NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! This is by far one of the worst timbers locations I have ever been to. 40mins to cook 2 orders of burgers and fries? Come on now. When we finally got the order we were told that they were training a new cook and thats what took so long. The first burger was burnt and cold probably because it sat in the window for 10mins. Fries were also cold. Second burger was raw inside. When we sent it back we were given huge attitude from the african american female server. SHE EVEN SAID "I DON'T WANT TO TAKE IT BACK. IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT YOU CAN LEAVE, BUT YOUR STILL PAYING" When we recieved a different server, who fid take the order back she was very appologetic, but less then helpful. It took 15 mins for us to get our burgers back and they were again cold. When we brought tgem up to the bar the pregnant bartender ignored us and continued socializing with the lady she was talking to. After 5mins of waiting with plates infront of us i walked over and said excuse me but these burgers are cold. She looked at me and said thats probably because you have been sitting at my bar for the last 5mins not eating them. With that we both got up and left the food at the bar. This is not the first time that we have had attitude from the wait staff but this is the worst. We will drive to chyanne and ft apache from now on. At least the servers care. These ones should all be lwt go immediately.

Placed an order on the phone at 836 and was told it would be ready in 10 to 15 minutes like always. Never had a problem and always had great customer service and good food until tonight 4/6/16 showed up around 850 and told them who I was and that I was going to wait for my order while I ordered a drink while I wait. Finally got my food at 920 already a little discouraged and irritated from the wait and never being checked on I decide to leave. I get home and go through the food and realize that my order is not correct and sub standard fries burnt chicken wings are burnt chicken fingers are burnt celery soggy from being placed under the hot food so I decided to call and let them know how displeased I am and they offer me a 5 dollar off coupon for my next order, I'm sorry I don't want money off I want what I ordered correct maybe some empathy for spending $30 for sub quality food and last but not least try to eat this food and find a hair in my meal. Sorry guys you need to re evaluate your food quality and customer service skills would have given no stars or negative start but had to put 1 to leave my comment. Sad sad sad

This place is fantastic! Great service, delicious food, fun atmosphere & music. Our server, Britney, was awesome and the manager, Mark, stopped by to make sure everything was perfect. Gina, the bartender was so friendly and fantastic. Our burgers were delicious!! The spinach dip and chips was better than most places we have been. It is 21 and older. The drinks were great. Highly recommend this place for dates, friends or just a good time. Gambling at the bar. Large booths and tables that are clean and comfortable. One of the best places on this side of town.

We went for dinner with a coupon, $10.00 off for a tab of $25.00 or more. As always there, the food was awesome, atmosphere light and comfortable. What really put our experience over the top was our waitress, Khala, she was cheery, attentive and helpful. Even with the coupon, she took the time to explain all of the specials and suggested we download their app for future deals. Khala made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our meal, making us feel welcome. So many businesses have lost the concept of "Customer Service", we are here to tell you that the concept is alive and well at Timbers through caring and wonderful people such as we have found at this eating spot. -Wayne and Elaine..

We regularly meet our friends for HH and never have had a bad meal. Wraps, salads, burgers, wings, everything is always delicious! In fact, we went last night, although it was Cinco de Mayo, but we didn’t want a busy Mexican restaurant. They had tacos as a special and they honestly were the best tacos I’ve ever had & huge! Two chicken, two steak. I was only able to eat two of them. Huge kudos to the chefs!! Our servers are also awesome & super friendly, especially our girl Lexi!! Thank you for providing an wonderful environment where we know we can go out and get awesome food & service each & every time!!!

Nice place! Super friendly service. We live nearby and get mailers all the time with coupons so thought we'd try the place out. It's a small bar, with bartop machines, and booths/tables all around. We sat on the Non smoking side. It wasn't busy but we didn't notice any smoke drifting over there. Sort of a cowboy/forest motif. I tried the Fish and Chips with Shrimp and sweet potato fries. Decent price and everything was hot n tasty.

Yeah I don't know how this place was voted best bar in Vegas. A terrible beer selection and even worse staff. Once I found out they only had Goose Island IPA on tap I said "I'll just have a water" she returns with half a Goose Island. Since it was only half the glass, I just figured it was on the house (she never brought my water) and drank it. Of course I was charged the $6 for half a glass that I never wanted to begin with. Thanks for nothing Timbers.

Food exceeded my expectations. Was well presented, seasoned and cooked beautifully...compliments to the chef! Had the fish and chips and my BF had the turkey burger. He is English and also would be hard to like a "real fish and chip"...we both loved everything! Waitress was very knowledgeable and kind-excellent service. Will be coming more because of the food and service. My boyfriend and I also enjoyed the video games of our childhood after lol.

