Came here because I needed a quickie drive through service but every other drive through I’ve been too has shown individual car care when all the extras are ordered. This car wash took maybe a minute (felt like 39 seconds) from start to finish leaving me flustered and wondering if I was supposed to wait for something else at the end. Where was the tire treatment and wax and smellicious bubbles that they promote. Am I supposed to stick my head out the window to smell the bubbles? At the end I attempted to use the vacuum stall but ended up leaving because my home handheld dustbuster has more suck than their industrial vacuum. Also they have a tiny printed sign that’s been up since 9/2021 indicating that their prices are actually higher than their big signs so that felt a little icky since you can’t see it until you’ve already entered into their no-exit path at that point. It’s just a small price increase but still feels icky.

I love this car wash. It's a great price, quick, easy and right down the street from my house so always convenient! Pick a level of car cleaning (basic $7, mid $10 & deluxe $12), driving on into the car wash, put your car in neutral no brake and a few minutes later ta-da clean car! If I have time and it's not too busy I pop into a spot to vacuum my car and dump whatever trash I've collected. Staff is always nice and friendly. You can buy air fresheners and rags to wipe off your car too (it is still slightly damp after the wash but not enough for me to care and dry, but I see other people do it). Overall, definitely recommend. Also it is having some construction right now near the entrance, but it is open, just fyi.

Decent, convenient, reasonably priced carwash. Be aware that the material on the spinning wash arms can cause very minor scratches to your vehicle's paint. This shows more prominently on dark paint. This is due to dirt and sediment from previous vehicles adhering to the material on the spinning wash arms. This carwash is great for my truck, but I no longer wash my car here. These minor scratches can be removed with a quality buffing compound, wax and a mechanical buffing machine. The self service, (included in entrance price), vacuum cleaners and fairly shaded work areas are excellent for giving your vehicle the final touch.

STAY WAY!!!! If I could give it zero stars I would. They damaged my car in the wash and the owner refuses to take responsibility. Instead he has been cussing me out and accusing me of lying and being a con woman all day via email. Why would I try to con a business? If my car was damaged in Another way I could just put it through my insurance-take responsibility!! Anyways, Their machinery is old and barely Even cleans and Leaves water spots all over the car.then you Have to wait forever to use their vacuums which barely ever work. Don’t waste your time, go somewhere that respects your patronage and gives you what you pay for.

Favorite car wash so I’m giving 5 stars. Automatic wash, Vacuums, trash bins, and a great wash in and out for $12 bucks tops. However, I should make a short note. All I had was Apple Pay (which they take) but the lady who was taking orders was very rude, made me pass my phone to her and then when it messed up she drenched her hands in sanitizer and made it clear she wouldn’t touch my phone again. It was an awkward experience, but the guy who worked there apologized and allowed me to briefly step out of the car to use Apple Pay. Also, apparently they give 4% discount if you pay cash. Might need to take them up on it.

Love this place, and I'll tell ya why - GREAT vacuums! The car wash itself is a car wash, good price, does what you want it to. But after, you can pull into a bay where they have a vacuum on either side of the car. Great suction and reach. Not those taped up hoses you get at the coin wash that sometimes work and sometimes don't. They've also got a high pressure hose should you need one to get all of the water out of the nooks and crannies before you pull out. The price is good too - good enough, I don't break the bank if I want to get it washed a few times a month...#LAstreetparkingblows.

If I could I would rate a 0. Brought in my car for the $12 wash,and ended up costing me more then I imagined being that the machine blew my car chrome off with the force of how strong it blows regardless leaving the car still wet not to mention the machine scratched my driver side window and others as well, when asking to speak to a manager I was confronted by a rude employee who was of no help as where the other employees telling me there boss would call me when he can. This place sucks save your money wash your own car check for scratches if you do come here. MY CAR IS STILL DIRTY!

