I have been going to this place for few years and I have referred many of my friends to go . Lately I felt the quality of the work has gone significantly down . Last time I went there I had a therapist that didn’t speak English , so she couldn’t understand my concerns; on top of that the massage itself was not good at all she didn’t target any points , I left very disappointed. Today I was there for a 90 min massage, after 20 min in the therapist was switched , the other therapist of course had no idea about what I had discussed with the other person!!! I was very upset. I changed into my cloth and left . The manager excuse was she was double booked and he didn’t do anything about it . I left feeling very disappointed, this place was really good and I am very sad that it has gone this bad. Not going back again .

Time Foot Spa is the best place to go for a relaxing and rejuvenating massage! I recently visited them for a back massage, and I was amazed by how skilled and professional the massage therapist was. They did an amazing job getting rid of all the knots in my back and helping me feel refreshed and relaxed. The massage therapist used just the right amount of pressure and knew exactly how to target the areas that needed the most attention. I have had many massages in the past, but this was by far the best back massage I have ever had. I also appreciated the comfortable and welcoming environment of the spa. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and they made sure that I was comfortable and relaxed throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Time Foot Spa to anyone looking for a great massage experience!

Wow! My husband has been seeing Vicky for a while now and always said how amazing it was. I get deep tissue massages & acupuncture often due to a lot of back and neck pain. I finally saw Vicky last night, she walked on my back, did cupping and the most intense deep tissue massage with such strength! She found all my deep rooted knots very quickly and worked them out. It was painful but I asked her to keep that pressure as I wanted the results, "cry now, laugh later". I have heard of other people who came here and were blown away with how great the massage was especially if you like/need deep tissue. Thank you Vicky! I also can't wait to try the reflexology soon too. My new favourite massage place!!!! I'm in so much pain today but so worth it and great prices.

It's very difficult to find someone who could makes me enjoy the massage and also relieve my chronic pain. My job is very stressful and it makes me constantly feel the stiffness around my body. My lower back always pain after the long hour desk work. But Bonnie really makes it changed. It has improved my sleep issue after her treatments as well. I highly recommend her if anyone has the same problems. However it's very annoying they often change to another therapist even when I specifically required my appointment with Bonnie. Otherwise I'd have give this place 5 stars if I don't have to insist Bonnie's treatment. This 4 stars is for Bonnie's magical healing hands. Thank you very much, Bonnie.

Worst experience of my life. I ordered a Swedish massage as I am getting married in two days. Upon arrival the boutique is cute and well kept. Once my massage had started the girl never asked if the pressure was ok, I had to ask her several times to go lighter and not once did she ever listen to me. There were times where she was pressing so hard I almost got up off to table to end the massage immediately. This massage has left bruising and broken blood vessels everywhere!! I am getting married in two days with an open back dress and am now absolutely mortified by the marks left on my back! Worst experience of my life, beyond disappointed.

As casually as walking through a door being held by a Friendly Stranger she unlocked my soul and gazed at my deepest secrets. I knew I had nothing to fear. The medley of agony and ecstasy was like walking along a mountain ridge in the Andes or maybe the Himalayas. My body was hers to conquer like Columbus gazing proudly from the bow of the Santa Maria upon the Brave New World. I have never been walked on before. Or had so many muscles and tendons so ruthlessly assaulted by the deep touch of her fingers which harness thunder. This was my second visit and I took my husband this time! If you can endure a bit of pressure and slight pain this is the best place. We really enjoyed but my only disappointment or rather suggestion to the team is that make sure when Customers take 60 mins you give them that. I took Package B today and my oil massage lasted for 45 mins. Last time the lady gave an awesome a quick head massage which today was missing. Please kindly note that! Nevertheless the lady today was awesome! This is the reason I am giving 4 star rather then 5. You must visit this place!

I’ve visited this location a few times now, all of which have been great! I’m all about efficient service. They’ve accommodated last minute visits when I just needed a quick back massage after a long day at work. What I love most about this place are their hours of operation! I work late, so it’s nice that I was able to conveniently text them and book an appointment as late as 9pm for a full RMT Foot & Back massage session (even for 2 people!). You’ll also be able to claim with your insurance providers with no hassle! Highly recommend

I had a really exceptional experience at the Time Foot Bar! Vera, did a great job and I felt so relaxed at the end of my appointment. I went in for package A which includes a 45 minute foot reflexology session and a 45 minute pressure point massage. It was my first time doing foot reflexology and I have to say that I was unprepared- but it was wonderful! I've already booked another appointment to go in with my spouse. I would strongly recommend Time Food Bar to my friends and family as the service is professional, kind, and fairly priced!

I have been here twice. Firstly, I love that it's so close to my work I have gone on my breaks! Secondly, if you can handle deeper pressure and a bit of pain, I swear it's worth it. I have chronic pain and a full body massage here has left me leaving like I'm floating on clouds ha! And I get the best nights sleep. They always ask if you need an insurance receipt or not, always curtious and I actually have been asked a few times during a session if pressure is too much. Don't be afraid to tell them! Will be back for more!

