I have been a patient of Dr. Casey’s for a few years now. I’m in my 50’s, and my father was a dentist. After my father retired in the ‘90’s, it was hard to find a dentist that worked in his profession with the same attitude, honesty, and integrity that my father did. Then I met Dr. Casey. He is the epitome of an honest working professional with integrity and caring that you would want. I went in yesterday afraid I might need some work done. Dr.Casey evaluated the situation and explained in depth what was going on and the fact that I DID NOT need any work done. Plenty of dentists could have (and some would have) simply said “Heck, yeah, you need work done, it’ll cost you this much and let’s get it scheduled!!!” Dr. Casey chose the route of honesty and integrity, and you couldn’t ask for much more than that. Oh, yeah, not to take away from the other folks in the office, the people keeping things running up front and the hygienists doing their part in the back, it’s a smooth, well-run operation with people that are friendly, courteous, professional, and a true pleasure to deal with. Let’s face it: The average person does not list going to the dentist as something they want to do. I get that, but a trip to Dr.Casey’s office is the least painful and uncomfortable you will find yourself while sitting in the chair. Highly recommend.

I really appreciate the staff and service at Timber Creek Dental. I've been going to Timber Creek for about a year and a half now. I've had two teeth cleanings, a cavity filled, and an upper wisdom tooth pulled. Each procedure was handled professionally and efficiently, with no undesirable side effects or mishaps. The staff always makes me feel welcome, appreciated, and valued. The facility itself is clean and inviting. But most of all, I appreciate the staff and Dr. Casey's accommodating nature. I feel like they are honest and forthcoming about the state of my dental health and don't try to push me into getting work done. Instead, they're willing to listen to what I can afford and work with me as best they can. I'm a satisfied customer and plan on staying with Timber Creek for as long as I live in the north Fort Worth area!

We have been going to Dr. Tim Casey with Timber Creek Dental for many many years now. Dr. Casey and his staff have earned our trust and business with their kindness and extremely professional care. Even through a few insurance plans over the years with my work, Jennifer has been amazing to connect the dots and keep us as clients paying the lowest co-insurance for each visit (which is important with our family of five). Dr. Casey and the other Dr’s. in his office have never given us any indication they have ever fished for extra work and give us all the information and options available if extra services or procedures are needed. I feel 100% confident in Dr. Casey’s care as my family dentist.

Great experience, have been coming to this office for at least 8 years (2014) and I’ve been able to compare the difference when looking for another dentist for my mom who would be under her insurance. Dr. Casey is very professional, I’ve been able to ask and stick to my hygienist of choice which also does a great job - Joli. The whole staff is nice, professional and good to work with. They schedule your appointments in advance and you will receive text notifications as reminders. It feels that they really take care of you as a patient, not just a business running several offices just to make money. Thank you Joli and Dr. Casey!!

Waited for more than 6 months for my appointment, the day of my appointment i was 2 mins late, when i arrive... the normal rutine of filling paper work and review insurance. And suddenly the receptionist tells me that they weren't going to be able to see me, on the morning that we where late ( it was just a cleaning), that if i can come back in 3 hours or we cal reschedule the appointment and the only date available was in 6 months ( you are kidding me!) poor poor management with appointments, never have near dates available, really disappointed of this practice, a friend recommended to me, i have never experience this nowhere.

Go elsewhere. The provider dropped our insurance halfway through the year without notice resulting in higher patient out of pocket charges. My insurance was sent information that differed from what the office stated was sent, most concerning is I was billed a higher price than what they sent to insurance. The office manager is rude and argumentative. For nearly 2 months I repeatedly requested my family’s account be reconciled so we can never again deal with them. And still it has yet to be done.

Dr Casey and staff are amazing! They are always able to get us in quickly for non routine appointments. While it might take a while to get into them for cleanings, they are well worth the wait. I’ve had been to many Denist in the past that I felt like they were always finding work to do in my mouth. Dr Casey is great about giving you options and possible outcomes so you can make the best decisions for your overall health and finances.

Dr Casey and his team do a great job. Dental work, hygienist, and scheduling/insurance are all really great. I had a partial break in a crown. I fully expected to be told I’d need a new one. Dr Casey told me that it was still okay and it didn’t require replacement unless it eventually got worse. Or I could wait for a new insurance year to have it done to save money. A very ethical practitioner. I highly recommend him.

These guys are top-notch. I've been coming to Dr. Tim Casey for many years. We live in Roanoke and the fact that they serve my community is nice. His team has helped with teeth cleaning, root canals and cavity filling. Their follow-up process is spot-on, and even though they have a lot of patients, I've always felt appreciated, not just another number. It's also nice to know Dr. Casey is a fellow veteran.

I look forward to my visits at Timber Creek Dental, especially getting my teeth cleaned by Macy. She is a competent professional and does a good job . . . PLUS she is very friendly, and we have a good relationship. The dentist is friendly, and I also appreciate the office staff who check me in and out. The waiting room is always very comfortable and clean! I would recommend this business to anyone.

I used to hate going to the dentist, but after meeting Dr. Casey and his Staff, I actually kind of look forward to it. The office is clean and very efficient, and all of the staff is both friendly and professional. I felt very welcomed and at ease. I was in and out in less than an hour with out any pain, harassments about proper flossing, or any hidden charges or fees. 10/10 would highly recommend.

Nice staff. Into the chair on time. Great work. Hygienist was thorough and gentle. Dr. Casey evaluated a broken crown that I have. He could’ve sold me a new crown. Instead he said that it’s okay for now as long as it doesn’t break any further and that it should be easy to clean with normal brushing. Saved me $$$!

I asked for an unscheduled appointment to treat what turned out to be an infected parotoid saliva gland. I was seen the same day, despite not having an appointment.