Incredible food and service!!! Only 21 and up but it is a great place to go for food and drinks. Bartenders are friendly and fun and food was perfect!!!! Great big portions, if you have a family I highly suggest getting the food to go. You can thank me later!!!

Good fish dinners. Don't go often due to a lot of smoke from smokers when crowded. Use coupons $20 off on $50 meal. We recently had dinner with another couple using the above coupon, a great value. Table service by waitress is always excellent.The Cobb Salad with blue cheese dressing was outstanding. The quantity provided was plenty for a full dinner meal. There was no smoke problem this time because there were only a few customers.

Excellent place to stop in to get a drink and a bite to eat! The bartenders I met here are stellar and some of the friendliest most relatable folks I’ve met in my travels! Both the nachos and the triple decker club sandwiches were fantastic; my dog had no complains with the leftovers either! I’ll definitely stop back in here next time I’m back in town!

If you like cigarette smoke with your food then this place is for you. Also if meeting others please note there are two locations within a mile or so of each other. Also kinda pricey for meals served. The decor is nice. Not a busy place at all so that is a plus.

We enjoyed our first and only visit to Timbers. We shared a Cheeseburger, fries and a green salad. Food was very good. The air quality was very good, too. (FYI. I will not put up with smoke in the air, no matter how good the food is.) The drinks and service we're very good, too. The price we paid for everything was quite reasonable. Being locals within walking distance, we'll be back.

This place is always good. Comfort bar food at it's best. The cocktails are good and inexpensive. The service is good and the seats are comfy, especially if you get the high back chairs. Discount mailers are always around and give substantial discounts making this place extremely affordable. Can't go wrong here.

Beer is cold, and my daughter is with me doesn't get any better than that. Staff is friendly. Food is fresh and hot absolutely delicious. Prices could be a little less maybe why there was no lunch crowd. But still a great place to eat drink and enjoy the company of others. Would give 5- stars for lower prices

Good local bar, mattering on what you're looking for a fun spot. They have a full restaurant and bar, a little guy heavy when busy usually around 8_-11 but fun. Overall if you're looking for a laid back spot to drink this is your bar, if you're looking for a rip roaring party not your spot

I have never been to a restaurant bar with games where it was so clean and the people were so nice in a place like Las Vegas. If you ever have a chance I recommend you should go in there you'll enjoy their food

Has amazing bar food and great selection of beers and shots in a cozy environment and the staff is very quick to your needs no real long waits great for small or large groups and sitting areas and has gambling and pool tables very nice establishment.

We were turned away at the door because one of our friends is 20 years old, which is probably good because the place is so smoky you can't see across it. Only go here if you looooove cigarettes. The food used to be really good and well priced too.

This Timbers is absolutely wonderful every time we've been to this location service is great and food is on point!! This location needs to train the Durango location on how to run their Timbers lol KUDOS AZURE TIMBERS YOU ALL DO A GREAT JOB!! ;)

To survive as a bar in Vegas you have to have good food. Timbers was a hidden gem in the north part of Las Vegas. Food was good and service was great.

Friendly and courteous staff. I've Been to this Timbers a few times now... I haven't been disappointed. Food and drinks are fenominal !! (It's not very smoky when I've been there. There are tables and booths. Away from the bar.)

It's my local watering hole. All the bartenders are pretty cool. Food is above par. Beers are always cold. It's a place where everybody knows your name, and they're always glad you came. Update: This place is still pretty cool

Ask for Aly or Ray these two will keep your drink full, guide you through the menu and come with tons of house luck. Good spot to watch your favorite team, shoot pool or just hang out. Lagunitas is ice cold on draft, mmmm....

4 out of 5 times the service is great but then there are days that this company falls apart. If the manager is there, it's a well oiled machine. He does great and cares.

If u are hungry try their chicken philly. Its not as salty as the philly cheese steak. Their season fries are good too. I tried the salmon salad and it was wayyyyyyy too salty! tell them to lay off the salt if u order it!

I loved the one that was on Simmons back in the day. I was looking forward to great service but since I don't drink like a fish, staff could care less about me. I wanted to watch the football game and not be / feel rushed

The staff was friendly and the place was clean. We went to watch the Knights game and no matter where you sat, there was a 65" tv in front of you. The food was great and the beer selection was decent.

Had the club sandwich, it was a challenge to eat. It was jam packed and difficult to bite into, because of it's height; but I persisted and was rewarded with a great tasting sandwich.

Our first time yesterday. Great customer service, very friendly and professional. The food we ordered was fresh, hot, and very tasty. Definitely we'll be back when we're in the area.

Avoid this bar..go elsewhere! FYI, you will get zero play on this machines.. also, ain't no rewards on this rewards program!
