This review is strictly for the scheduling/authorization/billing and management/supervisor. First off I’ve never had a bad experience at a dentist before. It’s no wonder for first time patients they ask that question on their forms when filling out paperwork because this was the worst dental experience ever! I wonder if any more patients have had bad experiences with this office. First time going there was for an emergency procedure due to tooth pain. Now just know they do all these procedures without informing you the cost or if any of these procedures are authorized by insurance. So guess what….couple weeks later you’re slammed with a big bill. Second they ask for payment upfront before verifying what’s covered or not. Makes no sense. I was supposed to go in for two more procedures and before doing that I had asked for pre authorization to be sent to insurance so I know what’s covered and the cost for services. A month goes by and i hear nothing. These people are quick to call you for money but don’t follow up with you regarding anything else. After a month of hearing nothing I call the office and ask them about the auth and they said they haven’t received anything. So I call my insurance and they said they never received a pre auth from facility. So I call back the dental office and speak with the scheduler and she said she would re send it. Two days later i call insurance and…wow…they received it they say it was resent. It’s one thing to forget about sending the auth but to lie about sending it in the first place is ridiculous. Finally make my second phase appt and I go in and they’re telling me they don’t have the auth when I CONFIRMED WHEN I MADE THE APPT THEY RECEIVED IT!! Now at this point I have my third and final phase to do and so again I went through the same process of asking for pre auth. Difference is that my insurance had asked the dental office for a narrarative as to why I needed one procedure. Scheduler said she would get this done and get back to me. That was 2 months ago!! I haven’t heard anything from them regarding that issue. Let’s not forget on the auth it says I only gave 15 days before it expires. I call the office perturbed asking why it’s taking so long. I spoke with Cyndi THREE times and has asked to speak with a manager. Her response was “they’ll call you when they’ll feel like it” and “I’m new” as an excuse yet telling me she’s been doing her specific job for many years. Ok…so it shouldn’t be that hard to know exactly what to do right? Flipping a burger at McDonald’s for 10 years is the same as flipping a burger for Jack in the Box for a day. On July 10 she text me saying an office manager will call me regarding treatment. It’s Aug 4th, 2023 and I have yet to hear from anyone. Don’t trust these snakes. They’ll charge you an arm and a leg for services they don’t tel you about and when you have concerns they ignore you. What happened to patient care? It doesn’t exist with these front desk/supervisors/schedulers/billing staff. At least the dentists and the aides know what they’re doing.
STAY away from this office/company. This is my personal experience. Less than two years ago I visited this location to get a cleaning and a crown. After having terrible experiences with "dentists" in the past, I was over cautious and did my due diligence vetting my next dentist. When I was calling dentists around Portland, my main concern was their reputation and how they stand behind their work. I specifically asked about warranties as dental work is VERY expensive, especially dealing with a crown. My time is also extremely valuable. At that time, I was told it was five year warranty on the porcelain crown and that any and all costs were covered if the crown failed. Fast forward to less than two years and the porcelain crown-which I didn't want-broke. I called the office and was assured that indeed I was still under warranty and that the crown shouldn't have failed in the time frame. All costs were to be covered. They were nice and made an appointment for Wednesday-called Monday morning-to get the process of replacing the crown started. At 7:02 pm-they TEXTED/Close @7pm-to tell me that I was rescheduled for Thursday @8 am. I had taken the Wednesday off from work already, now forcing me to take another day off to make the rescheduled appointment on Thursday. The first thing they asked was what insurance I had because the insurance I had at the prior visit was no longer valid. I asked why, because as I had stated when making the appointment that I didn't have insurance and more importantly, I was told that the crown would be replaced at no cost to me. I was adamant explaining the situation when I called to avoid this very situation. I was told that nothing was going to be covered and I would have to pay for everything or make a payment plan. I asked to speak to a manager. The employee-Leeland-went to speak with the manager and after 20 minutes, came out to tell me the same thing. The visit was going to be +$2000. Today. I asked again, why would they tell me it was under warranty to then bait and switch me. I wouldn't have wasted my time and went somewhere else if I was told I would have to pay again for a service/procedure, I already had paid for. Leeland informed me it was him that I spoke with initially and he never made such a promise. That there are too many "factors",all of which were conveniently user based. They hadn't even looked at the crown. I was told that "if" a warranty was offered, the Dentist and office staff that worked there no longer worked there and therefore, they wouldn't honor it. ??? I called their corporate office to speak to a supervisor and discuss this and was told someone would call within the hour. No call. NO ONE in their right mind would pay thousands of dollars for a crown that is supposed to last for 5-15 years to only last less than two...or have the same dentist office go back in their mouth to repeat the same procedure and fork over another +$2000. I'm not a gambling man. It's legal in Oregon to record conversations without third party consent Timber Dental. Liars get caught.