Me and my boyfriend came the first time for foot massage services which were nice and relaxing. I would love to give 5 stars if the reception guy didn't ask for TIPS right after we paid. He ruined our feeling so bad. As we decided, my bf will pay and I will give tips but seems like that guy can't wait after seeing my bf closed his wallet. We gave tips eventually which were less than what we wanted to give at first. :) We still will back but hope not experience that again.

I had some kinks in my neck and lower body after many hours of playing sports following round 4 of lockdowns. I went to this place because of its convenient location and not even 15 minutes in all the pain was gone and I mean GONE. I didn't catch the name of the lady who performed the service, but her kneading was OFF THE CHARTS! Got a bubble tea afterwards next door at Coco and that just sweetened the experience. I'll definitely be back!

The best foot massage that I ever got in my life and I mean I have had lots of massages before but this one was the best. Ask for Emmy ! She is excellent! She is very polite, gentle, professional and nice. She offered me a cup of delicious Chinese tea , she was so good and used very relaxing techniques for massaging my feet and legs. I really enjoyed it. I would definitely recommend it to anyone and again ask for Emmy!

Found this little gem last month. Had to add it to my monthly routine! I always get the 45 mins reflexology+45 mins body massage. It's the perfect amount of time to relax. The rooms I've been in are beautifully decorated and the music is so soothing and inviting. They have candy dishes and free drinks (pop/water). They are very great at what they do, and reasonably priced as well. Highly recommend you trying it out!

As a Chinese, I used to have foot massage weekly which is a great relax time. It is hard to find a good foot massage place in Ottawa. This place is is great place. From a month ago I notice this place, me and my wife start to enjoy foot massage here weekly. Their foot massage therapy is very good. The private room is very quiet, you could have a cup tea and really relax for an hour. Highly recommend this place.

The price is not transparent. They have two versions of price list. The front desk lady showed me the version with cheaper price before the massage service, then charged me by the other version after the service, which is much more expensive, and made it very confusing when explaining it. They said if you want the invoice to claim insurance, the price is more expensive. This is definitely fraud.

Their treatment is very bad. I asked about a reservation for half an hour, and she agreed. I told her I will pay cash or card, but I want an invoice to present to my insurance company. She told me that we only accept cash and we do not accept bank cards. This is fraud and clear tax evasion. Where is the oversight for such behavior? And also she ended the call badly and disrespectfully

Do NOT go here. Staff is not professionally trained, do not speak English and are very inappropriate. They are NOT registered therapists as they claim, in fact they have no training at all. My back was left black and blue. My guess is that they have skewed these results to get 5 stars or have their own people writing reviews. Everyone else is to ashamed to say they were even there. :(

This is a great message parlour and has incredible value for the price you pay. My wife and I often stop in and they are always able to accommodate us. There are some stigmas about Asian Massage Parlours being "rub & tugs." This is not one of those places and is a legit message parlour. They offer packages as well for feet and baby.

I had a really great massage and reflexology here with Vicky, and I would definitely return here again! I singed up for package B and I ended up extending the massage by 30 minutes without any issues. I walked in with back pain and left feeling great! Vicky was so nice to talk to and was really considerate to my injury. Thank you!

Absolutely amazing service from this place. Fair prices for such quality. I came after a long drive out of town and got 45 minutes foot reflexology followed by a 45 minutes deep tissue massage. I left there feeling brand new. She focused on my knee and calf where I needed the most time. I would definitely recommend this place.

Excellent Foot and Body Massage Place. I had a package C which included 1 hour foot and 1 hour body. It sounded plenty at the beginning but it was just right because it was so good. The therapist Annie worked so hard to make sure my sore points were treated properly. I was re-energized when I got out. A job well done to Annie.

Fantastic massage for a great price. I booked a reflexology and Thai massage package - 2 hours for $130 - and have never received a better massage! Yoyo provided fantastic stretching moves and loosened knots in places I could never imagine. I thought I would be sore the next day, but I feel fantastic. I will be back!

Clean, professional and bright. Simple layout. The massage-you are covered with a sheet: but the therapy generated total realignment. Improved range of motion and flexibility. Better ambulatory movement and a much more limber spine and neck. Recommend based on quality and price and therapeutic results.

Always have a great experience at Time Footbar. The staff is extremely welcoming and hospitable. They offer you water, tea, chocolates. The massages are fantastic. I come here every few weeks for the foot reflexology and it never disappoints. Maggie and Annie are fantastic!

I was very excited for my foot massage (after an amazing experience here previously - I recommend Vicky), but my massage today was disappointing. The lady seemed inexperienced and applied little pressure. I think the quality depends on the masseuse you get.

Massage was great from Maggie. Usually Asian style massages are strong enough for my muscled but she was great. Only off thing about the place is the receptionist. He's off putting, little creepy . Overall it was a great experience and good price.

Very good staff and they're open late. The option for RMT/insurance is very helpful as well. There isn't much in the way of tui na massage east of Toronto, so this the go-to if you can handle that sort of thing.

Had the 45min foot reflexology and it was amazing! It started off with a foot bath and a neck/shoulder massage. Then she massaged my legs and feet. Finished off with hot towels. 100% will be returning.
