I purchased a space heater when my pipes froze but ended up not using it as the space heater I owned ended up not being broken. I tried to turn the unopened package within the return policy on the receipt (30 days if package is unopened) but was denied because the owner says there is a "policy" to not accept any items purchased during special events like freezes or hurricanes (not posted anywhere when I bought the space heater or when I tried to return). When I asked where the lizzy was, the owner told me all stores do this and when I said Lowe's accepted a return I purchased to help my pipes and they accepted it, he said Lowe's is Lowe's, and obviously lied to me. Will never shop here again as I can't respect a place a store that won't follow its own policy on their receipts.

This hardware store has a small town feel, an amazing selection, and excellent customer service. I was looking for a very specific set screw, something that can take forever to find in a big box store, and normally you have to buy a big box of them. The short story is I was in and out in 3 minutes, with the exact quantity I needed, and the gentleman at the register took me to straight to the place in the store and pulled the screws for me. Will definitely be back!

When I need items to do a quick repair I always go here. The staff is awesome and always ready to help. Unlike shopping at the big Box stores where you have to figure it out for yourself, these guys will help you tremendously. They will actually walk you to the items instead of just pointing or shaking their head in some general direction and sometimes actually even put the items into your hand for you.

My first time in an hardware store and I was pleasantly surprised how friendly they were. I went looking for an Old Smokey and they had them in stock. The associate was knowledgeable, helpful to assist me in finding everything I would need to grill on my new Old Smokey. They were so kind to load it in my car. I had a great experience at Tom's Hardware.

This place is awesome, the owners actually help you find what you are looking for and know their merchandise well. They actually know what the hell they are talking about when it comes to the products they sell and if it will help you get the job done you need to get done. Very friendly, respectful, courteous and welcoming. I love this place.

Worst parking lot and store layout anywhere around here. Who decided it would be great to build a TINY Kroger with a big huge center part with the aisles going vout at random ode angles a around it and a tiny narrow aisle around the back? Parking lot is super small and yet so spread out. Only HEB at bunker Hill has a worst parking lot...

Very helpful manager, parking right off Gessler. He helped me find a male 3/8 to a male 1/2 inch brass plumbing assembly. Without the help It would have taken me 30 minutes looking thru the extensive selection of brass fittings to find the one I needed. Thank you, I will be back, as they have EARNED my business.

Every time I've come in here I have gotten exceptional help and they have always taken me right to where I need I love that about Ace hardware. You shouldn't ever step into a home Depot or Lowe's unless you need to go buy ceiling fans or toilets. Tom's has everything you need. These guys are great

I was frustrated because I've been working on my motorcycle all day and I go in with a handful of problems that guy there was able to help me quickly and efficiently made me laugh and gave me some pointers on new tools. All in all very satisfied, will definitely be going there again!.

This is a nice neighborhood Ace Hardware store. The store is clean with good merchandise presentation. Prices are a little higher than the big box home improvement stores. I don't mind that because of the convenience and the friendly, knowledgeable and helpful associates.

Ace Hardware stores like Tom's are always helpful when you need that weird thing-a-ma-gig. Tom's is exactly that. Convenient (except closed on Sundays...good for them) and very knowledgable. Always something to laugh about with the 2 brothers that run the place.

Going in there since I used to cut grass in the 80s for the whites on the corner of Nob Hill and Conrad Sauer oh man they're the best always had it what we needed every now visit to get keys will be there tomorrow for my Impala key yeah five stars up 20 Stars

I love Ace hardwares because the owners are often on-site and the employees are helpful and friendly. This is a smaller location but I was able to get keys made for a property. They have all of the main hardware items but are not as large

Indian own which means they are rude and doesn’t accept returns even with receipts. I bought a magnet pickup tools never been open and no returns. Better off going by to Home Depot if you’re not too sure which tool to purchase

My dad took me to this hardware store when I was a young boy. Its still here. Something to be said about that. Ace is the place and that is the truth. If you want the best of quality you go-to ace. Nuff said.

This place has been a hidden blessing since I've had a lot of issues finding parts for repairs around houston. Every time I've called, they almost always seem to have 1 or 2 of what I need in stock

Called to see if they had a belt for my carpet shampooer and the guy was telling about bags. I tried explaining that I needed a belt really don't think he understood me. Ugg

AMAZING! The men working there are scary good. Need some weird sized bolt? They've got it! No problem too big, no job too small. Save yourself time and energy, go here.