The workers here and Dr. Will are wonderful. I can’t stress that enough. The management really needs some fixing. I had called to make an appointment to have a temporary crown put on the day after a root canal and my appointment was made. I showed up and the manager basically told me that that person didn’t know how that scheduling process went (which is the managers fault 100%, not the staff member) and that they couldn’t see me today. I was also forced to put down a down payment to reserve my crown appointment which had never been mentioned to me in the 3 times that I had called about scheduling it previously. The reasoning behind this was that the “team’s time is important”. Which is absolutely true- but what’s funny is nobody considered that I had taken half a day of personal time off of work for this appointment that was confirmed through text. The person who helped me reschedule was absolutely wonderful, I wish I had caught their name. The manager however never apologized or even spoke to me about the mistake. And the fact that this even happened was just ridiculous. Maybe going forward- you should train your employees properly and let them know that they need to get assistance when scheduling a complex procedure until they know the protocol. I can’t believe I have to sit here for a week now fresh after a root canal without sufficient protection on the tooth. All the manager said to me was “you should be fine just don’t chew on that side”. I was responsible enough to make the appointment and Timber’s manager didn’t seem remotely bothered in having had wasted my time. The “half price” down payment requirement is an embarrassment and the company should be ashamed of themselves for that decision. As a company it is YOUR responsibility to compensate your workers when things get canceled on a customers end. I certainly can understand a no show fee, but a $380 down payment just to schedule a necessary procedure? Ridiculous. Is your company refunding patients who take off work and use $90 of PTO for an appointment only to be told that there was a mistake made and be sent home? No? Interesting.
I am so grateful for the exceptional care I received at Timber Dental, specifically from Dr. Peter Garcia and his incredible team. As a patient who has experienced dental trauma in the past, I was nervous about receiving dental treatment. However, Dr. Garcia and Sal went above and beyond to provide trauma-informed care that was truly exceptional. From the moment I walked into Timber Dental, I was met with warmth and kindness. Dr. Garcia and Sal took the time to listen to my concerns and fears, and they created a safe space where I felt comfortable expressing my anxieties. They showed genuine empathy and understanding, and their compassionate approach immediately put me at ease. Dr. Garcia's trauma-informed care was evident in every aspect of my treatment. He explained each step of the process in detail, patiently answered all my questions, and ensured that I was fully informed and comfortable throughout the entire procedure. He was incredibly gentle and considerate, taking extra care to minimize any discomfort or pain. His expertise and skill were evident in the quality of the dental work he provided. In addition to Dr. Garcia's exceptional care, his entire team contributed to the positive experience. From the front desk staff to the dental hygienists, everyone was kind, supportive, and respectful. They created a trusting and caring environment that made my dental visit a positive and stress-free experience. The trauma-informed care I received at Timber Dental had a profound impact on me. It not only helped me overcome my dental anxiety, but it also restored my trust in dental care providers. Dr. Garcia and his team truly understand the importance of compassionate care, and they went above and beyond to provide it. I am so grateful for their expertise, kindness, and gentle support, and I highly recommend Timber Dental to anyone seeking exceptional dental care.
