The service was okay. I had to explain myself a few times before she understood what I wanted. Just a double, double chia latte was confusing for her. I know places can get busy, but someone really needs to watch the tables as well. I had to sit at a dirty table the whole time I was there. Not one person came to clear it off & it was not busy at the time. A few women came out to talk, looked around, one came & cleaned the table next to me, but didn't clean mine. If they were trained properly that cleanliness matters, this never would have happened. My mom started out as a waitress, than became head cook & from there she became a head cook for weddings. She planned all the meals for the couples. Anyway, the point is, she kept things clean. Everything had to be clean. From the kitchen,to the tables, to the seats you sat on. The bathroom was also dirty at Tim's. Toilet paper all over the floor, & toilet paper dispenser almost empty. I had just enough. I hate dirty places. There is no reason for lacking cleanliness. Train staff properly. Cleanliness is very important, along with the service. My rant is done !! Chia latte & my broccoli soup were delicious though.

My friends and I have been meeting at this location since it opened. The service was always good, the food was fresh and the staff was friendly. I’m not sure if there has been a change in ownership or management, but this place has really gone downhill. There are never any clean tables, the donuts are stale a lot of the time, and they seem to be letting the coffee sit longer than it should. It’s rare that you are greeted when you walk up to the till, nor do they reciprocate a greeting. Some of staff just stand there with a blank stare until you start placing your order and almost seem angry when doing so. During my visit today, there were a couple of flies crawling all over the donuts and the coffee was burnt. There was almost nobody in the store and very few people coming through the drive-through, yet no one attempted to clean anything. I understand this place gets very busy and people get tired, but it has always been busy and you still got great service in a clean store.

Not so much about this store, more about reward program. Made my 8th purchase today and without asking me, they redeemed my Tim reward and then I was told the reward is equivalent of 40 cents off of my total purchase at just over $9. So I asked them to get my reward point back, then I realize they didn't credit my purchase, so I asked them about it and I was told they can't do anything about it since it's all on the computer program. Then the guy told me I can come into the store to figure all out, then I heard a lady in the store saying: I don't think I can make it work, it's all on the computer. Go do an online review/feedback, so here I am. While I was asking them the reason why they can't provide the credit, the guy said to me: you know you are not getting any rewards before from Tim Hortons, right? This sounds like we are giving you the rewards, you should just take it, if we missed one or two and you got screwed over, it's OK. Forget about what I said at the beginning of this review, it's about this store and reward program.

Really good place for a Tim Hortons, have had a few hilarious issues like when I order my meal, breakfast sandwich, three hashbrowns, and drink, end up with five hashbrowns. Also once order a lg tea took it and I guess she did not see me take it so ended up with two lg teas. What's more hilarious, my complaint, too much in the long run to eat or drink, but I love those types of screw ups. Plus Dolores is very friendly and quite nice, she's strict on her staff but from what I see in a good way for not having any bad issues. She has been funny to, example, on my ordered and she said "bring it up, he's hungry", LOL. Really great place.

I came to this location yesterday Jun 4 mid-afternoon,both bathrooms were filthy. This morning Jun 5, I stopped in again, the bathrooms had not been cleaned since yesterday (the same garbage was in the same places it was yesterday) and were even more disgusting. Urine all over every surface of the toilet. Not only should the people who used it and left it that way be ashamed, but so should the manager of this location for allowing their establishment to be so filthy. Horrible, I will never be back, I have to assume the kitchen is filthy too.

Every time I come to this location, my iced coffee is ALWAYS made wrong. They NEVER put the espresso shot in, get rude and upset when i tell them I don’t think the espresso is added. I’ve ordered the same coffee for awhile so obviously I’m going to know if it’s made right or wrong. Not the first complaint I have either. I found a hair in one of my crispy chicken ranch wraps from this same location. I’ve stopped going to this location since.

brutal service .... i ordered a tea with sugar and honey and rec'd a tea with milk. had to go back to tims from my work to get a new one, and the 2nd tea still had milk in it. i had to go back again to to return it and no one cared. they never offered me any compensation and just stared at me with a blank look. absolutely pathetic service! and i will never go back to that location again. cant even get a tea order correct.

