worth half of the one they paid for, I caught them and they said sorry we are out of the other one. I asked for my money back and they short changed me on the refund. I filed a complaint with corporate as it was the store manager who was working drive thru and essentially condensing theft. Corporate said the distract manager would get back to me and then loan behold they passed all my personal information to the store manager who did the wrong. If the store owner would like to discuss this I'm open to talking but I think new management is needed. Update.... Judging by your response you clearly didn't read my complaint where I stated I had already called that number to file a complaint. No wonder why this store is run poorly.

Cream is bad! Coffee is curdled I had to bring it back and the manger took it changed it with the same coffee that’s in the big coffee bin the lady who was working at drive through told him it was normal for the coffee to be like that! It was so bad I wish I had taken a photo, the ice cap machine also tastes off .. service is ridiculously slow especially inside they have ONE cashier on and usually the cashier is somewhat new and slow tons of people have walked out due to the lack of service. Drive through is fast because there pushing you out throwing your stuff at you grabbing your payment and closing the window without even a thank you I also try to avoid this location even tho it’s the most convenient one around.

I was at Esso and decided to pick up a couple donuts. I stood there waiting and there was a sign saying please join us in the drivethrough and that the dining room was closed. 1. They don't have a dining room. It did not say anything about take out inside the station was closed. When the girl came out she rudely said we're closed and that we had to go through the drivethrough. I said it doesn't say that and she returned with "well I'm telling you its closed." Very rude. The couple behind me left the station and walked home. They didn't have a car to go through the drivethrough. After the girl's behavior I refused to go through and went home. So much for they're being here for their customers. I will never purchase anything from that Tim's again.

Worst tim Hortons in the city. Staff are too busy talking amongst themselves to listen to your order, ordered 2 wraps, a bagel, and 2 hot chocolates and I only received 1 wrap(made with sausage when it should have been bacon), 1 hot choc and 1 bagel with the wrong cream cheese. When I asked for the rest of my food I was told that they only charged me for what I got and that they wouldn’t be willing to put through another transaction for the rest of my food. I will be contacting corporate and I will never be back at your location while I also advise my colleagues to avoid you.

I used to LOVE going to this Tim’s. I’ve been going there since I was 10 years old!! Because of this one employee called Carolyne, a French lady who works only in the morning, let me tell you that I will NEVER go there ever again! She is so Rude and has 0 sense of customer service. Every time she’s there she ruins my morning with her bad attitude. I am shocked that she is still working there after all the complaints I heard from friends/ family about her! I live 2 minutes from this location and I’d rather drive 15 minutes to go to the next location! I will be making a complaint to Better Business Bureau because this woman provides a very toxic attitude to the clients and her co workers!!!

If I could rate no stars, I would. This specific Tim Hortons is the closest to my work that is open before 6am... so I have had to endure their service quite a handful of times. They have the same person on drive-thru every time and being bilingual, I cannot understand her French or her English. She seems to just yell into the microphone. After waiting for 10 minutes at 5:45am in the drive-thru, they tell me their debit isn't working. I ask if the inside one is working, and they said I could try. When I went inside I was ignored for 5 minutes with no one else in line. I just left because by then it was past 6am, and I went to the timmies by Ray friel instead.

Very disappointed with the way we were served twice when my father in-law and i stopped in for some breakfast this morning. First we ordered the new maple bacon egg sandwiches and the attendant was just cold and unpleasant. Would not even look you in the face/eyes when taking our order. On our way out we decided to get my wife some timbits and again the attendant that served us was so rude and unpleasant, really ruined the experience and left us feeling upset leaving the store. Not interested in coming back anymore…

This franchise deliberately overcharges by playing around with the way you order items. I ordered a steak breakfast sandwich meal with a large coffee and a bagel with tomatoes and lettuce with a large coffee. This order usually comes to 12$. Today the manager charged me a steak sandwich with a large coffee and a BLT meal (no bacon) with a large coffee, the total 18.40$. This manager refused to change the order and used the fact that it was the morning rush to force me to pay. I regret it, I should have left empty handed with all my money. Look at you receipt, this is stealing in my opinion!

Unfortunately Timmy's does not have any options for egg white only breakfast sandwiches nor do they have turkey sausage for ppl who cannot eat pork for health, allergy, or religious reasons. This really eliminates a huge amt of potential clientele. It is wonderful that they're offering soy & almond milk options.