I started going to Timber Dental on MLK about 4-5 years ago when I had a bit of a tooth emergency. I found them to be incredibly professional and they helped me get a treatment planned figured out. Took about 4 years to get everything done because of the pandemic pause, but it seemed that things became less and less professional on the billing side of things. I totally understand that insurance occasionally pays more or less on different things than they charge upfront, but it started to become an "every visit" kind of thing. Where I would get a random bill for something I thought I was paid up on. On a trip earlier this year to finish up my treatment plan, they realized I was owed over $800 due to overpayment. They let me know that I would be receiving a refund check in a few weeks. It never came. On the next visit I was informed that I would owe money for my cleaning which should be covered in my health insurance. When I questioned them about it and my "credit/money that they never sent". They told me it was their mistake and they would get that check out to me when they ran checks next....cut to 9 weeks later when a handwritten check finally arrived in my mailbox. That is after numerous phone calls to them and promises to call me back. So many of the times, they said "oh the check should be going out Friday" or "let me check with a manager". I do want to mention that their doctors and hygienists are top notch. Truly some of the most professionals I've come across, but the management at least at the MLK office is seriously lacking. I'm pretty upset that I feel like I need to move to another dentist now as I felt comfortable with the staff. Long story, short: Don't hold on to money that isn't yours. It should be their priority to be getting overpayments back out to patients. Seems a little shady to me and felt like I needed to write this to warn others.
Worst experience ever. I was given a link to fill out my new patient paperwork that I thought completed. Called the next day to verify they received it, come to find out it didn't save. While on the phone with one of the workers I asked for a confirmation that they had all my insurance information or if they needed anything else. I was told that they had everything they needed. I try to complete my new patient paperwork one more time to only have to start all over after I was basically done. Well I was finally able to complete my paperwork and the site even started so. I go into my appointment at 7:50 to only be told I had to fill out my new patent paperwork in person because they didn't receive it. Long story short the lady helping was very remorseful for my experience. However, after she asked some questions (that I completed on the link for the intake) she stated my insurance wasn't correct. She literally left and came back 3 times and finally asked if I had a copy of my insurance plan. My appointment was scheduled for an hour and half... and after the whole process from arriving it left me with 30 minutes. Extremely disappointing considering they knew what I was there to take care of.
I had an amazing experience at Timber dental! Cole at the front desk was very welcoming as I walked in! The whole ambiance felt really professional and warming. I got greeted by pretty much the whole staff and literally felt so important from the start. As I got brought back to the room, the wonderful assistant took the best care of me while doing my X-Rays and set me up for my cleaning. She was diligent in walking me through what was to come in the appointment. Tamara was the most fragile hygienist I’ve had in my life and was constantly asking if I was okay during my whole cleaning! I really appreciated the care of Dr. Garcia! His knowledge of my teeth and health was over and beyond. He was pointing out things that I should do in the long run for keeping up with my mouth. Ken at the front desk was accompanied by angelica and we’re giving me the best assistance in scheduling and finding out the best options for me for my post dental care. Overall, I had the best experience with the team at Timber Dental and I would definitely recommend this dental office to anyone! They’re really clean, inviting and following all COVID guidelines. Go check them out! 5 stars is really underrated!!!!
This review is primarily for the billing and admin department. The dentists and hygienists were good especially Dr.Garcia. Keep in mind that this is my first google review and I decided to use it here lol. That should tell you how bad of a experience this was. The billing and admin department are horrible at this office and other offices. If you are looking for a smooth experience with billing, go elsewhere trust me. The billing and admin department took over 6 months to resolve a invalid balance notice and even charged me after they had made an accounting error on their part. In addition, all throughout my treatment plan the office personnel was horrible at returning calls and setting up follow up appointments. The billing people, specifically the manager Torie, lack compassion and lost business over a small charge which was due to their own accounting errors. In addition, they lack professionalism and even presented me with a bill by writing it out on a sticky note. I have never seen such unprofessional practices like that until visiting here. I will be returning to my old dentist at the end of this treatment plan.
