Unfriendly owners who wouldn't want businesses anymore. I was searching for a window mounted exhaust fan and I was told that they do not have any of it. Then I went to look for the brand KDK and to my surprise they are the distributor for the product itself. If they have ran out of stock, they should say so but if they are not selling because they do not carry that product, then it would be a different thing. Sales staffs were all foreigners who doesn't even understand whether they carry those products or not. Not recommending any locals or expats to come to this shop!

Purchased a couple of electronic items from this shop back in October. Pros: Price is reasonable and the option to get additional rebate (if not claimed before) for inverter items were also available. Had a few hiccups in the process but solved well otherwise by Rasel. Helpful salesperson. Cons: Rebate is not immediate and may have to wait as compared to if you buy from shopee/lazada. Communication in terms of problem solving methods could be better. But otherwise, problem well solved in the end. Overall will buy again from this shop.

Shopping for fridge and washing machine. Found suitable models of both in Toong Heng. Prices for both lower than in most other electrical appliances shops. Rasel was very helpful and informative. Delivery was done on the agreed date and on time The two delivery staff were very friendly and helpful