If I could give this Tim Horton's -10 stars I would. This has to be the most incompetent incompetent and slow Tim hortons in all of Orleans Orleans. I have done drive-through and In store dinning. Besides the fact that they are slow they have messed up our order a number of times and I just can't fathom why I have to stand 30 minutes in line to get it to then once I pay in wait have to remind the person 3 more times about that I'm waiting for a tee somebody needs to go in there and actually handle this Tim hortons and make it efficient otherwise just close it down.

Okay so I know it’s not a 5 star restaurant, but a basic level of polite service could go a long way. Being rushed through my drive-thru order and interrupted multiples times only to be greeted at the window with ~5 entirely unfriendly faces is not a great experience. I’m really trying to find a friendly Tim Hortons to go to in the area (that doesn’t run out of food), especially when I have a larger order to place. This ain’t it.

I am never coming back to this Tim hortons, we place an order a week ago it was all wrong, then called at the store their assistant manager Shagan was super rude and wasn’t trying to help. After a bit of back and forth, she told me that I could come back I would get the same stuff on the house. So I went back through drive through, the cashiers were very ignorant about the issue, kept repeating to come in to the store, but I was in rush. Super bad experience. Would never recommend this place or ever come back here. I would give it zero stars if I had the option.

I also have a bad experience with a employee in the early morn ing a older French lady. Bad attitude and when she's working there is always an excuse to not make certain food. Like anything with hash browns in it. I have had so many excuses from her from the press is broken to recently the funniest this morning is the oven doesn't ake the hash browns .? Umm sorry but yes the oven does i think she thinks we don't know how tims works. When she's not working I get my food and hash browns. I dont know how this women is still there. Very rude.

Of coures Tim Hortons gets high marks...except it would get that last star if it weren't for removing the garbage cans from the drive through! I get that it must be anoying to empty the cans every 3 hours in -20 deg weather, however EVERY job has its garbage duties. Just getting rid of the can will not work. The pile of litter along your drive through is partly selfish people's fault, but a good part of the blame has to be on the policy makers who decided removed the bins. Tim Hortons branded litter is bad advertising.

If I could give a negative star rating, I would. Don’t bother going to this location, it’ll be a complete waste of your time. My order was handed to me incorrectly TWICE. The woman who served me at the window proceeded to blame me for her mistake and refused to fix it or refund me. I am absolutely baffled by this horrendous experience, you would think Tim Hortons would care more about customer retention considering there are about 6 other places with better products and better service in a 5 km radius. SHAMEFUL.

How is this edible? This is always what happens. I go to this location because i work in the same plaza. Everytime i go they mess up my order. Charge me for something i didnt get, giving me the wrong order. 2.50$ for a bagel that i cant eat??!! I get that its busy, but this morning i was alone in the drive through and all the employees didnt seem to care much about their job

If going through the drivethru and they ask you to pay and move forward and someone will bring out your order - DO NOT FALL FOR IT ! Waited 7 minutes for a single tea. Could have been miscommunication internally. Could have been an employee stating "not my job". Could have been a game to see how long till disgruntled customer comes stomping in. When stating "it will be less than 2 minutes" - stay in the queue and hold up the line because "it will only be less than 2 minutes.

Will not return to this tim Hortons. I was working with 3 elderly disabled clients when I entered the tim Hortons, all with mobility issues. One of the clients slipped and fell in the lobby on the water that was in the enterance. There was no “ wet” sign posted, nor did it look like this area was cleaned mopped. Not a single one of the 10 employees working at the time came over to help, or ask if we were ok or needed anything. Brutal customer service.

Just drove from innes and merbleu location to the 10th location for no reason. So the first location doesn't offer honey mustard...kind of weird as a franchise...Anyways go to this location on 10th line and they forgot my honey mustard all together. the level of competence from Tim's employees is sad. 2 places can't even offer a proper sandwich without any mistakes. They should offer there food at half price if you can only offer half the service

It is probably the best Timmie's in the area, as it keeps its products well stocked and the ones behind the counter are friendly and are willing to go out of their way to be helpful. As a disabled individual, they are often sure to ask if they can carry my coffee to the table, etc.It is also a quiet place to sit in the morning even though it is busy with lots of customer traffic. LOL and their WIFI works well too, better than many of the others.

