Lovely little library, staff always helpful but my complaint is why do staff talk so loudly among themselves, it's not only annoying but also distracting. The same goes for Surbiton library. I have heard some nonsense discussed among staff of both libraries that library users really don't need to know. Apart from that very grateful to still have the service.

My children and I love this library it's not as large as other libraries but perfect for us. The staff are friendly and helpful, remembering children that come in regularly. They often do fun craft sessions and summer reading challenge for kids

Completely apalling, the helper for the summer reading challenge was not even happy to be there and went on her phone whilst talking to me and my child.

Lovely little library. Very welcoming and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful - polite and always service with a smile! :)
