Bad experience with a server, she was short in patience with me, my french is not perfect but I try while visiting Quebec. I misunderstood her that they didn't have any yogurts but I thought she had mini omelettes so anyway all they had was tim matin sandwich. At least she got it for me and it was good!

Very, very limited opening hours due to staff shortage. Since months, it is open on morning only. In plain words: they're never open when you wanna drop by and management doesn't seem/want to make it work. Weird when the other local Tim Horton's continue to operate quite well. More

A good 30 minute wait for few people. They were missing eggs, long bread, no more bacon. Atmosphere, extremely unpleasant. They were arguing. The one who made the sandwiches goes to sweep the floor but doesn't wash his hands afterwards to prepare the sandwiches... More

My experience was bad because our coffee as not given until about 10 minutes or more, although drive thru customers have been receiving their coffees - more than 5 cars passed but our coffee remained at the counter, i dont know why.. also,

Tim hortons quality has been going down the drain for many years now and they seem in no hurry to stop this process. It seems every time I go, one of their better menu item is removed or made worse, the latest casualty being their steak

So far 2 nights since arriving Thursday for work I’ve ran across the street from the hotel to grab something for my wife and myself both nights within an hour of the posted closing hours only to find it’s already closed. Sadly not only

Why bother to have a menu when everything a person try’s to order is sold out. Extremely poor service. The food was ok but not great. Chicken noodle soup was served cold and had to get it heated. I had expected a much better experience

Service was fine, but selection was horrible.. it's not like I came at midnight and expected the world.. But at 8pm I would expect a little more selection..

Only 2 people before me in the line, but still took 20 mins. You can NOT put a beginner who asking the manager everything behind the casher on rush time!!!
