FLOURISHED FLOWERS ..!! Just wanted to express my LOVE & APPRECIATION to Sue @ A Time For Flowers ..!! Sue is SUPERB and her customer service is OLD SKOOL VALUE & ETHICS ..!! This is rare and something I really cherish in another business. Nothing is too much trouble and she really went out of her way to accommodate me on several occasions even though she was extremely busy. Sue creates such beautiful flowers for all occasions. I ordered lady week some beautiful pink roses with gypsum all my clients the the salon loved them. The roses were usual and vintage looking perfect for my salon. Sue is also selling Christmas Trees and wreaths. My children were delighted this evening when Sue had hand delivered the Christmas Tree for them to decorate. Sue is such a lovely kind lady who really LOVES her business and her job this radiates through to all her clients and her craftsmanship. I feel blessed to know Sue both personally and professionally. Time and time again, I am amazed at how fantastic the flowers are and the service that comes with it. I used to buy flowers online, not knowing that I could get better flowers, better service and at amazing prices right on my doorstep. The recipients of the flowers are always so impressed and blown away, which is great and what I could only dream of before. I happened to pop in, spur of the moment looking to get someone special a nice bunch of flowers. Due to covid tho, it was all made to order but the lovely lady there sold me a bunch she had prepared for someone else saying that she had time to make again before it was due to be collected so I was able to walk away with an absolutely beautiful bunch of flowers, lovingly prepared so was very grateful for the help. Will deffo be a returning customer, tho perhaps I will order in advance next time

I cannot recommend Sue Ball enough! She creates the most amazing creations for EVERY occasion! Myself, my friends and family have used Time for Flowers for several different occasions and quite often at the last minute and they always come through with fantastic creations! They deliver internationally and nothing is ever too much. Sue is such a wonderful, friendly lady whilst also being very professional too! I would never go anywhere else and suggest everyone uses Sue for their florist needs!

I sent sue a rushed text on Friday evening well after hours asking if she could organise flowers on behalf of my parents to my mother in law the following day. I was astounded to receive a text from the Mother in Law at 10am on Saturday to tell me that she had text my parents to thank them for the beautiful flowers that had just been delivered. You might be the only florist in orpington but you are the only florist I will use to have flowers delivered anywhere in the world Thank you as always

Sue's flowers are delightful and I wouldn't use any other florist now. I know that the recipient will soon be in touch to say how great the flowers were, comment on the choice of colours and the longevity of the display. I think that Sue puts a little bit of love into each bunch as they bring so much joy. When my Aunt was 99 this spring, she got many bouquets but Sue's display was in the fore front and outshone all the others - Thank you so much!

We ordered 2 arrangements for a funeral. We were given very useful and sympathetic advice in the shop; shown photographs and price list. The lady said she would telephone the Crematorium for us to make sure we had the correct details etc. We saw the arrangements at the funeral and were extremely pleased. They were bigger than expected, the flowers looked fresh and beautiful. I would definitely use 'Time For Flowers' again.

This florist always gives a very personalised service. My family have had funerals, weddings,, modern /traditional dislays/bouquets, you name it, Sue has always delivered on time, all weather's and exactly what is required. My daughters wedding bouquet was a difficult project. When the box was opened, it bought tears to our eyes, it was so beautiful. I remember that moment more than the whole wedding!

Absolutely amazing service after ringing this morning to send flowers to my son/daughter-in-law in Orpington on same day.
