Ancoats tool station has the worst customer service I’ve have ever received, I stood their for 5 mins whilst watching a member of staff putting screws on a shelf 5 feet away they ignored me and 2 other customers so I walked out, this has happened 3 times if you don’t want to work go home and give someone a chance who does must be loosing thousands in sales, so I went to Screwfix and gave them my money who are much friendlier and even offered me a brew… ended up spending £890

I've been using Toolstaion now for over 10 years plus + and couldn't recommend this place enough to all our tradie mate!! They have an amazing team of staff that are full of character an life, and are more helpful in assisting with your needs!!. Offering a speedy click an collect sevice or in store purchase, ya surely not going to go sort on any project under way!! ...

This place is great for poping in have a look at the booklets to see what you want order it and there really quick unless busy and people are ordering loads of items . But a coffee tea soup machine for when you have to wait or just when you need a drink oh and the prices are generally quite cheap compared to others

Big shout out to Anthony & Charlotte for going above and beyond for me. I got to the store quite late prior to closing on friday and didnt expect to be seen for a last minute radiator leak at home! If it wasnt for them serving me it couldve been a costly issue! Thank you Anthony for your service and your A* advice!

Becky provides a excellent and fast service. product was as expected. Have bought items multiple times, im very happy with services in this branch. Communications are exceptional within the team, no delays, delt with Becky multiple times always happy and makes it a pleasant visit to the store.

Well normally it's a seamless transaction, go in get your goods and go but on this occasion the people on the tills were like Zombies. Unhelpful lifeless and unwilling. I did get what I wanted but those cashiers were draining, and impolite. Toolstation Ancoats sort this out

As a trade customer I am very disappointed with customer service and very rude staff at Ancoat branch. Never going back to toolstation again as I understood they don't value their customer. Screwfix has the top customer Service. Toolstation should take a note.

I do use this branch quite a lot but unfortunately this Sunday 19th, 10am went here to buy few items but customer service zero a lady with no any interest in service me in first place I said good morning but no reply, never seen customer service like that.

I was looking screws for my bike. I tried to find defferent places but I didn't find. finally I found in tools station the type I was looking for with low price. The guy who helped me was v respectful. I honestly recommend to any one.

Great brand, quality goods with good price! I highly recommend as they are as good as screwfix. Love the customer service and there is bald guy named Daniel is the best. Has free parking and its a bonus in Piccadilly area.

I go to a few Toolstation stores in and around Manchester and this one is by far my favourite. All the stores I visit are good but I find the staff in this shop seem just seem to be more 'on it' than others. Thanks …

Don't no why they have booking in slots for hgv ...1st come 1st served Slow very slow booked in at 4pm finally start tipping at 5.30pm the half way through go on the 30 minute lunch what a joke of a place …

Got what I needed quickly and hassle free. Wonderful staff always ready to help and chat. Inside feels warm, open and clean. They also have a free drinks machine which includes soup, coffee and tea. 5/5

every time i get there ..staff are NOT friendly at all,if you ask sth they just think thats extra job for them. i wont be going back to that branch ..i would try screw fix 40 meter further up..

Handy store for me that is always well stocked and the staff always happy to help. Ant and the guys always have good advice and alert you to the current deals. The coffee is half decent too!!!

I had a great experience in the Ancoats store the staff where extremely helpful especially Becky who went the extra mile to make sure all the items I had purchased where exactly what I needed.

Staff were really helpful. Store manager helped me through getting my order sorted and he went over and above to enable me to sort my order out. V pleased and wud recommend using this store

Great staff , got a warm welcome from the staff, very helpful and knowledgeable, helped me with the bits and pieces i needed for my bathroom upgrade. Cheers guys.

East park, staff are helpful. I’ve bought four USB sockets. Two of them are with type C which are not working at all. Please avoid buy yup C sockets at their.

Toolstation is great. Can still buy stuff easily during Covert-19. Staff awesome apart from one grumpy woman who never says please or thank you. .?
