TO ANYONE LOOKING INTO WORKING HERE DONT !!! Low pay and MANAGEMENT IS HORRIBLE the store director ROBERT FOSNAUGH has his favorites and if you aren’t one of his favorites then you better watch out! I used to work here and ROBERT continuously bullied me into always trying to change and open my availability when I got hired I made it clear on days and hours I could work due to my grandma having horrible health issues and also me having a child and they were okay with it at first and then he comes and bullied me and bullied me continuously and there I am doing the best I can to open it as much as I could but it was never good enough! But oh if you were one of the girls he favored there was no issue at all! I was a book keeper and I did my job in a way that I could get things done. keep in mind that on top of everything hr was telling us to get done Robert had us doing a million other things as well and so I would try so hard to complete as much as I could in every shift BUT MY HARD WORK WAS NEVER GOOD ENOUGH !!! I was pretty much alone because he allowed my back up to have a limited shift of 6am-11am for personal reasons but reasons that are the same as mine ! LIKE I SAID FAVORITES! This place is so unorganized he puts so much stress on you and you don’t even get paid enough to be that stressed especially at a grocery store!! Book keepers are supposed to have their own office and work space but Robert refused he doesn’t care what anyone above him has to say on anything because he says it’s his store not theirs ! This store is disgusting! Needs a new store director who is more understanding to life outside of work and not a selfish prick someone more like MIGUEL because the way Robert talks and treats his employees is very very unacceptable and thats why so many good workers quit or transfer to different stores cause let me tell you store 4265 has all my respect great management great workers great everything ! Hr needs to do better when it comes to this specific store and this specific store director cause I’m definitely not the first person to complain on him I’ve heard worse stories and I’m definitely not the first person he bullied into quitting If y’all can’t be flexible with everyone equally then don’t promote flexible hours.

I have been coming to get delicious and beautiful cakes and flowers for over a decade. The ladies in the bakery are always so helpful and accommodating. The meat market has fresh selection and patient butchers, the deli has yummy fresh sushi and crispy chicken and produce is always perfect! Ive always had a pleasant experience except for today for a specific worker. The two lanes who had cashiers were full so I did the self check out lane. I look up and I see at least 4 workers by me and my young daughter mentions how they are claiming I am stealing. I then speak up and tell them to come scan the items themselves instead of stating if that is the problem a young lady comes over and assures the machine isn’t making the loud enough sound of scanning so it was questionable transaction. Ok how is that my fault? Why be unprofessional and lure and gossip instead of addressing the supposed problem? I am beyond upset how my daughter was scared and embarrassed over a claim of theft! a specific employ an older black lady, was loud to say I was a thief but then run to the back when I told her to come rescan and check my receipt since I’m stealing! My daughter was so embarrassed and I was so upset I should’ve left my $200 worth of groceries to not do business at this location. No employees to open lanes but enough to gossip and say I was stealing when in fact I wasn’t! I asked for the manager she was part of the spectators but when I confronted everyone ran. I told them to rescan every item I had time today! I’m disgusted by the treatment and stereotype. I am or WAS a frequent customer never have I felt so disrespected!

Tom Thumb on Hampton Avenue on Friday 13, 2023 at 7:26pm First giving respect to the person in the Delhi area. Who originally helped me with the Tom Thumb app, trying to get the deal on the chicken. I am mostly impressed with the person who was at the front self checkout area going back and forth between multiple areas. "Ms. Kayla" kudos to this individual. They went far beyond customer service and making sure the fairness of the deal was there. This person help me navigate the app and made sure what I entered was correct. These things can be tricky for older customers and it's good to have competent individuals there to help navigate us through these trying times. Please Tom Thumb corporate office this should be a future manager Thank You for your service

This tomtom is a disgrace. I went up there to get some pumpkins donated for an elementary of the ISD school for this carnival and I was approved for 25 pumpkins according to the phone calls I was making and the managers that were in Charge and I just think this is wrong. And a disgrace to TomThumb stores and corporate. I mean, come on, now, this was for the children. And they could have delivered them right next door to the school if they thought the pumpkins were gonna be used for something else!! II get there today to pick them up. Because that's what they told me to do, And they told me sorry man we can't help you after all.!! Miguel was the manager that showed no interest in helping out the children for the carnival!!

