The only polite part of the service was when they took my money. After calling and asking for services a representative informed me that I would receive an update roughly 30 min prior to the employee showing up, so that everyone would be on same page. I proceeded to wait 3-4 hours (I asked multiple time for a ‘rough’ ETA and a representative named ‘jessica’ said they could not give me even a ‘rough’ ETA) the rep then called me not to inform me that they would be there shortly but that they were outside waiting on me…the rep completed the work done on my passenger window. A lot of glass was left in the car (was under the impression that this was removed with the vacuum that they bring) after noticing so much glass left in the vehicle I then asked the employee on scene if I could pay them an additional $10 to them personally to vacuum the rest of the glass. The employee took the 10$ and proceeded to vacuum the car. Afterwards I found that their were still large amounts of glass left in the car. When the employee charged me for the services, I was charged almost 1,000$ for one passenger side front window replacement. I informed the employee on scene of the obscene charges. he walked away for roughly 5 min and returned only to tell me that “I would receive a phone call” without any further explanation. I never did receive a phone call from the business after the transaction took place. I called them the next day and proceeded to tell the rep the issue. The rep said that they were in fact aware of the situation and remembers the call from the day before. She proceeded to tell me their was nothing she could do and that I should call them back after the weekend. I responded to the rep telling them that I was the one that was suppose to receive the phone the day before and that they should be the ones reaching out to ME to rectify the situation. Up until this point I have only done what they asked and paid the price they asked as well as additional funds directly to the employee for basic services. I should not have to work to receive my money back that should have never been taken. Overall horrible service, extreme lack of accountability, and lacked urgency to rectify the situation. I still have NOT received a phone call from this business. I still have NOT received the additional money that they charged me. Please be cautious when using this business. Would not recommend.

Overall great experience, would use again! I was hesitant at first since I hadn't heard of this company before but the experience was great. I input my quote online at 8:30 and by 9 am I had received a call from customer service working to get me on the schedule for the next day. This was much faster than the 4 other places I received quotes from who were scheduling 2+ weeks out. I was able to communicate with customer service via text to get the information I needed for insurance, and confirm my appointment. The technician was professional & speedy! They made sure to pick up the needed parts and my technician shared that while a newer company, a handful of the crew members are former Safelite employees so that left me feeling more confident. They do not offer the calibration service for my type of car, so I will have to take it to the dealer for that service. Hope they will add that to the mobile service in the future.

My rear windshield was broken by vandals this week and after trying unsuccessfully to get an appointment at another place, I found this company. Setting up an appointment for the following day was quick and easy and I was reassured that if I was not at home they would come to my location as long as it was in their service area. I got a call from Devan about an hour before, letting me know what time he would get there. I gave him my work address and he showed up as expected, and completed the work in an hour. The service was great and the price was comparable to the other company I contacted. All the staff I interacted with were professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend!

I definitely recommend this place! I just got my husband's windshield replaced by them. They are reasonably priced and very efficient on everything! We had gone through a different company before this and the guy was a scam. We came upon this place and will never go to anyone else again! We were informed about everything that wee needed to know. Even errors from the previous person. We bought our car brand new so we know what was told to us today was all true. We are very fortunate to have come across this company. Thank you for all your help today! The work you guys did was great!

I had previously used today auto class with no problems. But the last time I was very disappointed. The fact they can leave jobs unfinished and send a repair man who complains the whole time is unacceptable. When I called to ask if the tech would finish his job; they showed a major lack of costumer service, they said a part was broken when in fact it was not. Their technician is lazy and did not complete his job. Do NOT recommend this company almost solely on the basis of their lack of costumer service and lack of accountability. So so disappointing.

My rear windshield was busted Saturday night, I reached out to multiple places sunday morning to see who could come repair my windshield quickest (and for a good value). Today Autoglass called me back literally 30 minutes after my inquiry and set up an appointment for Monday while having the lowest quote of any of the places I looked at. Mario then came to replace my windshield on Monday and was extremely communicative about ETA/timeline the whole time. He was extremely friendly and helpful with my questions. 10/10 would recommend them!

I’ve had 2 experiences with Today Auto Glass (one for a chipped front windshield and the other for a break-in). Both times, they were efficient, professional and very easy to work with from the initial contact (with me and my insurance company) to the glass technician coming to my house to the follow-up. I especially love that you exclusively talk with a single, live person via call or text through the whole process (no bots or retelling your information every time you make contact). HIGHLY recommend.

