Tony is attorney who lies in court for his clients on record, told me to “shut the hell up” in a hearing on Jan 25.2019, has also told me in a motion to enter court date that “I was a bad mother & person” because he got upset when I asked to read over the orders before signing them. This man has snatched papers out of my hands with force and aggression and no one in the court house has done anything about any of this, I am now filing a complaint against him with the state bar of Texas. If you have been a victim of anything like this or more please speak up, these attorneys need to be held accountable for their actions and have a duty to the court and are failing at it!

My husband kept getting offered four years prison or six years probation. We decided it was time for a lawyer. This man Tony Hernandez I got to admit he’s good!!! Yes his front staff comes off as rude .. but I don’t think she really intends to be.. sometimes it’s just peoples tone.. But anyways He answered his phone on Saturday/ Sunday Helped out my husband right before the thanksgiving holidays.. I will NEVER FORGET He helped us at a time when I thought everything was falling.. Super rude unhelpful front office staff called to possibly retain and chose not to retain based on how rude and unhelpful front staff is. She acted like i was stupid for asking questions never spoke to lawyer himself and because she was super rude i will be retaining someone to represent me with helpful staff that will answer my questions not sigh at me over phone or be rude for no apparent reason

Tony was hired through a mutual friend of mine when I was incarcerated my Bond was $5,500 my friend who hired Tony paid him 550 He then did a lawyer signature and I was free within 6 hours of arrest and I have failed to make my payments but he still showed up to my court date and got me released again .overall he is an excellent attorney and I highly recommend Tony Hernandez's.

Never hire this guy. As soon as he got our $2000 retainer fee, when you go to court he just talk with the judge and change the court day all the time He never call back the office people they told you he going to call you back he only have time asking for payments

If you don't got money he will not help you at allhe will accept you at first but once you tell him that you can't pay him he will ignore you and will not respond back to you very unprofessional.