It’s 10:20 at night, 40 minutes from closing, they have the self checkout lines closed, and has only one checker working. Eventually they opened a second line. When I said something about it, I was told “we close at 11:00,” as if that were relevant to anything. I have been going to this store since it was across the road, for over thirty years. It has gone WAY downhill. I would not have posted this publicly, but I didn’t get much response from the people at the store, and the corporate website evidently doesn’t want feedback.

False advertising on line in weight items the store won’t respect the price they advertised on line , that’s not an option is take it or lived, they will charge you whatever they want at pick up day and the website is designed for that confusion there is no details, if you decide to return or refund then it will take 5 to 7 days to see your money back in your account and the store or manager won’t give you any options like give you the price advertised

Ordered a cake for my daughter bday plain white with just a few roses on top and asked for whip icing and they still added buttercream for the border the whip cream was super sweet like it was mixed with buttercream for a small cake I paid 50$ definitely wasn’t happy with it especially since they had very similar cakes on the display that looked better for a cheaper price but since it was for my daughter no way to even return it

We had the pleasure of visiting Starbucks inside Tom Thumb and had a pleasant experience. During the visit we did not notice any slip or trip hazards. Once we walked up to Starbucks we noticed three employees working behind the counter. We waited about 4 minutes to place an order although there was no one in front of us and one person waiting on her order. "Our Purpose Is Your Blessing"

If I can give it 0 stars I would been going here for years. Now that these young girls trying to run things everything is terrible. Poor poor management by Raquel and that little fat girl that thinks she’s in charge. They follow me around as if I want to steal all the way to my car but won’t even greet you when you walk in.

Disgusting place , unprofessional store manager ! The worst place to work little pay , drama , & illegal immigrants work here in produce & Starbucks, they have roaches and flys coming out of Expresso machines and all over other areas of store I seen it daily I worked here needs to be shut down …

Just moved to the area in the summer. Never heard of a Tom thumb until I got here. The store is clean and has been fully stocked. Has a Starbucks ^_^ Love the deli and variety. I've tried grocery pickup twice with no issues. Comforting to see young workers who do their job. A+ plus all around!

I have to go here for the specialty cheese that I love so much. It's habenaro and it's to die for if you love spicy things. They have all kinds of spicy cheese actually. I've tried them all and love them all! Flowers are always top notch also. Can't beat em. Prices too. Exceptional

This location is almost always out of produce. Mint, basil, parsley, out of anchovies. All my neighbors hate this Tom Thumb, and we’ll drive out of our way to avoid it. Ridiculous because we live next to it Update fridge stocked with expired milk. Pic taken 12/3

Went in today for some ready made lunch. I didnt need a cart and was going to be no more then 5 minutes. Security followed me like a fly on stink, as if i were going to run off with my items. My first time and my last time shopping at a Tom Thumb.

I had such a bad experience at bakery the girl was rude like she didt like her job talk to me with attitude her name is Ashley y’all can do better if She. Don’t like her job why is she doing even there worst experience ever !!!!

Light out in parking lot and some lights out in 3 of the front building signs. Seems like store is closed when you drive up. Staff friendly as always, great produce and meat.

I have enjoyed the new arrangement, it has made walking through the store a lot nicer compared to how it was before..

Best TT. Amazing bakery, deli and floral departments. My granddaughter works in the bakery. Say hi when you see her.

Great shopping experience cashiers friendly and help find things in the store.

Genuinely surprised this place hasn't been shut down. Avoid at all cost