Fri 11th, Feb 2022, 11:25am Busy, Washed & started vacuum as usual. Bay #4+5 both narrow vacuum hoses & one nozzle completely blocked. Walked to cashiers and told them, then finished cleaning. 5 minutes later, no response. Drove around to the 2 gentleman at the tunnel entrance; no cars; and told them. Slight head nodding then one looked on his phone the other, nothing. Only 1 car entered and then. . . Surprise- Surprise…. My car was damaged badly in this car wash. I tried speaking with the cashier to guide me on who to speak with and was told to leave my phone number but no one will call me back which was true. Then I came the next day because someone else said that there might be a manager at that time but there was no manager. They did give me the managers email who replied back asking for details on what happened but it’s been a week and they emailed multiple times but I’m not getting any response since then. I hope a manager sees this so that we can resolve the issue together.

If your car is dirty it needs to go through twice. The owner is rude and does not want to admit that it is not an effective wash. He stated to me "I offer value not perfection" . He then "allowed" me to run the car through a second time and it was much better, but stipulated..."never again". My prior visit I was told the $12 wash would clean my car better than the $7 wash. It did not. I will not go back and I think it would better to find another place and spend a few more dollars. I prefer to go to places that appreciate my patronage and don't insult customers.

This is the worst car wash I have ever experienced they stopped me half way through because their rollers hit the car too hard bent the license plate broke the license plate holder and we’re completely disrespectful and rude when I tried to explain. They attempted to belittle me and play the whole thing like nothing happened. They were asking why I would need a refund, worst service and I will be contacting insurance over this terrible establishment that will damage your car. If you care about your vehicle do not use their services.

I will never return to Tommy carwash again!. I went to this carwash in two vehicles. At the beginning, I was excited about going to this carwash. However by the third visit, I notice the facilities wash brushes were removing the paint from my luxury car and the emblems from my commuter. I notified the clerk on the same days in which these action occurred. She stated she would pass my info and incident repo rt to the manager or owner. It has been three weeks and I have not heard from the manager or owner yet regarding this matter.

This place deserves -0 stars not even one star , being RUDE to pple is so easy but being respectful would be difficult to someone like u , respect is earned not givin , unfortunately, u can play hero role in ur respect not with being bad or showing ur bad behavior to others . Wish there is any place in world who sells RESPECT coz the guy with beard who works there would have bought some . Had to go through twice. Paid for the $12 wash, first go around didn’t get it. Came out still wet and still dirty. Second go through they gave me the $12 wash but still came out dripping wet. Had to dry the car myself with the air compressor at the vacuum stations. The vacuums work great. If you’re going to come here, expect to work on your car to get it clean afterwards. And be sure to bring your cleaning supplies. Fair price, but I wish I went to an actual car wash and paid the $20 for the whole car to be cleaned.

Cleaned my car great the first time. On my second visit they caused $1,300 in damage to my bumper and all I got was a fiery angry swearing owner named Cedric telling me to get the F off his property. Wow. Then I read several yelp reviews describing very similar scenarios. Please stay away or wash your car at your own risk because you could be next. There are tons of better options to wash your can in the area...unless you prefer to do business with someone who doesn't care about their customers.

Costs are very nice! I haven't found any as good as this nearby. I have gone through three times so far, and each time, regardless of quality chosen, the car is not as clean as I have seen done from other car washes. I felt the car received the same results from the $7 wash, as the $12 express. I've left with the thought, maybe I need to go back through a second time each time. Surely I could get better results doing the job myself, but for the cost and time it makes it worth it overall.

This place has nothing premier about it. Whole carwash turned off 3 times while I was going through it (and kept turning off while i was vacuuming my car). There's nowhere near enough vacuums and there's nobody helping with the line getting backed up all the way to the exit of the wash. Car didn't get clean whatsoever (expected a lot more from their most expensive wash). Dryers might as well be nonexistent as I had to dry the whole car myself. Don't waste your money. Will not try again.