My experience getting dental care, in terms of the treatment, was great, this review is solely based on my experience with the billing department, which if can be a lesson to anyone else to avoid the headache and terror I've had to deal with, it will be worth it. I had two appointments with Timber, one where we made a treatment plan, and the second where we started with the treatment plan. Because of their mistake, I was charged MORE THAN DOUBLE what my treatment plan stated. And when I called to get this corrected, I had to argue with three different people, and navigate multiple calls back to them, because someone would say they would call me back and never did. Finally the "solution" they gave me, was something that involved four times more work on my end, when the customer service thing to do, would have been for them to fix THEIR error themselves. I received zero compassion, proper treatment, or care, with the billing and customer service experience with this terrible location.
The MLK location squeezed me in for an emergency filling same day appt after a large filing fell out of one of my molars the night before. Elaine and Dr. Will were both wonderful and very kind. Dr. Will is so thoughtful and skilled, I really appreciate the amount of care that him and Elaine bring to their work. After some rough dental experiences with Kaiser, I'm grateful to be a client of Timber! Update: Kiki and Dr. Will finished setting a permanent crown for me today and were both terrific to work with. They were both very attentive, gentle and thoughtfully explained what I could expect. I was so comfortable that I opted to have my crown fit without local anesthetic and I don't regret that decision. Skylar created the temporary filling and assisted Dr. Will during the setup for the crown a couple weeks ago and did a wonderful job. So glad I switched to Timber Dental, thank you Kiki, Dr. Will and Skylar!
The office is really beautiful and clean, there are tvs to watch on the ceiling while you’re being treated, and the chairs in the waiting room are super comfy. My dentist is great and the other staff is wonderful, but there is something a little weird about the administrative processes. I am a new patient and had to get my records moved over from my previous dentist - it took nearly 3 months. The only time I got updated was when I called them. Then this morning when I got in for my appointment I waited over 30 minutes to be brought back to the dental area, and when I did I found out it was because they had an appointment that ran over, which is fine, but no one told me that while I was waiting in the front. I think a little better communication with patients would make this place really great.
Can a visit to the dentists' office be termed an "Experience"? Where many have dread about dental appointments, for me it has been simply a matter of prioritizing others' needs over my own. I count myself fortunate that an urgent matter lead me to Timber Dental-Lombard. I've had two previous stress related heart attacks, so I've learned to avoid overt stress, to manage it when it occurs, and celebrate those who support my efforts. Timber's dental professionals and clerical support staff are among those I celebrate. Empathetically affording me all I needed to know to make informed decision and respecting my choices was amplified by the kind spirit and pleasant environment. I am so delighted to have stumbled upon this location and grateful for being welcomed as a patient. L M..Grant
I've had good and bad experiences with dentists throughout my lifetime, and my first visit to Timber Dental was overwhelmingly great! The receptionist who helped me before the appointment and with scheduling afterward was also so sweet and helpful. My hygienist and dentist were both so kind, personable, and down to earth - not to mention extremely gentle when doing x-rays and working in my mouth. I felt completely at ease, and was comfortable asking questions without feeling silly. I was pleasantly surprised by how modern everything was at the NE location, and loved that they involve patients in reviewing their own photos and x-rays so you really understand what's going on. Overall, an extremely positive, stress-free experience. Happy to have found such a wonderful place!
They literally left a big hole in my mouth (an open margin)with my temporary crown that caused a lot of pain. I had to go in 4 extra times and leave work for them to fix it. The temp crown was so low it gave me severe headaches from the trigger to my tmj. I still have pain with the tooth after a month of the permanent crown. On top of that, now they are saying I owe them 300 dollars because my insurance didn’t cover what they said it would. They also told me they would apply a discount but never did. I did appreciate that they were friendly and made sure the patients were comfortable. Please go to a more experienced dental office for anything more than a cavity or cleaning
Called in to ask for a follow up after getting a cavity filled a few weeks ago, they got me on the schedule within two days and the appointment lasted 10 minutes. The dentist was aware of my situation when he stepped in the room, he was able to explain what may or may not have happened and was more than helpful in correcting the small issue, very quickly. They also mentioned that when I have my next appointment (already scheduled for next week for teeth whitening) that if I’m still having issues I can just call ahead of time and they will extend my appointment so they can take care of any issues. So happy I finally found a good dentist! THIS IS IT!
