I'm so happy with my experience at Toccare I don't know where to begin! I recently saw Caci for a brow wax, and came back the next week for a 60 minute facial...both services were amazing! Location: I love the location. I live uptown and it's very easy to get to, parking is always available and it's a breeze to come and go. It's in Myers Park, very central and easy to get to from any direction. It's just Caci (and a massage therapist) in the business, so it's very private and the experience feels very personal. You are not being hurried in/out to make room for the next guest. I'm female and loved it, and it would be PERFECT for men looking to get the occasional waxing, facial or massage service without feeling like they're at a spa and surrounded by women. Ambiance: For me, it's perfect. Very minimalist but welcoming. Caci does have retail available, but you are not bombarded with shelves busting with products when you walk in the door. Her priority is taking care of your skin and educating you on what's important to maintain and treat. When you walk in the door, there is a beautiful aroma that's spa-like but not overwhelming. I asked her about the aroma...she said it's just the products she's using during services (love that!) Services: I've been getting brow waxes for 15 years...and this was one of the best! I have the unfortunate nervous habit of pulling out my eyebrows, and sometimes this can be a challenge for the person trying to maneuver around the occasional thin/bald patch. Caci did a phenomenal job...I haven't even had to use makeup to fill them in! I came in a few days later for a 60 minute facial, which she customizes based on her expert evaluation of your skin (she has over 10 years of experience in the industry) and your concerns. The facial was so relaxing...but also effective! It's been days since my service and my skin is still soft, smooth and glowing! Products: I love the products she uses and can't wait for my next facial. She even sent me home with several samples, so I can try them out for a few days and decide if I would like to continue using the products at home. Considering they are organic, smell amazing and feel great on my skin...I most likely will begin working them into my skincare regimen. But I love that there wasn't any pressure to take home products on the spot! I highly recommend Caci and Toccare - you will not be disappointed!

I have always heard wonderful things about Toccare and was excited to check it out for the first time earlier this year. I booked a 90 minute massage and 60 minute facial at the Myers Park location. The facial was maybe the best I've ever had and I never wanted it to end. Truly a 5 star facial! Thankfully that was my second service of the day though because it redeemed what was maybe the worst massage I've ever had. For some people, the therapist would have been fine, but for me, in spite of providing feedback along the way, the pressure was never what I wanted it to be. The combination of that with the awful lotion she used, literally made my skin crawl for a full 90 minutes. It's possible they have other options that I just didn't think to ask for in the middle of my treatment, but it felt like a dry massage which is I think what made my skin crawl so much. Given the overwhelming number of 5 star reviews for Toccare, I'm inclined to go back again to see if my experience was just a one-off thing. I hope it was...especially considering the magical facial I had!

Nice little neighborhood spa but nothing special about it, especially for the price point. I expected the luxury spa experience (changing room with bathrobes & slippers to wear for your treatment, water fountain & spa music playing, offerings of herbal tea or water, showers for afterwards, etc.). I was checked in, told there was water "in the back". I sat down on the closest chair I could find and was quickly greeted by a woman and led into a room 2 steps away. It was a small room. I was instructed to dress down to my comfort level & get onto the treatment table & then the woman came back 5 minutes later and began my treatment. Facial with one add-on. Again, nothing special for the price. Felt like a cheap-ish facial at a cheap salon with an esthetician that was fine, but cost $200 after tip. Nothing bad per se, just misalignment on value/price. I don't plan to go back. If I'm going to spend that much of my time & money, I'm going to a luxury spa.

Although the spa is aesthetically pleasing, the services and hospitality were lacking. I came here on my birthday for a facial and massage. Upon walking up to Tocarre, I recognized the owner and she barely acknowledged me. While I was waiting for my massage in the waiting area I was passed by multiple times and completely ignored, I was not offered water or any refreshments while I waited. Both the massage and the facial were average and seemed like the providers were just going through the motions. The only positive was that the products they used smelled nice. I did not receive the accommodations that other clients seemed to experience. I'm not quite sure if I was just there on an "off" day but I'm in no rush to return.

This is the best all around day spa around ! The minute you walk in, you are warmly greeted, offered a warm or cold beverage while you wait. The experience is so Zen like ! You walk into a room with soothing music, sink into a heated elevated bed and the magic begins ! Alisha Cooper has been my skin specialist every time I have visited and she is the best !...You begin to enhale the wonderful smelling essential oils and the facial and massage with oils, hot towels etc just takes you away....Her vast knowledge allows her to recommend and suggestion tips, for better skin care.....Bev Synan

I have had two facials here and am totally obsessed! If you love your skin run don’t walk to make an appointment. Been to both locations and they are great and staff is always friendly and accommodating. I am going regularly now because I love how my skin looks and feels. Glad I found this amazing place! Just a quick update. I have heard from friends that they breakout when they get facials. This has never happened when I come here. I am honest with them about what I am allergic to so perhaps that helps. Hope this helps someone when they go to their appointment!

