The people in the shop were very friendly and also flexible and „fixed“ my bicycle on the same day. However, I came to get my back tire brakes fixed (they were making very unsettling sounds when used). The one guy changed the break pads (apparently the ones I had were not the right ones, eventhough they were new and fixed by a bike mechanist in Switzerland) and also cleaned my bicycle (thank you:)). When I came to pick up my bicycle I did a test drive and the breaks were still making the same unsettling sounds. The guy told me it‘s normal and to him the breaks look fine and that I just need to use the new break pads a bit until the sound goes away. I‘ve biked over 500km now and the sound is still here, also very little break force when I use them… So I watched a youtube video and fixed it myself. After my self-fixing it workes soooo much better now. So eventhough the staff was nice at this bikeshop I would not recommend going there if what I can fix by watching a youtube video is better than their work… Sorry:/

The Best bike shop!!! I was really unlucky to crash with my bicycle and my ultegra-sti broke completely, so I had no more break and no shifting, my bike trip seemed have a bitter end. But then I came to albania pedal, he haven’t had a new sti but did put a mtb-lever so I can drive- carefully indeed, but I can continue my trip. And when I went out to drink a coffee he cleaned my entire gearing and did a full service for my bike and the bike of my girlfriend, the shifting was never so great, thanks. If there is one thing from albania I would like to import to Berlin, it is this bikeshop ;) Thanks

Had one of my bikes serviced for a 1.2km altitude descent onto a coastal area. The conditions were extreme (albeit the nicely paved road). The max recorded temp was at 44c and minimal at 17c at mountain peak. I had my ball-bearings serviced and changed for SKF ones (which is rare to find anyway) and the wheel spins like a charm. The brakes were also very thoroughly tested in a crazy descent. The selection of bikes and choices was also pretty good. Charged me a lot of money (70eu) for a job that wasnt fully completed. I took the bike back the next day as the gear cogs which had been replaced werent lined up with the deraillers. The guy pretty much just shrugged after five minutes of looking at it and said it would be fine. It wasn't... after only two days on the road (I'm touring by bicycle) I had to pay another 50 euros for somebody to fix the shoddy job and the damaged caused as a result of it. Very disappointed.

Had to replace my 8 speeds freewheel. Impossible to find the component in Croatia and in Montenegro, but Tirana Pedal managed to find it after 2 days of research!! They also discovered a damage in my rear wheel and fixed it very well for an affordable price. The staff is really kind, eager to help and most importantly very professional, I highly recommand. We completed our bikepacking journey in Tirana and had to prepare our bikes for the flight back. The folks from Tirana Pedal were a lifesaver; they supplied us with boxes, skillfully packed our bikes and bags, and even arranged for a van to transport our bicycles to the airport. All of this was offered at a reasonable price. We wholeheartedly recommend their services!

Very helpful Team! We were flying from Tirana after ending our backpacking trip. They provided us with carton boxes and even packed the bicycles incl. our bags safely into the boxes for only 20 Euro each (box fee incl. packaging service). I sought their services to pack my bike for air travel. Unfortunately, I was greatly disappointed by the experience. Upon arrival in France, numerous parts had fallen and lost due to the use of a low-quality box and evident incompetence in handling this type of packaging. They are expensive, incompetent, and I strongly advise against their shop. Antoine

Needed a new rim tape and went here to get it replaced. Staff was very friendly and very quick, he said he replaced the old tape with a really good one. Unfortunately only two days later I had another flat tire and while changing the tube I saw that he just put electrical tape inside. Maybe it was just bad luck but in the end it didn't help me.

When you enter this small shop, you already know that it’s ran by a bike lover : the kind of boutique repair shop you whish to find when you are a bike enthusiast. And in my experience, it is by far the best bike repair/service shop I found in Tirana. Fast and outstanding service and great prices! Highly recommended !

Had to pack my bike for a flight, Tirana pedal did it for 3000 lek. Everything was properly fitted in the cardboard box, including all my luggage which they found some space for and they also cleaned thoroughly the bike (which was very dirty). Thank you!
