I purchased this scooter 7 months ago it was sitting in storage till I took it out 10th of may I noticed I had a flat put air in it and overnight it went flat again I took it back to them to get it fixed $70 u started hearing knocking noise looking at the tire I seen that the screws were missing they tried to tell me that how it was when I left it with them long story short but he smile in your face give you the fake good customer service even when you bring something back lesson learned make sure you take pictures before and after checkout what you have purchased in front of them because with those fake smiles and cool demeanor they are actually bending you over and screwing you with no lubricant

I brought my moped here a few days ago to get fixed cuz it wouldn’t start and I keep calling to see if they started it or anything and they didn’t even start it even tho. I brought it there at 11:30am August 24th and I still have not heard one thing back . All they said is that it’s not finished it and the lady said she was gonna call me back and let me know and nothing yet . I brought the bike to this place thinking they would fix it the same day or let me know . This place is unreliable. I been waiting and waiting . I use this bike for work and I have not been able to work cuz I don’t got the moped .

Brought a gas scooter from them and noticed every time i need repairs they charge double the price or more. I needed a new left brake assembly they charged $220. The brake assembly on partsforscooters.com was not even a $100. I needed a new front tire becuz my tire had a hole. I called them they said it would be $100 for the tire and $40 for the labor to change the tire which cost basically means it would cost more than a car tire....So i went on amazon and brought the tire for $35 dollars and went to a regular flat fix shop and paid $20 for the tire change.

These people doesn't do good business. I was sold a brand new electric scooter. When I got home it was very dirty on the inside. When I called to complain they said it must of been the recently construction they had. But I took a picture. It was sand and a build up of dirty. Then the chain came off on the second time riding it. And the woman who does the math. What her & the guy. They money hungry!!!! I wasn't even given paperwork about the electric scooter operation manual. DONT BUY FROM THIS STORE IF YOU WANT QUALITY!!!!

Caution watch out do not take electric scooters to top concourse electronics they will rip you off they have my electric folding scooter since July 2 2018 and I kept calling they said it was fixed . I had to paid them before I could verify it was fixed . The problem was not repaired . Now I’m out of a $400 electric scooter and the repair cost . I return the scooter still not fixed and they kept my scooter. Rip off beware .

Went in get(and pay for) a bill of sales to register a scooter that was purchased here a few months ago. The lady that runs the store won’t even care to hear me out or help me out. She just said it’s illegal to write a bill of sale, when I showed her the CMO and receipt of purchase from this store just a few months ago, she ignored me and walk away. The gentlemen that works there doing sales and repairs are very helpful.

Found that the person that I spoke to concerning a e-bike i was interested in purchasing RUDE. I I was drawn there because there picture they have posted in there ad. In the ad, the picture shows a large show room with a selection of bikes...ebikes...motor cycle ebikes and other accessories a bike person would want. I GET THERE....and its nothing like the lying picture they have advertised. I would never go there again

At first it was a bit frustrating. I bought an e scooter here and on the first charge it wasn’t working. After coming back to the store twice I was able to meet a very kind gentlemen named Rafael who worked hours on my scooter fixing the battery. I rode it home and it seems fine. Gonna let it charge fully and come back w more details. So far I am satisfied and most of the staff is friendly

The most polite people i’ve ever met!! everyone who works here is extremely helpful and friendly. Literally the best shop!!! I was overcharged for my moped and scammed and they helped me out and taught me more about my bike. Extremely reasonable prices!!!! And they have a huge variety of different kinds of bikes. They also repair laptops, speakers, and any other kinds of electronics.

I LOVE THE WAY THEY TREATED ME . I walked into the store and there was a guy looks like he was light skin espanic Puerto Rican and greeted me very well. He consistently ask me how I was doing and if I needed help with anything to please let him know. The store was well maintain and clean. I will definitely recommend and return back to this store. The angry lady behind the counter appears to hate all that walks around her. I came to pick up a item from WISH. It was the second time this angry individual was rude and made it very clear that my business was not welcomed, when picking up WISH packages. I have reported this individuals behavior and service representation to WISH. I will not return to that establishment.

It’s my second time picking up my wish package,the staff is very helpful you don’t have to even bother in asking they will come to you and assist you, my package is always in good condition and will be delivered on time, very convenient location close to the D train and they have all kind of different things in the store if you are interested in something else.

I purchased the Aima A-500 electric scooter from Top Concourse Electronics approximately 2 years ago. I'm very satisfied with the scooter and follow-up services I received at electronic. I would recommend people who want to purchase electric or gas bikes to checkout Electronics. They are located at 74 Westchester Square in the Bronx.

Unfortunately, the service at this establishment is no good. I had to go back and fort with the owner because he did not want to give me prices he refused to give me prices, saying people come in the store many times asking to buy and never buy then ask to see money showed him 10 grand cash and walked out took my business elsewhere.

Don’t believe any of the lies that these people are posting they’re all definitely friends of family or something. The lady who works behind the counter handling wish orders is extremely rude. I’m never returning until she’s fired. This is my 8th and last time picking up an order here. All horrible experiences due to the same woman.

Very friendly and knowledgeable. Staff bought my bike three days ago. Great experience dealing with them. Very friendly they worked with me got the helmet. The wheel lock the chain and the bike at a great price would definitely recommend them to all my friends. They beat out the price on three other stores I went to.

Went to this store looking for a scooter for my kid! Walk all over the Bronx and this place had the best price. Hector was the salesman who helped me. He wasn’t too pushy and actually gave me a good deal. Nice guy. Definitely will recommend to anybody that’s looking for electronics!

Went to pick up WISH items at Top Concourse electronics at 11:15 am..was told by angry lady at register she don't have time to issue my Wish items..I was the only customer in store at the time..RIDICULOUS ..I'll never visit that store again..

I took my broken Hover 1 here for service and they switched the battery. He said it was junk when I went to pick it up-- but the LED was lighting up before I took it to them.
