Disapointing.. Have been here to wash my car 3x this year, 2 of the times the pre soak and high pressure soap were empty.. and the third time there was no soap.. On another note i have bought my dog to the dog wash facility here and inserted $10 to find it was out of shampoo... messaged the owner and told them i have lost $20 here on the dog wash and have had to leave to go to chirnside car wash to finish washing my car and the only response was, thanks for letting us know, but nothing has happened about it, no credits, no refund and they definitely haven't fixed there facilities..

Unfortunately I must say I'm losing my faith in this car wash as it doesn't seem to be the same standard it used to be. Half the functions on the manual wash dial don't work, some of the lights in the bays haven't been replaced after blowing so you wash you car in the dark, and the auto wash didn't seem to deliver any cleaning agents and left the car still with a fair bit of dirt on it..

Went for the dog wash which was fantastic. Our dog isn't a huge fan of a wash and it was soo much easier being able to take him somewhere he hadn't been before and therefore wasn't on alert. The wash offered a blow dry to finish off with. This was pretty useless, he wasn't a fan of the air dryer at all. I would skip attempting this next time. It only took $5 from start to finish.

I go here for the dog wash, after Roxy has got herself filthy at the dog park. There are two pens that are secured and the water is nice and warm. She hates getting in, and at 35 kg it is a hefty job to lift her, but she enjoys the warmth of the wash and dry process. The pens are clean and now I won’t go anywhere else.

Better than that other laser wash at Burwood Hwy, near ftgully Rd. That never seems to be working when I go down there. This one is similar pricing, but it actually works when I'm visiting. It's just a shame there's usually a big queue for it.

Enormous holes in the driveway that fill and pool under any wet condition. I nearly dropped my motorbike during my last visit. Fix it. Edit: dec '21 hey made an attempt to fill the hole. Not great, but better.

Paid $18 for car wash. Entered car wash it then malfunctioned. No wash received at all. Tried to contact number provided, left message, sent text. No response. Suggest this car wash be avoided!

The new touch free car wash is good. A lot better than other local ones around. The only downfall is the blower/dryer which doesn't dry very well at all.

Paid $20 for the platinum wash. Only washed the right side of my windscreen, & the right side of my roof...definitely not worth the money, won't be back.

The instructions on how to use each of the different settings on the vac and wash bays are almost more confusing that helpful. Otherwise, it's great!

Waste of time and money. I don’t know what’s wrong with the nozzles, but it left my car with tiger stripes. Only cleaned in vertical strips.

Good results from the brushless auto wash. The wash removes most dirt and grime, only you with a sponge and brush could do a better job.

Second time. This has happened here put money in machine didn't register so no wash no coin returned no way to contact owners stay away

I regularly wash my car here, I always get a good result. The place is always clean and tidy. The wait time is very small if any.

Not busy place to wash your car. It's priced well. However, sometimes machines do not accept 1 dollar coins.

Not as good as it was when it had rollers. Now it's touch free and lacks something it didn't wash properly

Used the Automatic wash - some of the washing cycles not working well - no spot free rinse at all.

Can't use cash on the vacs. Card only. For a $2 vac and $1 deodorise, I was charged $5. Theft.

When I wash the inside of the car the deodorizers that I like don't work

The Vacuums are so weak. Don't waste your time trying to use them.
