Do not bring your car here. They are crooks . I gave one star only because doing -5 stars isn’t an option. I came in with a dented driver side door from a minor collision. I was quoted a complete door replacement with a 500$ cost in material for the door . When I went to pick up the car the first problem I saw was my antenna was broken. So I refused picking up the car as the antenna wasn’t broken when I dropped it off. So they replaced the antenna. I picked up the car later that day and as I take a closer look I notice that the door hasn’t t been changed! What they did was just pop off the dented door panel (skin) and replace it with another one. Two issues here first they quoted for a 500$ part and hours of labour for replacing a full door. Instead they put on a new panel only. This is quick and easy thing to do and does not cost 500$ in parts and is not hours of labour like the quote said and yet they still charged my insurance for the full job . I called them out and said the complete door wasn’t changed. They lied to me and insisted that it was . So I took my before and after photos sent them to my insurance and explained what happened here. Where I am from this is called insurance fraud. I had the proof that this is the existing door frame . Also my door isn’t level with the fender and doesn’t close flush at the Top and you can hear the wind on the highway as the impact twisted the door frame. As the entire door should of been changed , my insurance paid for a job that never took place. Finally after my insurance contacted them with my photos they back peddled and said “ oh ya once we got the car we decided that only the panel needed to be swapped out and not the complete door “ . I have two problems with that. First they never adjusted the bill and still charged for the complete job ( that is insurance fraud ) two their excuse is wrong as the frame is clearly damaged as the door doesn’t even close flush. After weeks of back and fourth an appraiser finally met me at the body shop so I can show him the butcher job these guys did. So the solution is to bring them back the car so they can adjust the door hinges and repaint the door handle.. well what about the new frame that’s was originally quoted!!? Now they will just adjust some hinges!!? I said no way !. My car will never go back to these guys . so for now I am in limbo with a poorly repaired car. My next step will be legal advice. Again do not bring your car to these jokers.

Absolutely terrible service! In August I took my 2016 RAV4 Hybrid in because it was rusting on all the doors and still under warranty. (As suggested by the Toyota dealership where I purchased the vehicle) An employee took photos and said I would be contacted in a week to have the work done under warranty - That was 3 months ago and I have never been contacted! I have called 3 times, each time they look up my file and say “oh yes, someone will contact you to set up an appointment” - I still have never been contacted. At this point the warranty will likely run out before they contact me and I’ll find out that Toyota will no longer cover the rust repair. Probably won’t buy Toyota again if this is the warranty service they provide. Update: (Nov. 16th)Terrible service continues. After calling again, an employee called me and I was able to set up an appointment for Nov. 19. Great! I arranged to switch cars/carseats with my wife, arranged to have a co-worker do my coaching duty so I could bring the car in Monday after work. Today (Friday) Toyota called to cancel the appointment, stating they were back logged with repairs. They were not able to give me a date to reschedule and told me someone would call me in December to set up an appointment. December! Four months after Toyota told me they could book me in the following week. I am putting the vehicle up for sale if anyone is interested. It is a 2016 Rav4 Hybrid, only 35,000km. Excellent condition . . . well, except the rust on all the doors. Update: (Nov. 27) Terrible service no more. I called Tony Graham Collision 5-6 times in the past week to speak with the Manager. He never answers his phone and instead it goes to voicemail every time. I have asked the employees who answer the phone to track him down in the office. But no one is capable of doing so. Enough was enough, I called Bel Air Toyota and they have booked me an appointment next week to have the rust repaired; I should have started there. I was foolish to think that since I purchased my vehicle through Tony Graham Toyota that their service division would be able treat me with respect.

Unfortunately my experience here at Tony Graham was the worst. I got into a collision and went to Tony Graham to repair it. The first issue I have with this centre is that it took a very long time to schedule an appointment (4 month wait) and there was about a two day delay than the estimated repair time was. Second, laziness to work. When I got an email today saying my car was done, I went to the centre and I went to check the inside of my car and saw new damages that wasn’t there before my collision. I confronted the man who gave me the car and he acted as if he was careless and he was very lazy as well. He didn’t reply to any of my questions in debt and he lazily said “I will give it back to the insurance. The insurance will have to repair the car again” The employe was very rude. I said to him that I was going to write a review on this, he said “I have millions and millions of good reviews. One won’t hurt me!” Very lazy! Thirdly, a part of the car that was supposed to be repaired wasn’t repaired at all. Lastly, the service wasn’t good at ALL. Due to the new damages in my car, I will have to call my insurance company and have to complain about the centre. The insurance will have to repair my car again. UPDATE: I talked about this issue to an employee and they said they can’t fix it because my car is “too old”. I seriously can’t deal with this centre! They blamed it on me and not on them, when it was clearly their fault. They said I didn’t have enough proof or evidence before-hand to prove that it was their fault. I believe they already knew about this but won’t admit it or they have discussed to my insurance company (Desjardins) and planned to not fix the tear on my seat. Both companies are frauds and evil. Moral of the story, not coming back here ever again.