I got my first ever facial the other week at Toccare from Alicia and loved it. The 45 minutes included gentle massage, feedback on the skincare “routine” I have at home, and the use of an abundance of products on my face to cleanse and exfoliate. The experience was zen and relaxing, and made me feel productive in taking better care of my skin as I trudge forth into my thirties. What I appreciated the most was that no products were pushed on me at checkout – I asked for a little bit of guidance and received a few samples to test out.

What a beautiful and calming spa. From the moment you step inside, to the check out process, I felt at ease and so relaxed. Their staff is so sweet and accommodating! Very clean and professional. Please be warned that they have 2 locations and both locations have the same phone number. Makes it a bit more confusing. In my mind I had specifically called one location to make my reservation there, but when I showed up, I was then informed I was at the wrong location. Maybe just verify which location the appointment was made for.

Extremely disappointed with my facial. Service was lacking. I was barely acknowledged my entire visit. My aesthetician seemed like she was going though the motions. Never talked to me and at the end of the facial, walked out for me to get dressed and never saw her again. I had questions about my facial and my skin and she just disappeared! I was dumbfounded. Then had to stand at the desk waiting for the teen who seemed like she couldn’t be bothered on her phone to check me out. No one asked about my experience etc

I love this spa and cannot say enough great things about it! The girls at the front are so sweet, the owner is very nice and helpful, and Alessandra is AMAZING with facials. I try to get a facial every month and Alessandra works some serious magic on my face. She is intentional, knowledgeable, and great to talk to. She customizes my facials every time tailored to what I am currently lacking and my skin always looks calm and glowy when I leave. Thank you!

If you have never had a facial or you have and are looking for a new spa, I highly recommended Toccare. Not only should you go to Toccare, but you should ask for Fran. I love her!! She's amazing. I have been coming to get a facial once a month for about six months with Fran and I cannot speak any higher about how talented she is. She is detailed, honest and genuine. My entire facial is a therapeutic experience. Toccare is a neighborhood gem!

Cannot say enough about my love for Toccare! Since my first facial with Meshelle, I was hooked and am now a religious 6 week client! The space and decor is serene and calming. They also use high end, clean products that are tailored every single service based on your needs that day. Meshelle is an absolute gem and very talented/knowledgeable esthetician. Every time I leave there, I feel refreshed and my skin glows! Absolutely recommend!

Favorite place to be. Meshelle has changed my skin and the spa itself has changed my views on how I buy skincare. The staff is sooo friendly, never pushy, and they're always very welcoming. Meshelle has been doing my facials for a year or two now and the change we're seeing is obviously exciting to me, but Meshelle gets excited about the improvements too! She's an amazing human. All the stars. Love this cute little place.

I went for a hot stone full body massage today with Ann, and she is absolutely great! She is truly professional & talented! She put all her effort and techniques into work and did such a great job! I left their salon feeling relaxed and revived! And the girl at the front desk was also very friendly, polite and kind, that I felt very welcomed right away. I’ll definitely recommend their services to my family and my friends.

I had my first facial at Toccare today and it was such a lovely, first class experience. I was greeted with a friendly smile. I had a relaxing facial where my skins' needs were adressed. You could tell it wasn't just a canned out facial but customized to what I needed. I love that I was given samples of the product that was used on my face instead of having product pushed. I already made a second facial! Highly recommend!

Toccare made my relaxing bachelorette weekend so special! My girls and I were treated to wonderful massages and facials, my facial being one of the best I’ve ever experienced. The location is an experience in and of itself, you feel almost like you’ve been transported to Mediterranean. The interior is soothing and beautifully decorated. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. I will definitely be back!

This place is so cute and comfortable. I went in for a facial and absolutely loved my experience. Meshelle Harris worked on me and she is the BEST!! I love her technique and how she walks you through what she is using on you and how beneficial it is for you. She is professional, friendly, and great at what she does. I highly recommend both Toccare in general and Meshelle in particular!

I really enjoyed my facial here. There was a huge amount of time dedicated to massage and relaxation. The scents were wonderful and the staff was top notch. I will say though, the focus was more on relaxation than skin care. This makes a great gift or special self care treat. I’m not sure it is the best place if you are wanting the skincare though. I will return.

Amazing intimate local day spa! Services are exceptional, staff personable and professional, products all clean/natural ingredients. My go to for facials and waxing. I have very sensitive skin and since using their products I have had no issues. Highly recommend checking them out!

I was pregnant with my first baby and fully prepared myself to go past my due date…I got a prenatal massage the day before my scheduled due date and my water broke that night! If you want help getting labor going I highly recommend!!
