Really poor customer service and wasted my time. No clue and gave conflicting information about how to return an item both to me and supplier and then refused to help. Ended up dealing with customer services and Ravensbridge store instead who did know what they were doing and were able to assist.

I went in store to return some bulbs that I have purchased that were incorrect and exchanged them for a complete light fitting, I was helped by Vivek who was fast, patient,Very helpful and understanding. I would recommend that he gets a pay rise or a good bonus. Keep up the great service.

I love going to the Toolstation the store is great with everything I need. The staff have always been polite, friendly and helpful and a pleasure to talk to and ready to give advice. Also the prices are very competitive and usually lower than other likewise shops. Try it for yourself.

The staff here are always so helpful and attentive , The lads are always so on the ball esp Griff who even loads my car up with postmix or heavy items like paint without me ever asking so a big thank you for always welcoming us all with a smile and and he is usually singing a song!!

Shocking customer service. Took two orders back for an exchange as items no longer needed. I was informed that I can't do this as the items are on separate orders, very rude and "stand off ish" I will stick to good old SCREWFIX in future, can't fault their customer service!!!!

First time using toolstation for click and collect today, very simple and easy. My items were available to collect straight the way and ready as soon as i arrived. Really happy with the service from a staff member called grant. Will continue to use toolstation from now on

Every time I visit tool station all of the staff have brilliant customer service. So helpful everytime. They make you feel welcome collecting your goods unlike their competitors around the corner.. which I wont be visiting again.Highly recommend. Lovely crew

A shop thats lost its appeal. No longer cheaper than screwfix. Quite often no stock or low levels so i end up going screwfix instead. Be careful of return date i was slightly outside despite them still selling product they refused a refund.

Have used this branch for a couple of years, the staff are always accommodating and helpful. They usually have most things in stock but can order in for next day delivery. Still managing to get us tradespeople sorted even with the pandemic!

Slowly switching from SCREWFIX as prices are cheaper here and staff are so helpful. Receipts are kept on their system so no need for it when returning. Also they can reserve stock on other branch if you are in desperate need. Keep it up!!!

Recently received the vocher for free pair of glasses visited several times to local store but was just waste of time I wonder if they can't afford to give free gifts why they keep sending vocher to people so disappointed

Have been getting stuff from the click and collect service, I think it has worked great tbh, Prob not great if it was raining standing outside! The staff have been doing well.

Although leave nearer to screw-fix i use toolstaion as website is far more user friendly in finding stuff, especially plumbing pipe stuff.

Nip and tuck with Screwfix on price and stock. Today I bought small quantities of connector blocks whereas Screwfix only sell multi packs

Always served to a very good standard, Grant even helps me load up my van. Very kind and considerate.