I dread the dentist and have been going to Timber Dental for a few year now and absolutely love it. They were incredibly sensitive to the fact I get anxiety at the dentist, were caring, compassionate, nonjudgemental, checked in and gave me breaks. The office itself is super clean, stylish, and welcoming. They were also receptive to using bamboo toothbrushes and wanting to lower their plastic output when I spoke to them about biodegradable flossers. Their out of pocket costs are affordable as well for regular cleanings and packages they offer. They waived fees for me on one visit when I didn't realize I had to pay extra for the x-ray.
This was my first appointment at Timber Dental. Dawnia took X-rays and for the first time ever it wasn’t painful! Dr. Garcia thoroughly reviewed my dental/medical history and after a thorough exam provided me with three options to move forward with my dental care. I was extremely impressed by Dawnia & Dr. Garcia and would highly recommend them to anyone needing dental care. I also had a dental cleaning by Paige. She explained what I was doing correctly and areas for improvement with my dental hygiene. She was very personable and made me feel very comfortable. I would also recommend Paige to anyone needing a dental hygienist.
Staff and Dr. Moody were nice, but not happy with the scheduling. My wife and I both took time off of work to drive over and hour to the NE Portland location for our new patient and cleaning appointments. We both got checkups but I was told they couldn't fit my cleaning in due to an emergency procedure that shifted their scheduling. I explained that I have to take more time off work to drive an hour back another day and how inconvenient it will be to which the only option presented was getting on a cancellation list. Not sure I'll be back as I value my time but don't feel the staff does in the same way.
Not only is this dental office accommodating with scheduling appointments (with offering early appointments on Fridays), but the staff is incredible. Everyone is so kind and eager to be at work. You feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door. I have never had a medical office go into as much detail as they do on what to expect during their exam. And, as a bonus they have the option to watch Netflix while they work on you. Just incase you need to take your mind off of what is going on, or you need to catch up on your favorite series ❤️
My Latest appointment was with Dr. Heather Nicolas. She was amazing. Warm, highly competent and knowledgeable just a pure joy. My tooth extraction was as good as it gets. Also shout outs to dental assistants Shauna and Nu- kind, comforting and excellent. The entire staff is exceptional from the front desk person to the person who checks you out at the end. Love this dental office! They take the dread out and put lightness in. Highly recommend this practice for folks with dental phobias and everyone! They are the best!!
This is by far the best dental practice I have ever been to. I am a medical professional and wish all medical settings were this way. From the front desk person to the person who did checkout and my follow up appointment, everyone was professional, thoughtful, and it was genuine, not the fake niceness that is so common. Elaine is an excellent Dental Assistant, and Paige, the Hygienist, explained everything thoroughly and in a way that was easy to understand. I hate going to the dentist, and they made it so much better.
Best dentist I’ve ever been to! As someone who would get anxiety attacks just from sitting in a dentist chair, I’ve never felt more relaxed going in to get dental work! The staff goes out of their way to explain each procedure and made me feel as comfortable as possible, not rushed at all and definitely a quick an efficient process. I’ve had a crown and three cavities filled so far and didn’t feel a thing! Easy, smooth, everyone was very friendly and professional with a calm relaxed atmosphere. 10/10 would recommend!
I am a brand new Timber Dental client and my first appointment was a great experience from start to finish. It was very easy to make a new client appointment. I was able to get x-rays done, talk with my dentist in-depth about my teeth, get a thorough cleaning and advice on caring for my teeth before my next visit. I found everyone I interacted with at Timber Dental to be kind, thorough, and professional. I am glad to have found a great place to take care of my mouth! Thank you to the staff at Timber Dental.