Not worth the savings. The exterior cleaning is quick and superficial. I got the 12$ wash, and it wasn’t done properly. Water spots, didn’t clean between nooks, tires/wheel were still dirty, residual soap on the paint etc. Then you have to clean the interior yourself with vacuums, and do windows, dashboard etc. IMO with an extra 8$ you get a properly done hand wash in and out, dried and professionally done without streaks and effort. So good only if you need a quick rinse outside..

The quality of this place has gone downhill. The $10 or more washes don't clean the car too well anymore. After a wash here, front of my car still has all these bug splatters that would come off easily off with a finger lightly rubbing it. There's also dust still in the area by the windshield wipers. I'd say save your money and go to a $20 hand wash instead of coming here twice. Not to mention the crowds during peak hours and a huge line for vacuums.

Very popular drive through carwash. The works including spray wax and tire armorall cost $12 and regular wash only is $7. The place can be crowded during peak hours and weekends and sometimes the vacuuming bays after the wash is completely occupied. Although they posted 5 minutes only, some people like to take their time detailing their cars instead of just vacuuming and leave so other people can take their turn. Hey but that's fact of lives.

Tommy’s car wash is more like a rinse than a wash! I was shocked how dirty my car was after I had a chance to look at it in the vacuum area. I’ve been to many other automated car washes, and this one uses very little water and soap as you drive through. I’m confident this is why it was still so dirty as my car was hardly wet when I went to dry it. I’ll need to have it rewashed somewhere else this weekend. It was a total waste of $10…

The woman running the kiosk with the red lipstick was one of the rudest service workers I have ever encountered. This was my first time here and she was yelling and barking orders at me as I was figuring out the process and selecting my carwash, she was extremely impatient and unforgiving of a new customer. I would not ever be returning to this car wash, it is inappropriate to treat customer of any kind this way.

Really poor car wash. Just increased their lowest price to $10. The drying blowers don't really dry your car, so be prepared to dry the car yourself. Their vacuums are clogged on a regular basis. They DO NOT enforce the 5 minute limit on vacuum use, so there is ALWAYS a long wait to use a vacuum. The employees don't seem to care, and told me there's nothing they can do to address these issues. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Having used it for a year, it has never been stellar but you get what you pay for. Their not so gentle equipment ripped my wiper arm because the operator felt like not putting tape on the wiper arm like every other car wash does. Needless to say they took no responsibility and there is no management in place so the employees don’t care. They claimed I should’ve requested the tape, which is not posted anywhere

Great car wash, convenient hours they close 8pm better to check their openings and closing hours before you go there. They charge $ 7.00 for regular wash including the self vacuuming and cleaning area. For the car wash it's very simple, you stay sitting in your car while your car go through the belt less than 5 minutes you're done with your car wash and you're back on the road.

My car went off the track in the middle of the car wash and the owner was initially apologetic and said he'd fix all the damage- then completely changed his mind and only paid for partial damage. I had receipts, witnesses and statements. The damage cost me more than $1,000. The owner and his staff are rude, disrespectful and completely non service oriented. I will never ever return.

Would give 0 stars if it was an option. Car wasn’t cleaned at all. There was still dirt and residue on the car from the machine being incapable of washing at all. Customer service is absolutely atrocious. Boys working there with serious ego attitudes. Never a manager on duty. No contact available to follow up with complaints or damage these kids do to your vehicle. Too bad. Had been going for years when some great guys worked there. Now its just lazy half wits. Prices for a regular carwash have been gradually increased from $7 to $10, and if you pay by credit card, they will charge you for $10.40!! Last year, they collected air hoses which is required for cleaning of the inside the car. The vaccums are mostly broken and the suction power is much worse and worse than before. Do not waste your money and time!!!

Great place and there would be five stars if someone was directing cars for the free vacuum area. It's really tight but could work a lot better with some occasion direction. We were only visiting (our daughter) in L.A. (we visit often) however, we certainly aren't regulars but I know I won't stop again if they're real busy because of the vacuum area.

