This is in regards to the location at 1609a Kenaston Blvd. While we were sitting and enjoying our food, I ordered one of the NHL Hockey card binders and 2 packs of cards. My order went through and I was to pick it up at the counter. We tried. “We don’t have them.” I asked for the name of the Manager or store owner so that I could resolve this with them. “I am not allowed to give you that information,” was the response I received from the Shift Supervisor. They would not refund the purchase either. This surprises me. If I order a muffin and they don’t have any, it will tell me that on the app. Why then was I allowed to order the binder if they didn’t have any. I just want the hockey card binder that I paid for. We were happy with everything else but this really clouded our experience and that staff was not willing or able to resolve the situation. TO THE OWNER, please read the entire review not just the part that makes you feel good!!

I normally stop at this Tim Hortons every morning on my way to work, today was the last time when I got what was clearly an old grilled cheese that's been sitting because as you can see in the photo it was not melted. It was also cold. Don't understand what's so difficult about giving a customer fresh goods and not the one that was sitting around. Couldn't even finish it because it just tasted so gross and soggy. Very disappointed. How do you mess up grilled cheese?? Not to mention when you ask for your coffee to be double cupped, or your food to be placed in a bag, they don't do it and when you ask at the window the employees give you attitude for waiting to ask until the window.

Really Bad Services. I ordered Steeped Tea TT and they give me coffee. Moreover, for just one drink i have to wait 5-10 in drive thru and there is nobody else infront of me. They forgot my order. Secondly, i want to order a everything bagel. They told me they dont have it. When i went inside the store to change my tea i saw all the bagels in the showcases. There were 2 girls they just doing chit chat

Another not great experience at this Tim's locations. I've shared my feedback directly with this restaurant in the past regarding the same issues. Figured I'd try again as it had been a while but nope. Again, was served a bagel, charged for cream cheese only to receive this.... Pretty frustrating when you pay extra for cream cheese only to be disappointed time and time again. Will not be going back. Tim's has really gone downhill the last few years and these last few bad experiences are enough to make me go elsewhere from now on.

One of the worst Tim Hortons in winnipeg speed and customer service. Waited over 5 mins to be served when no one else was there. Took over 15 mins to make a tea and coffee. Gave the customer behind me, that showed up later the coffee first. Employees need to stop fooling around with each other and do some work as they are working a job that provides.

Just ordered, and give us the triple triple instead of double double, and told us it is double double, just wrote TT on the lid by mistake! It is not my first time to order DD, I know what it looks like. She just rolled eyes and closed the drive thru window !! What a horrible customer service!! The other girl in the store said they are all supervisors don’t give us any information at all. Don’t come to this Tims ever never!

Just 10 minutes ago I ordered mocha Ice cap and chai tea latte . They made them wrong and I told them that’s not my drinks still nobody listened me and gave me ice coffee instead of mocha ice cap.They gave me just cold milk instead chai tea latte then I asked them to make properly then they made it.I really disappointed .

I don’t usually leave comments but the iced coffee I got from this location at about 9pm is the best Tim’s iced coffee I’ve got in recent years. The coffee is strong enough with just the right portion of milk (not too white which I can’t take) so I decided to drop a note here for this nice coffee :) thanks!

If there’s zero star I will give this zero The sign inside the stall says Maple Dip but they gave me a different Donut! Yes I did reach out to the Manager and she insist that’s maple Dip! Only to find out it was labeled as Canadian Maple. I went back today and ordered French Vanilla and Banana Pecan Muffin. Is this Banana Pecan Muffin?

I think they have to keep 2-3 espresso machines here..every time I come here to find that they are cleaning there espresso machine. Even I come same day twice they say same. 29th July 2023 time 7:51pm. And it takes 20-30mins for cleaning. Wow.

8:53 I order on app for pick up in store. Then I arrived at store at 8:57. And waiting there for 20min! Just one Chocolate creamy chill! Staff looks really unhappy to talk to me. Last time I used app. They tell me never got my order and can not find it. Terrible.

Have to search around for tables that are clean even in the wee morning hours when they should all be clean. Check out this coconut cream filled donut topped with peanut butter. So yummy I almost creamed in my strawberry creamy chill.

If is possible to zero star I will give it service is horrible they never washed hand or change glavs when serving food, unfriendly,store is not clean, horrible, horrible.

They even don’t deserve one star, customer service was zero we came 10 mins ago here for dine in food was cold butter was just like that in our plain cru. They have don’t toasted as we asked. I will never come again here.