Everyone here is professional, thorough, and nice! I feel like I get great, thoughtful service each time. Lot of great characters here too- I try not to laugh while I have my mouth wide open LOL. When I first was looking for a dental office in Portland, I stumbled upon Timber Dental. Good reviews and walkable for me. They managed to schedule me pretty quick, which was great for me as I was in a time crunch with my insurance. I’ve since made this my regular dental office in Portland, and I don’t regret it.
I have been with Timber Dental since they were just one office on MLK. Now they are multiple offices . My issue is they canceled my appointment as I did not confirm my appointment. This is nuts. Then they tried to squeeze me in a week later. Funny enough the person who they gave my spot to canceled so I ended up getting my original spot back. It was chaos. Very impersonal of an office. If I did not love Dr Garcia I would switch to a clinic who has the same hygienist 6 months later.
Timber Dental is an amazing organization, and Dr Garcia is an incredible dentist. My latest visit was for a crown. I have difficulty getting numb, and he went to great lengths to ensure my experience was absolutely pain-free. He also took exceptional care in every aspect of the procedure to ensure the best outcome, including a correction to my bite. I'm so impressed with him and all of the staff. They really go the extra mile.
I am very happy with this office, My whole life I went to the same dentist since I was 8 years old. When I moved to Oregon I had a very hard time finding a new dental office I felt I could trust. Timber dental won my business because of one employee named Skyler. He was very personable and made me feel comfortable. This earned my trust. I am also very happy with the work that was done by both my hygienist and the doctor.
Excellent service and care. Dr. B and Jackie had fantastic bedside manner, were efficient and were very knowledgeable. They were able to get me a temporary crown the same day and took extreme care to make sure the crown fit just right. I'm new to Portland but was very impressed by this office and staff. I will continue to come here for all my dental needs and have also referred them to my wife. Thanks again!
Had to follow up several times to get them to send necessary documents to my insurance. Then another time they told me my insurance would cover ortho so I scheduled a consultation, took time off work to be there, and 10 minutes in they let me know that my insurance wouldn't cover and it would cost $6k+ out of pocket. Love having my time wasted by for profit dentist offices
I was seen recently by Paige at Timber Dental located on milk . She did an extensive cleaning on me . Paige was wonderful. I would highly recommend her . As well as all the staff I met at Timber Dental on my previous visit. Extremely professional and made me feel very comfortable. Which is really what you need when seeking out a new dentist I believe. Thank you again!
This dentist was solid until they expanded and reorganized a few years ago. They made a mistake in billing my insurance company and have failed to resolve it in 6 months. I can't get ahold of anyone in their office to discuss because incoming calls go straight to voicemail and subsequently ignored. They refuse to resolve the issue. Terrible business practices.
Went in a couple days ago for a check up and I had a fantastic experience. The staff did a great job of reassuring me throughout the whole time I was there! They were nice, attentive and straight forward (in a good way). The usual stigma around visiting the dentist is tough, but they make it easy to want to come back! Thank you, ladies!
Bar none, the best dentist experience I've ever had. Dr. Will Garcia, Elaine, Krista, and the entire administrative staff surpassed all of my expectations. They provided thoughtful, attentive and efficient service throughout the entire process. I cannot recommend this location enough. Again, thank you Dr. Will, Elaine and Krista.
As a person who has not been to the dentist for over three years, I could not believe how well I was treated! The entire staff is so friendly and warm, encouraging but not shaming, gives options for treatment… I could not recommend this place more. I actually had so much fun during my dental visit! I'm telling everyone!
I had a dental emergency and my usual dentist was out of town. Timber dental was able to get me in the next day. They were kind, helpful and efficient. The atmosphere/decor feels great. From the front desk person, to the hygienist, to the dentist, everyone was warm and listened to me. I had a great experience.
What a great experience. They were super nice, knowledgeable, and really made you feel cared for. Crista was really personable and did a gentle cleaning. The dentist Will laid out a manageable plan for my tooth issue and even fit me in for an emergency visit. Wow! I'm happy to be a patient here!!