It really sucks that this car wash is allowed to use the tommy's Express name and are allowed to not use their products or services. I was informed that they do not take the Tommy's Express app, now I will have to cancel my unlimited California wash plan in this state as well as cancel the other plans I have for the other states I am so disappointed!

Used to go there almost for Half a year. In the beginning everything was great! Fast and easy, and the car would always come out be dry , clean and no water drop stains after. Recently, the price has gone up twice for no reason and the service got worse- rainbow soap is not rainbow anymore, and the car comes wet out. It is frustrating.

This place is dope. $7 car wash. Try not to go in the afternoon on the weekend because it'll be packed and you'll have to wait for a stall. But they keep the place in nice condition and the people are very nice. If your car is super dirty they'll go with a razor blade and take off the chunks then let you go through a second time

The wash did a bad job on my dads car! Came here to film and it was not even CLEAN when we left, 30 percent was clean or so. The Material on the brush left scratches too! The dryers did not get most of the water off! Staff were nice when I came here today! Don’t recommend it! Try The better washes that is not this one!

My wife and I come here to wash our cars every other week. Get the job done and quickly. Cedrick the owner is very kind as well, I accidentally sucked up my car key in the vacuum and he personally came down to come get it out and gave me and extra car wash because my car had been sitting there in the stall for a while.

Terrible establishment. Very rude cashier and the car wash itself was horrible. They barely use any foam so your car comes out dirty. I tried speaking to the cashier to let me through the wash again, and he denied, stating the he knows his machines and it is normal. I would not suggest anyone to go here.

Would be 5 stars if customers were prohibited to detail their cars in 5 min vacuum stalls. There should be NO DETAILING signs. Customers inconsiderate of others waiting. Wait too long. This carwash is by far the best discovery I have made in years! I pay $7 for a wonderful drive through wash and proceed to the detail area where I dry and vaccine my Lexus. Takes me all of 15 minutes to complete and a good way to exercise I might add. No tips and no disappointing $25 bad carwash.

Quick and painless for a 12 dollar wash. My car looked really shiny, I don't expect much from a self car wash machine but that's definitely a fine job. Although it gets crowded and backed up. I had to just leave a couple of times because the wait to use the self vacuum was way too long.

Damaged my brand new car. The heavy materials washing the car are so dirty that casuse scratches on the car. My previous Mercedes did not show the Scartches because of the metalic blue but my black car defimotekt shows all damage/scratches. Wrote to management and received no response!

The staff are professional and respectful of my vehicle, but sometimes they miss spots. I like that this car wash offers a monthly subscription option, it saves me money in the long run. This car wash has a good selection of air fresheners, but the prices can be a bit high.

Fast and pretty good automatic wash. The only inconvenience was the line to the vacuums since there are just a few of these: it was weekend and people were spending hours vacuuming and cleaning out their vehicles. I think it’s worth trying it on the regular business day.

Good price, but the car wash’s air dryers did not work sufficiently. We were left with a lot of excess water on the car and windshield. They charge $2 if you want a hand towel! Luckily we had our own towel. Car wash did not clean as well as we would have liked.

Quick and inexpensive. It also really drives your car at the end. So many of the drive-thrus don't do that and then your car is wet and you end up with spots later on. I do wish the vacuum area wasn't so crowded all the time but it's great for a quick rinse

It's tough to complain about the quality of the wash when it costs $7, vacuum included, but the wash itself is inconsistent. There are days when it's terrific, other days (like today) where the car looked almost as bad after the wash as it did beforehand.

I especially liked that they had brush before wash that I could use to dust off the mud and other spots before going into the actual wash. Prices were also good for washes. I had a clean car after I came out, no complains.

The quality of this carwash has went WAY DOWN !!! This place was awesome at first now they don't put hardly any soap on your car, half the vacuums don't work. Need alot of improvement.

10 dollars for a basic car wash and when I say basic I do mean BASIC..they don’t even give you smell good for your car with that …I get it’s inflation but my goodness