It was for my daughter's car, to which she was not responsible for the accident, as it was in our driveway. The original man who served us was very negative and passive aggressive with us. The car needed work done on drivers side, doors replaced ect. When we came to get the car from being fixed for 17 days, they didn't do a good job, there was white paint on one side, handles where not installed properly, sunroof still poping up on one side, window on drivers side still not functional properly, paint was not finished on bottom door a(one the of the men there was saying it was our fault there was paint down the side, remember we haven't had the car for 18 days at this point) biggest part is we drove off and there was a loud sound coming from the car. We immediately drove back and the bottom pan for the car was falling off, which they put back but they should have known that when they moved it from the shop to the parking lot. Needless to say car is back with them and I'm hoping all the work gets done properly this time and not a have fast job. I will update this review when I receive the car back again.

WARNING- If I could rate 0-5 star I would. Put my truck in a couple months ago to have a bumper re-aligned and re-painted where there was rubbing from bad alignment. The truck was there for 4 days, they sprayed the bumper, didn’t fix the alignment, managed to scratch the bumper and fender in new spots. Also, gave it back to me with the engine light on and puncture in one of my tires. Lucky enough my truck is under warranty and Myers offers 1 year tire warranty. What an absolute disgrace to service, raised the issues with them and they acted like it was taken care of because my dealer fixed the problems they caused. Still have paint damage from being there and they don’t respond to emails. I wouldn’t recommend anybody do business there.

I had an excellent experience at Tony Graham Collision Centre. An estimate was completed onsite, I sent the estimate to my Insurance - received the approval; confirmed dates to have repairs started and completed. They assisted in having rental car at the Collision Centre when I dropped off the car. The work on my car was completed ahead of schedule. I was able to pick up my car and drop of the rental at the same time again! This was all truly appreciated. It was seamless! The TG team that I was working with Brian and Julia were very professional. The best part was that I noticed that I was missing the Tony Graham license plate frame and they came to my car at work and put a new one on! Thank you very much Tony Graham Collision Centre.

Great experience! Sean and Bill were great to deal with. Professionals! Vehicle was in a fender bender and it did take some time as there are still supply chain issues but Tony Graham can't be expected to fix the world and the workmanship here was fantastic. The vehicle came back clean, detailed and bondo free as far as we can tell. Went back for a couple small deficiencies that were adressed promptly. Turned out one was even nothing to do with them or the accident but they still looked after it free of charge. Used as many oem parts as possible which is also a nice bonus. Heard from several friends this is the place to go for customer service and I'd have to agree. They will get my next body job for sure

I had my trunk lid painted under warranty on my 2016 Camry. Shortly after the rust came back in the same place. I called and spoke to the manager (Andy Ferguson) and was given very bad service, was told he will not fix it, and to call Toyota Canada. Worst of all is that he agreed that there is a problem and told me he would not put it in writing or fix it. I sent him pictures of the original issue before being painted, got no response. I tried calling back and left a voicemail, no response. They did a bad job, billed Toyota Canada , stopped responding to my emails and calls. Simply put, terrible service, terrible job and will not respond. They are about the money and don't care about the car or customer

I went to a few collision centers to get estimates for my Toyota Matrix. Andy Ferguson, manager at the Tony Graham's collision center, inspired me to choose their center. He took the time to explain what they were going to do to my car and he promised excellent work. When I arrived at the collision center, he pointed out to a framed picture of the owner at the entrance with a quote stating his committment to customer service. I am very pleased with their work, my car looks great and the work was done very professionally. Andy made sure that my car was repaired beautifully, he delivered on his promise to fix my car seamlessly. I would definitely recommend Tony Graham's collision center.