I’ve had bad experiences with dentists my whole life and I can happily say this is the BEST dentists office I’ve been too yet! They make you feel very comfortable and the staff and doctors are all very easy to talk to. Definitely would recommend if you have anxiety about dentist offices!!
Keke and Dr. Garcia were both friendly and helpful. For Keke not to be a doctor but be able to break things down and have a great idea of what he'd say was great. They also tried to do a lot of education around what everything. Only my new patient exam but I'm liking it so far!
The entire staff is very friendly and kind. Everyone goes the extra mile to make sure you feel comfortable and aware of every step of the process. Weighted blankets and a neck pillow too! Special thank you to Dr. Beinlich and Skyler for doing my filling quickly and with care.
I was really nervous visiting the dentist, but they were so kind and went above to make me feel so safe and taken care of. I have zero reason to feel nervous with my next visit knowing they prioritize my comfort. I really appreciate this clinic and am beyond grateful.
Dental work was alright, I paid 2600$ down had balance of 300$ I paid 150$ leaving a balance of 150$ family death came abruptcy and I was not able to make the payment for 2 weeks and they sent my stuff to the collection agency. Make that make sense to me. Never again
Everyone here was so nice! I was very nervous about going to a dentist after not having been to one in awhile. I put it in my appointment paperwork, and they were sure to be sensitive and kind to me. They also were so helpful with issues with my insurance!
Ok place for a simple cleaning but I wouldn't trust them for anything more complicated than that. Nothing like waiting 40 mins on the second rescheduled appointment to find out they "couldn't" get the dental implant part they've had a month to order.
Dr Garcia was so wonderful!! I was extremely nervous about being frozen due to a bad past experience elsewhere and he spent extra time talking me through everything and making the experience that much easier. Best experience at the dentist I've had!
Quick and easy. Many different comforting things offered for a pleasant experience. Recommend to people who like a personal touch to what could be a nervous visit. Thank you Dr Nicholas for helping get my child back on the path to a healthy smile.
On my very first visit, I experienced great. All the staffs are professional and friendly. The hygienist was very amazing. Dr. Garcia did incredible job. And he was listening, advised me about my future visit what needs to be done.
I am so grateful to Keke and Dr. Nicholas and the whole staff at Timber Dental. Had an extraction this morning. So caring and so good at what you do. I seriously couldn’t have done this without your kindness and professionalism.
Staff was very professional. Communication on getting my needs met, was top-notch. During my visit, I felt comfortable and was able to express my fears on moving forward with getting my mouth healthy. Thank you Timber Dental!!!
I moved so I had to find a new dentist and Timber Dental is amazing! Everyone on staff is super friendly, the offices are clean, and despite being a new patient I was able to get scheduled the next day. Highly recommend!
I would recommend Dr Peter Garcia to anyone! He is an amazing provider and is well knowledgeable from years of experience (obviously) he is the most empathetic doctor I've ever met! I love working beside him.
This is a very caring clinic. Thank you everyone for giving great customer service and providing excellent care. Thank you Kiki for everything you did to help me. I love your energy and great service.
One of the best experiences I have had at the dentist in 2 decades. Dr. Will Garcia was very thorough and informative. The hygienist were very friendly and good as well. Highly recommend this practice
they were so nice here. most positive dentist experience I have ever had! My hygienist Heidi explained everything to me before it happened in a way i could understand but was not condescending :)
Weird to enjoy going to the dentist, but I did. Really liked the dental assistant and dentist. Friendly and thorough. Love the hours they offer appointments too. Makes it super convenient.
I’ve been impressed with Timber Dental’s operation. Dr Eid has been very attentive to my needs and priorities, while Cole and Madison expertly support her skillful work behind the scenes.
Absolutely fantastic! Everyone was so sweet, kind and helpful. The vibe was happy and it just felt good to be there. Best experience at a dentist office ever! ❤️