This is the best Timmies in MB!!! The staff are amazing and they go out of they're way to make sure things are done right! They often have given me free food without me even asking!!! Always fast and always friendly. The managers and owners have gone out of they're way to write me a letter to correct they're mistake that I didn't even care that much about! I often drive out of my way to go to this location even though I pass 4 on my way home from work! My wife also does the same!

I ordered a chicken bacon ranch wrap and got food poisoning from it. it was my first time having grilled chicken so idk what’s in their grilled chicken but it gave me food poisoning. not only that, i was the only person in the drive-thru and it took about 10 mins for them just to acknowledge me. once i got to the window the lady was very rude, just shoved the debit machine into my car, and basically tossed me the wrap and didn’t say a single word to me.

My husband comes to this location each night at the same time to buy our coffees and the night drive thru girl insists on writing what she thinks are cute, yet rude little notes on our cups. then complained, so she wrote only on his after that. I contacted head office and she still did it. What she's writing definitely is not your basic letters to state what's in each coffee. So disappointed. Do your job right. I know that Tim Hortons employees bosses expect perfection at customer service from them. This is not!

What else can you say about Tim Hortons? It is like tasting Canada itself! This particular location is very small, though, with limited variety, but good for a quick stop.

Mar. 17/19 @4:45pm. Terrible service. Got very tepid coffee, barely warm. And when I asked them to remake and hot, the guy looked at me like I was an idiot. Even said it felt warm to him. And my wraps were wrong. Though, the screen in drive thru said Farmer's Wrap, I got plain wrap and was charged for a Farmer's Wrap. Didn't know till I got home. And when will they start putting napkins in the bag? Just terrible service this time around.

It's the best Tim Hortons location. I have a few times where staff was slightly difficult. Overall, the staff at this location are amazing. The lady that takes the drive thu orders is friendly and a huge reason I love this location. They are quick in the mornings. I never worry that I don't have time to stop for a coffee.

Visited the Dugald Rd Tim Horton's in Winnipeg this morning. Asked for "add mayo" to my bagel BELT. Opened my sandwich and there was a teeny little dollop of mayo, no larger than a nickel, squirted in the top hole of the bagel. That's it. Not going back to this location since this is the level of customer care provided. Leo Getz was right. "They F you at the drive-thru!" Note: I requested no lettuce, which is why it's missing.

Went there after renovations. Was a mistake on our order as new hires after Reno's didn't understand the menu but the fixed it quickly, politely and the end result was exactly what we went for. We wanted a quick breakfast on the go. The delay was unfortunate but part of a reopen after renovations and the style of service made up for any inconveniences even though I was a few minutes late for work as a result.

Good experience for a Saturday noontime coffee. Not much table clientele, only one group of 8 meeting together in the corner. Lots od drive-thru with Delores at the controls and her friendly demeanor who wouldn't be happy as they go about their daily routine. Can we get a bit more of the usrless items taken off the front counter to make our purchasing experience more enjoyable?

This has to be the slowest Timmies in Canada. Definitely avoid it during peak times. It's a regular occurrence to be trapped in their drive thru line for 15 or 20 minutes. Our food orders were also wrong the last 3 times in a row so make sure you check your bag. The staff are friendly and the food does taste good when you get it. The location is nice and clean inside.

One of the best location for me everytime I come here.....super guys here who serve all the time one of them was Navneet kaur who serve me today.....lot of patience and understand what the customer want to order......I wish this location is close to my home but I always stop here when I come in this area

I got my steep tea , wrap nd potato wedges around 4 pm. I am really disappointed bcz tea was too cold like they made it 15 min earlier nd the wedges u can see its hard I can’t able to eat it . It was like m trying to eat wood sticks . There was two girls who made my order and the wrap taste really good but tea nd wedges poor quality

Have had a few orders messed up and the lines are pretty long in the early morning. I guess it can be fast, but I wish they would be more accurate order-wise. Also, I find my food is kind of cold in the mornings. Like not luke-warm, we are talking cold egg patties that feel like they haven't even been warmed up once.

