There are too few visitor parking spaces in the underground parking of the Times Plaza. For the size of this business and shopping centre, there need to be many more parking spaces, with its current capacity there are more likely that you will not be able to find a space to park your car and shop conveniently as it seems. Apart from the parking, I enjoy shopping at the Asian supermarket on the ground floor, this place is really one stop shop for Asian groceries. It offers good variety and low price. With friendly and helpful English speaking staff (some don’t speak English and keeps saying “No English” to you and refuses to assist you right away) however, the rest of people there are really helpful.

Trying to get a taxi here is a challenge at the best of times. Cars parked in taxi rank all the time. Taxi refuses to sit at rank as people take up ALL the taxi spaces. When a cabbie does get a park in the taxi rank, it's to go inside to do shopping leaving the cab empty and unattended. However, if you have you're own transport, you're fine and should have no problem getting a parking space unless you're disabled and want to park close to entrance down in car park as all those spaces are taken by able body drivers. Why would any one who is reliant on taxi or have a disability, ever want to shop here??

I was really pessimistic when this place first opened - I thought it might be too far from the main city centre. However, now fully finished with all the new apartments being built and more stores opening around the plaza, it is now centrally located and there’s a good handful of stores inside that are also great. One thing that is common here (and also holding it back a little) at Tjmes Plaza and around Hurstville and it’s surrounding suburbs, is the lack of on-street or dedicated parking faculties that match population/usage.

Odd and inconvenient layout. It doesn't look like a shopping centre or plaza which made it hard to spot from main street. It hosted a few decent shops and restaurant which is the plus point.

Small arcade, nothing special. Has escalators and clean toilets on 1st floor. No change, except shops closing. Only the New Yen Yen market worth visiting in basement.

This place have basement car park for free 2 hours parking, yum cha on level 2, and Hongkong style cafe on level 1, also Chinese grocery store on ground floor.

Come here for yum cha at Golden Sands but be prepared to queue for up to an hour, convenient if you can get parking downstairs and convenient asian supermarket

Lifts are really slow to travel up and down. Apart from new yen yen store all other restaurants and shops are overpriced.

The level 2 bathroom was something out of a horror show. Don't bother going any time after the yum cha lunch rush.
