So this review is about a year overdue, I bought a Audi A3 s-line from them. Took the train to Leeds from Lowestoft and drove the car home. Fast forward a month and the car developed a problem with the fuel pump, I contacted Shaun and expected the usual ‘used car, not our problem’ scenario. I was shocked when Shaun said to pay for it to go and be diagnosed locally and to send him the bill. I did and sadly the outcome wasn’t good, the car needed a new high pressure fuel pump. I contacted Shaun and sent him the diagnosis. Again I was shocked when I was asked what I wanted to do, did I want to return the car for a full refund or have them collect and get it repaired. I opted for the refund and the next day a low loader came to collect the car and the money was back in my account about 5 minutes after I let him know it had been collected. The experience left me with faith that there are decent honest people left in the world, it was no hassle, no arguing, just a businessman who wanted to make sure his customer was happy. The only shame was that he didn’t have anything else in stock that I could afford as I would have happily had another one from him. When the time comes to get another car I will be looking at tong parks stock first and hopefully dealing with them again. If your looking at one of their cars and are nervous about buying a used car, don’t be. Fantastic company to deal with.

I got my Toyota Auris via Tong park recently and I must say that the quick sales was excellent. From Shaun to the delivery company it was seamless.What is even more impressive is that they handled everything from arranging my finance to delivery. The car arrived at my doorstep and Everything seems like a movie to us,just from the first day i contacted Shaun about the car,he showed me and made a video of the car and around his showroom to give me an assurance and a clue of what we wanted to get which we got it exactly what he advertise to me,Very Clean. Mr Shaun did what he said he would and a little extra,kept to his word and no error, Had the car under two weeks now and we are happy with it. Shaun is a professional, amazing, genuine car dealer. The Lexus CT I purchased is just as described on the website. With Shaun in Leeds and myself in London and a national lockdown, Shaun was very forthcoming & transparent with all noteworthy details. Everything he said matches with my independent RAC car MOT history and HPI Checks. I did not even take the car out for a test drive, and the car was delivered to London with care with no teething issue after 4 weeks of use. Never again,would never recommend ,went in and saw a nice example of B class,told the guy I’m looking for a family car since wife was expecting a baby.it all seems alright when I tested the car.goth home and as soon as I started using the car as a daily,surprise surprise....the car won’t start.at this time I’ve literally traveled less than 100 miles since I’ve goth it.Did the obvious thing and called them.you know what the answer was?,”the car has an electronic gearbox and won’t start unless it’s in neutral”.overall it cost me 2k for a loth of head ache.stay safe all and be careful what you spend your money on.

I bought a Toyota Vitz, Japanese import. Shaun at Tong Park Cars was really helpful. I turned up unannounced and he still took the time to show me round. He gave me lots of useful information and did not pressure me to buy at all. I went away and looked around at other places then got back to him two weeks later and he was just as willing to help. Once the decision was made, my new car was cleaned and checked and delivered to my door with all the paperwork. I have been driving the car for a couple of weeks and it is running great. I recently bought my Clio from Tong Park Cars, I was concerned about driving a far way to see a car in case it wasn't as described, with scratches and such like, but when I got there it really was in excellent condition, they were really honest about everything from the start and gave me a fair price to p/x my old car too. As our previous review, we bought a car a few weeks ago. We had an issue. The car is twelve years old so possibly could have been expected and wouldn't have been picked up on an MOT. Bought a Toyota Vellfire . Dealt with Shaun who really provided incredible customer service which was greatly appreciated as buying remotely without physically seeing the car.
