I don’t normally write reviews however I feel this should addressed. I attended this chemist because I was visiting a friend in the area and it was convenient to stop into this one on the way home. They refused to fill my prescription because they felt that based on my purchase history I should have already had enough at home to manage. However, I take the medications per the prescribed text from my GP and specialist, adhering to the max consumption per day. Had the maths been done based on my purchase history I would have been mathematically due to run out of the prescribed medication the next day. I was told that it seemed like I should have enough at home so they wouldn’t be dispensing any further and that I would have to drive to my normal chemist if I wanted this script filled. They didn’t ask my history or why I required the medication but based on their personal opinion and bias they would not give me my prescribed medication even though I had been adhering to the instructions per my GP. Again I don’t write reviews often but I find this to be unbelievably unethical and cruel. I will be driving the extra 15 minutes to my regular chemist in the future.

One of the worst experiences at a Chemist. I usually don't put reviews and refrain from putting a 1 star review. Better go someplace else. The pharmacist on duty Mr. George was very rude today and failed to explain to us that the medicine/IV he had supplied to us needed refrigeration. When we politely asked him to specify something like this to other customers to avoid confusion and loss of $$, he raised his voice and got angry at us. We have never had such a bad experience with a pharmacist before. You should atleast be polite when the customer even agreed to bare the cost. Cannot express bette4 about the rude behaviour.

I wish I could rate them 0. I bought a diffuser which I couldn't make it work at home. However, I got it back to store and wanted it to change. I didn't mind to get the the higher range one. They tried to turn it fonund it's very complicated to work with that item. Moreover, that item even doesnt meet the purpose. Stuff were manipulating and we're trying to make me understand that it's the best diffuser which is not. Please guys do not buy anything from them. I m not gonna go and won't let my friends and family to go there ever. Very disappointed

Great Friendly and knowledgable staff and pharmacists. They go out of their way to assist with information and putting the customer needs ahead of profits. Prices are fair and reasonable, seems like a family owned pharmacy who are putting the community needs ahead of monetary gains. Will definitely recommend you visit and be patient during your visits as they do get really busy helping as many customers they can, i've seen how they go out of their way to help everyone they can.

Extremely professional staff and very friendly, awesome Webster packs very detailed and user friendly for all disability support workers, highly recommended, parking can be very tricky unless you have a disability permit, the only thing I fault with this place is the parking as it’s a busy road but still 5 starts for the service and those Webster packs.

Went there for a blood pressure check, the lady at the back said to wait 5 mins. Waited more than 15 mins, still they did not bother to attend me & kept me waiting even when the store was quiet empty. Appalling service. Went to the chemist in front of this store & was attended within 5 minutes. Avoid if your going for a free service as they wont care.

Monica runs probably the best pharmacy in Sydney. Very highly recommended. Exceptional care and interactions with GPs and other medical practitioners. The girls are fantastic, the prices are very good and the service is second to none. I have complex medical needs and Monica, Nan and the team look after me superbly.

Have visited the pharmacy many times and each time the service was fast and very professional. The staff are very knowledgeable and take the time to help with all the questions I had. I was at the store on Sunday 25 July and appreciated their friendly service. They were very covid safe,. The public was not allowed in the store and were asked to hand over their prescriptions and to socially distance. I am very grateful that they are putting their customers' health ahead of profits.

Fact: Havrix 720 - Travel Vaccine price at this store is 54.99$ Identical product sold at the Chemist other side of the road (pharmacy nutrition warehouse) selling for 38.99$. Ripping off the customers claiming pharmacy margins. Its a shame to your own brand!

Used to come here but after my experience with the pharmacist he was quite rude, And push their chemist owned brand without asking you if you prefer chemist brand or original brand. Won’t be coming back here ever again rather go to chemist warehouse.

Fantastic customer service plus great prices in the area. One of the best pharmacies i have ever been to. Highly recommend going here to others who are looking for such a high quality pharmacy in the area.
