My experience at Timezone Plenty Valley was nothing short of a complete disappointment. I had gone there with the hope of having a fun-filled time playing games, but it turned out to be a frustrating and regrettable visit. Right from the start, it was clear that the staff lacked any enthusiasm or willingness to make the customers' experience enjoyable. I asked if I could play 9D, and to my dismay, I was told that it was already closed for the night, even though their closing time was still far away. It felt like the staff just didn't want to put in any effort to accommodate their customers' requests. The disappointment didn't end there. I was also looking forward to trying out the bumper cars and laser tag, only to find out that both of these attractions were also inexplicably "done for the night." It's baffling how a supposedly fun-filled entertainment venue can have so many activities unavailable to its customers. If certain games were not available, the least they could have done was inform us beforehand so that we could make an informed decision about spending our money. When I voiced my complaint about the lack of available activities and the poor service, one of the customer service members admitted that they were understaffed. While I appreciate their honesty, it's not an excuse for providing subpar service. They offered a refund, which we accepted, but then another staff member outright refused to give us a refund. It's absurd and unprofessional to offer something and then take it back. The overall customer service experience was abysmal. The staff's disinterest lack of effort were evident throughout our visit. It felt like they were doing us a favor by being there, and as paying customers, that's the last thing you want to feel. In the end, our visit to Timezone Plenty Valley was a complete waste of money. I would strongly advise against going there if you're expecting a good time and value for your money. There are plenty of other places that offer better customer service and a more enjoyable experience. Save yourself the frustration and seek entertainment elsewhere.

Overall, I would not recommend Timezone Plenty Valley based on my experience. The lack of effort from the staff and the unavailability of attractions made it a disappointing visit. Save your money and find a different entertainment venue that actually cares about their customers' enjoyment.

We had a sixth birthday party organised at Timezone Plenty Valley and it was full of fun. The hosts, Josie & Belinda, were taking care of everything for us, including the play cards for the kids, their food and coffee and drinks for our guests. They were always around to ensure we needed anything which was a big peace of mind for us. They even brought us a trolley for the gifts to carry to the car! The food quality was good and the portions were enough. Due to the high number of guests, food was a bit delayed and we didn’t have time to cut the cake in our allocated room, but they offered us another room to cut and serve the cake. Also, they took care of the rest at the end. We usually enjoy the play in this centre but I also suggest this venue for fun and parties even for adults!

I don’t usually do much reviewing, but today definitely needed one! We had a wonderful experience at my daughters Timezones birthday celebration on Saturday. Our host Sarah was super sweet, she made sure I was relaxed as possible and took control of the whole party for me. She went above and beyond to make sure I was relaxed as possible. I found her to be a fantastic host with a wonderful personality. Delta the manager on duty was also wonderful & very professional at all times. She was always checking in to ensure everything was under control. Even Sam on the tills was funny & helpful. What a wonderful team! Definitely recommend having a birthday party here if you’re keen to just relax and let the kids have a blast!

The boy that looked after our party was polite and good with the kids. Even though we paid for a total of 2.5 hrs we were not given access to the party room until the last 45 minutes when the kids were about to be served their meals. Even this was so rushed. No reason was given as to why. Simply, those are the rules. We were forced to walk around with the presents and decorations that we weren’t able to use. I confirmed that they had a freezer to store the ice cream cake a few days before the party, I was assured that the cake was placed in the freezer when we gave it at the party, yet when it was served, it was melting. Overall, not a pleasant experience and I will not be recommending this place to anyone.

We came today on an invite of a fun day from Timezone in exchange for the bad experience we had in another Timezone branch. I would have to say that we were lucky we chose this Timezone as my kids enjoyed their day immensely. Nil hiccups on the day. Manager is fronting on opening, staff members are visible and and knowledgeable. A lot of movement with the team in assisting customers, and the place had positive vibe even with the activities all around. Managers and team were not dismissive and defensive with us.I wish every Timezone is the same. Good job plenty, you won us back for Timezone and Thank you Timezone for listening to your customers

I recently had the pleasure of attending an event at Time Zone where Saja was the host, and I must say it was an absolutely amazing experience. Saja's energy, enthusiasm, and charisma were truly outstanding and made the event incredibly enjoyable for everyone, especially my kids. From the moment we walked in, Saja greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel amazing. Her ability to engage with the everyone both young and old was truly remarkable. Saja had an incredible knack for connecting with kids, instantly capturing their attention and keeping them entertained throughout the event. Looking forward to coming again for my other sons birthday!

Me and my daughter just love to play claw machine!!! We came here quite often, at least fortnightly for relax and some luck! The majority of the staff from this timezone are very kind and friendly! The only suggestion is if able to swap or change plush toys in the claw machine more frequently? And if possible to have some more small claw machines for more variety, such as the one in million life? Overall, such a good experience

We had a 8th birthday party for my son at PV Timezone. We were so well looked after by everyone at the venue, in particular Beth. Her communication was excellent and she was so wonderful with the kids. She went through the schedule with us at the beginning and explained how everything would run and continued to checked in with us regularly throughout the party. She was by far the best party host we have ever had and she should be commended

We celebrated my son’s 6th birthday at Timezone and our host Angel was exceptional. She made sure things ran smoothly and that all the kids were happy. She also checked in regularly to see if there was anything that we needed. We’ve had a few parties and Timezone (different location) now and I must say Angel was the best host we’ve had. The whole crew that assisted at the party were terrific and so friendly.

My sons party went well, the host Parnia did a good job keeping 11 rowdy boys under control and entertained. Only recommendation is to maybe not have so many parties on one day… the place gets quite noisy and struggled to hear the parents over the chaos and also the fact that me and my guests had to stand around amongst the games until the room was ready

Kids had an amazing time. Yasmin and Jodi were awesome keeping the kids entertained and me informed of the next steps. It would have been a 5 Star review, if we were able to order coffee, tea etc. For the parents and the kids food was served at the scheduled time. It seemed they were low on staff.

Best place ever. Won 3000 tickets and kids had fun choosing the variety of prizes. One of the vr games was broker and I wasted $3 though but hopefully that gets fixed soon.photo booth was also very good but only 2 people could fit in there. We had to squish everyone in. Kids enjoyed though.

Pretty standard fare when it comes to machines and services, and the small enclosed space means it gets loud, fast. But it's clean and well-maintained, and the staff are reasonably attentive. Perfectly fine to visit.
