I just had a Root Canal done on my tooth by Dr Shah. For two nights I struggled to sleep before the procedure. At first, I was in pain and also nervous, but then the doctor reassured me until I got comfortable and per take the procedure. The rest of the procedure was expertly done with no pain. I left the surgery room happy after 1.5hours. On the 2nd day after the procedure I experience little pain and I took only one Panadol. I was so impressed with the doctor, there has been no pain or swelling since then. As for now my tooth is doing fine and I’m so happy. I would recommend the dentist.

I'm from the UK and was hesitant about using a dentist outside my Country for the first time. To my surprise kunal shah had trained and worked in the UK . The facilities and techniques used are state of the art . This combined with his professionalism and reassuring manner , aided by the jacky who doubles up as a friendly , polite receptionist and professional dental nurse. Makes this practice NO 1in Mombasa for routine , complex and cosmetic dentistry .

Dr Kunal was very professional and gentle while cleaning and polishing my teeth. He also took time to give me many recommendations on how to take care of my teeth as well. Very helpful all along the way thank you! Definitely recommend him. He is also very good and gentle with toddlers and kids. The clinic is very clean and modern which is rare for Kenya, and in particular Mombasa.

The best Dentist in town! For a person who is a bit scared of Dentists, Dr. Shah was very gentle and comforting throughout the tooth extraction process, surprising how painless he made it. His consultation was very detailed and he gave me clear explanations and recommendations for my dental hygiene plan. I'm also impressed with his mini xray machine which saves a lot of time!

Terrible customer service from the Dentist himself!! Gave me a run around for my mouth guard despite having given clear instructions on what was needed.. And had the audacity to usher blame on me when his team messed up everything in the first place.. did not care to know the full extent of what transpired either.. Would never return or recommend! Esp for what he charges!