Giving one star only for the staff, otherwise at this point it's a joke. Never have anything you want to order besides a coffee, surprisingly, at any time of the day. Only reason I go here is because it's close to work on lunch breaks. Coffee is terrible too, not because of location, just in general.

Always get decent food and good service at this location. The very few times I have had a problem, the manager fixed it and gave me a free meal the next time I was in.

There parking lot for this location is small, but the drive Thru is thought out very well. They is a small curb separating the 2 drive thru speakers, right from where you start to enter the drive thru. Service was a little slow. I think today they only had one person covering both drive thru's

A friend and i went through the drive through on roller blades to get water and timbits because we couldn’t go inside with them. The staff ignored us as the place of order so we went to the window. They were hesitant to even acknowledge us. We just wanted timbits !! :(

Dissapointed...they never have any of the soups they have advertised on the menu. At least the 4th time we went in, asked for one of the soups they had on the menu. Told sorry we don'thave that. So why have it on the menu, take it off if you aren't going to have any.

Well just went thru the drive through and waited 20 mins to get one coffee couldn't back out because the lane was so backed up waiting for there orders let's just say very unhappy costumer and not the first time to boot that ur waiting that long to grab a coffee

This is the only Tim Horton's in the east end of Winnipeg that is currently open 24 hours. My spouse had a late night craving and the Tim's that is two minutes from our house closes at 11:00 pm, the location on Dugald Road was the nearest one open 24 hrs.

Keeping in mind that this is still a Tim Hortons, this location is clean and the service staff is very friendly. The drive-thru is likely one of the quickest of the Tim Hortons I've ever experienced.

A fine Tims. Staff are quick and friendly. Coffee is good. Tim bits are tasty. Nothing special though. These places are all the same, but this one is good, some have staff that are slow or just not very quick to serve but this one has great staff.

All the coffee pots need to be cleaned because although they changed my coffee twice it was burnt each time. They have good customer service but timhorton has its own brand. They started with coffee. They should know how to make a good coffee.

Tim’s in Dugald road is my favourite of all in Winnipeg because it’s very convenient and accessible and comfortable drive thru. I always buy my morning coffee here before I’m going to work. Drive thru here is fast and staffs are pro active.

The DUGALD ROAD location is the best in the city!!!! And that is pretty much due to one person (and anyone who goes there will know who I am talking about). I am not sure her name, but she always takes the order at the drive thru GREAT JOB

Some Tims locations are better than others and the Dugald store does it right. It seems like their staff really cares, and that has to be reflective of solid management of the store. I haven't personally met the manager but good work!

Go there often for lunch. Have been for the last 4-5 years. Mistakes on orders every 2 to 3 visits for the last 6+ months. It looks like when they're out of one item for a wrap, they'll sub in something else just to get the order out.

Second time… I think you guys need to get new speakers and head phones for your staff or train them to listen better. This is the second time I’ve repeated my order TWICE and received the wrong item. Get it together guys and girls.

Tim Hortons is one of those places I don't quite get, but it's alright I suppose. I always like it when I go. I do prefer it to Starbucks, although that's not saying much since I'm not much of a coffee drinker anyway.

This location always seems to get my order wrong. They continually give me (a vegetarian) meat on my breakfast sandwich and the hashbrowns are either over cooked and stale, or super cold. Regent is usually better.

This is definitely one of the best Tim Horton's locations in the city. The woman in the drive thru in the mornings is so fast, and I haven't ever had a discrepancy in any of my orders. A+

I Come here all the time and I have to say the weekday morning crew is amazing. Always accurate fast and friendly. Deloris is top notch and is always on the ball! Way to go guys!

Good place to visit and have a short break. Good selection of food and beverages consistent with their brand. Not a lot of parking space though, so drive through is recommended.