Don’t get me wrong I love Tim Horton’s menu. Unfortunately I have to give this one a 1 star due to poor service. The women who handed me my breakfast sandwich and tea looked so stressed out for no reason. I warned her That my lid wasn’t closed properly Incase shecould burn her self by giving me my tea. She gave me a nasty look. Anyways all in all my food was cold it wasn’t done properly and ya just not good service from this location.

Incredibly unimpressed. Just went through the drivethru and got myself a mocha latte. Around 4:45pm today. A young man handed me my drink. As I’m driving I’m trying to drink it and it keeps spilling everywhere. All in my cup holder in my brand new truck also. Get home poor the latte in a mug. Realize the cup looked damaged. Turns out the roll up the rim has been tampered with and opened! Need to teach your staff a lesson.

This location is a disaster. The drive thru line is always long and it's chaotic when you order inside. Don't bother placing a mobile order to try and save time. You end up waiting anyways. No one seems to be in charge so you have to hound them to get your order. It's unfortunate that they closed the other location down Tenth Line. It was much better.

It's relatively fast service considering the amount of people in drive through every day. How ever, I'm docking stars since the lady in drive through in the early mornings stresses me out. She's quite rude to be honest. Every other worker how ever, good job. I know the pain of working at Tim hortons. It's a nice change to be greeted so sweetly by all the other employees. She's my only problem.

Good Tim's location. When I arrived ona Sunday at noon, it was rather busy but did not have time wait too long. Be advised that if you want to order a large container of coffee, the one that has like atleast 10 servings, you will need to order in advance. I just ordered a large decaf and it came out in about 5 minutes.

Went in asking if they had any french vanilla cappuccino Keurig pods. The young cashier didn't know, so she went to ask someone. I don't know her name, she was an older lady. When she came over, she asked " what do you want?" She clearly needs more training in her customer service skills.

The only thing these employees appear to pay any care, is to their drive - thru times. They understand nothing in terms of customer service, and the coffee tastes disgusting. Half the time your order is incorrect or made with very little care. My recommendation would be to go to the McDonald's across the street, for better service and product quality.

Website for THIS location says open 24 hours (times updated by BUSINESS 3 weeks ago)...... I just went now after double checking online that it said open, and it WASN'T open, not even the drive thru!!! I'm not the only one who came at this time but I'm very upset.... Waited 30 minutes for a coffee… they had the slowest person on cash for the people inside but for drive thru, they have 6 people with maybe like 5 cars in the drive thru? Whoever is managing today has 0 clue what to do. 30 minutes for a coffee.. are you guys growing the coffee in store? Lol makes no sense.

I'm never getting the same tasting coffee. I think it's being diluted nowadays. It's disappointing. I now just make my own espresso and coffee blend in the morning with distilled water for the best tasting coffee anyone could make. Costs me no more than a dollar and I only the need one coffee!

I'm completely done with this location. I literally have never had a good experience. From my food being sloppy in the packaging to tasteless or burnt coffee. I don't know if it is a training facility or if it is utter incompetence but It is really sad to see such sub par service and product.

We are all human I made the mistake of ordering pickup inside and when we got to the window the clerk made me go inside Instead of giving it to us at the window! When I got inside my order wasn’t even started and the were cheap on the spread! Rude and unprofessional services!

This location seems to be a good one. They do get busy but I haven’t had any problems with the food or staff here at all. They get 4 stars because they’re slow and I’ve waited excessively long but it’s hot food that’s fresh and tea / drinks are always made right.

I have had issues with this location in the past but looked past them. Just now was served by "Jared" in the drive-thru...wow what abysmal service. I understand its late and what not but come on man, paying customers shouldnt be treated like that.

If you go to this location, you probably shouldn't ask them to scan your rewards card. The employee will slam the window and practically throw the card scanner at you. Then, if you let the assistant manager know what happened, they won't care.

It's a Tim Hortons. Service seems stressed, food is put together in a hurry creating a McDonald's like quality (which is not a compliment), and the washrooms are tiny and sort of clean. The focus is obviously the drive through.

I found that the quality of the coffee varied between the time of day, and also between their coffee shops. A couple of the times, the coffee didn't taste that great, however their breakfast sandwiches are always good.

Worst ever. Took for ever to get our order and nothing was right. The lady basically made our order while we waited at the window. Took a good 20 min to get an ice coffee, chocolate chill and a cookie.

Don't bother with dine in, they have 5 workers in drive thru and 1 cash worker at all times. They also charge you 5 cents if you ask for a cup of water and it wont even be cold