Today AutoGlass lives up to their name. I was visiting Seattle and unfortunately someone busted my side window. I'm usually someone who gets several quotes on things, but Today AutoGlass answered my first call in the morning and told me they had the side window in stock and could fix it that day. I decided to go with them and was happy with my choice. It was indeed done that same day, and the technician was friendly, efficient, and good at his job. I can't recommend them enough.

i was looking for somewhere quick to get my window fixed, because i work a lot & my car got broken into. Everywhere i looked up & called was booked for about two weeks but AutoGlass was able to come to me which was very convenient & was way less money wise than i had excepted & the person who fixed my window cleaned my car & was super helpful & nice. I would definitely recommend if you need a window replacement or maybe anything else car wise because this is a great company!

Had my car broken into and they came and repaired my window the same day. The price was cheaper then six other places I contacted that I would have waited up to 3 days to have my windshield fixed. Today Auto Glass Tech named Nick was one of the coolest most down-to-earth guys I've ever met. He contacted me after my missed call and came by right away. Took about an hour and it's like it never happened. Can't thank them enough. Great job you guys highly recommended

I can't say enough about the work that they did on our car. The windshield had a rock chip and they were out quickly and took care of it in a professional manner. I was particularly impressed at the work my tech, Nash, did and the friendly way he treated me the customer. I have used other companies in the past, but was completely blown away at the speed, price, and customer service they showed. They are easily the best place in Seattle I have used.

I highly recommend Today AutoGlass! Appointment booking was easy, the replacement side window was affordable, and the technician came out to my house. He was knowledgeable about glass types and managed my expectations with tempered glass and its difficulty removing from a sheepskin seat cover. Regardless he vacuumed up all the broken glass in my vehicle and recommended I remove the cover for a professional clean to remove any errant glass shards.

Michael was professional and courteous. He did the replacement of my window and even vacuumed up all the broken glass from the break in. I wish I didn't need this service but I'm so glad I found Today Autoglass when I did. They came out and fixed the window the same day I called! The price was competitive with all the other companies and they came to my workplace so I didn't have to lose any hours to get it taken care of! Thanks

Last Labor Day weekend (2022), I walked out to find my back window smashed, and my car filled with glass. No one could come out because of the holiday. Other glass replacement businesses required me to drive to them, and most still couldn't fit me in until late in the week. Today Auto Glass came Tuesday morning (the day after the holiday), and fixed my back window, vacuumed up all the glass, and over a year later, the work holds up.

Amazing experience! Called them first thing in the morning after my car window had been smashed. They really mean it when they say TODAY Auto glass as this was the only place around that had same day availability. I had parents visiting the following day and it's been 20 degrees in Seattle and I needed it fixed pronto. The service was amazing and the window was fixed within a couple of hours. Would definitely recommend!

Today Autoglass is absolutely amazing. The customer service was 10/10. I called Sunday morning after my passenger side window was completely smashed Saturday night and they had someone come out the next day to help me clean up the glass and replace the window. He was very kind, knowledgeable and quick. I’m very thankful for this great company! Will recommend to anyone needing services.

While at a Dr appt in Seattle our rear window was smashed out. No fun to come out to that. We called and you were able to get Mario out to us the next day to repair it. He went above and beyond the call of duty to fix our window and assure us all was well. Hoping we don’t need your services anytime soon but would definitely use your business again!

Came home from vacation to the rear window busted out of our van. Called on a Saturday, and I was able to get a replacement Monday at my home. Pricing within a few dollars of the 2 other places I checked. Tech was kind, knowledgeable, and quick. Excellent easy repair for a giant pain in the butt situation. Made a frantic phone call on a Friday evening after our truck’s rear window was broken. We’re visiting from Florida and at a complete loss! Erica was extremely helpful and got us on the schedule for first thing Monday morning and even arranged for the technician to meet us at a mall parking lot! Unusually great customer service, highly recommend!

All the places I tried calling had a two week waiting period. But Today AutoGlass was able to come out next **to my location** the next day. The tech was incredibly friendly and fun to talk with. Their service was excellent! Very nice employees and they did an excellent job replacing my windshield. It was pouring rain so the technician set up a tent and in no time he was done! They also made sure to use the specific windshield for my Jeep which is awesome! Very fast and fabulous company - I highly recommend them!

AWESOME. I called and my side VW window was fixed in UNDER 24 hours. AT MY HOUSE! Wait...what?? I don't know how they broke the space-time continuum to get that done, but incredible. The tech was quick, cleaned up, super nice, and the window is perfect. And the price was 10% under what a large chain quoted me.