We had a fantastic experience at Tony Graham Collision Centre. They were great through the whole process, honoured a quote from over a year ago, arranged at rental at a discount rate and made everything very easy. It was a great experience but what took it to an incredible one was the unexpected. We noticed the outside of our car was buffed, shiny and everything to the rims and tires were polished up. We thought that looks great but then we were blown away when we jumped in the car and they had done a FULL detail of the car. Honestly it hasn't been that clean since we bought it. It was such a nice touch, made our day. We strongly recommend their service!

I used this facility for some body work repair on my Camry as a result of a small accident. From the initial meeting for an estimate on the damages to picking up my repaired vehicle the whole process was easy and efficient. I had to wait about 3 months for parts but that seems to be the norm these days. Once the parts were received the work was completed quickly. The staff are pleasant and respectful and everything was fully explained. The repair work was excellent and a bonus was my car was beautifully cleaned better than when I brought it in. One note, I did not go through insurance for this repair not sure if that makes any difference to anything.

Don’t come here. They did a good job with my car. I come to pick it up, excited to go home to my surprise my electric steering wheel is stuck in the up position. Won’t move down at all. I ask them about it the person I was dealing with says give me a sec. Comes back with his manager wearing a red shirt and he starts yelling at me telling me I need to go to Mercedes about it and they didn’t break anything. Never had any issue with this, never got a code before of the problem and second they give the car back to me there’s a problem and I get yelled at.

We bought our car from tonygraham Lexus we prefer to use there service, car was repaired at their collision shop twice and it’s going there for 3rd time for repair, appointment is for aug 28 we called and confirmed the appointment 20 minutes after some one else called and saying my appointment is in October and person we talk to ( marcel)denies confirmation and he say he never talked to me , I can’t trust them anymore . last year after they fixed car there was problem and same gentleman was agreed , but he said they can’t do better

TGCC went above and beyond with my windshield replacement. They got it replaced the same day that I brought it in AND when I picked up my car, I was surprised to find that they had also cleaned it inside and out! It was a really nice surprise to find a company that takes those extra steps to make your car repair experience a little better. I hope I never have to use a collision centre again, but if I do, I know exactly who I will be calling! Tony Graham Collision Centre!

I was having trouble with my insurance company on a repair job. Thankfully, the staff and manager at TGC helped identify the sticking point and providing a solution that avoided writing the vehicle off when it has at least five more years of service in it. On top of that, a great repair job at a great price. This just reaffirms TGC as my go-to place for body work and repairs. Many thanks to the team.

I was sent to Tony Graham Collision first my by insurance company, and I've gone back there myself twice now because the service is awesome and they do quality work. The staff are friendly and easy to talk to, and I've never had to wait for an appointment. In the past they've checked out my car and fixed it for free (since it ended up being just a loose part not a big fix.) I definitely recommend!

Always professional, excellent workmanship, great customer service and prompt service. Auto body work is always expensive so don't try to cut corners by going to some little repair shop. Just picked up my rav4 today, and I'm very happy with how it was fixed. The repairs were done sooner than expected, and the people there are very nice and professional. Heck, I might just bang up my car when it is getting old and grimy, just so I can go interact with them and have em bring my ride back to life! :D

Some angry neighbor slammed his door into my new 2021 Rav4 Hybrid. Long story short, their insurance covered the repair cost and my deductible. I was quoted 8 days for the repair, but they fixed it in 1/2 of that time! They also washed the car and detailed it. The wife and I were very impressed. Big thanks!!

Great experience! I went in after i hit a deer with my car on the way to work. Kevin met us right away and assesses the car as best he could until our insurance company opened. He explained every step to us and did everything so quickly. Overall, very happy with Kevin and the Tony Graham Collision Centre!

Brought my vehicle in after a collision, they were quick to see me, but didn't believe me when I said there was nothing wrong with the car prior to the collision. Didn't fix everything the first time around, so had to bring it back a second time. There's is still an issue with the car.

Really good experience. Staff were great. The problem was fixed. And I was in a real pickle about a timing situation and they went the extra mile for me at the expense of convenience for themselves. And they also helped with an unrelated problem, too! 10/10. Would crash again.

They don’t have a good customer service to busy to treat them with Care . They may charge you with things did not do telling you one thing but they don’t do it . This is not what Tony Graham policy is but things changed to be a bad customer service.

Satisfied with the final result. First pick up attempt failed due to some misalignment around front light and hood but fixed next day. All the technical guys were very kind and helpful. I took one star off due to unkind cashier.
