Just to say these guys were amazing Eduardo and a French guy who's name I have unfortunately forgot. They moved me from the city to the Mornington Peninsula in record time without any hitches. They were on time and extremely helpful and courteous as well as professional and caring, absolutely brilliant. I would definitely recommend Top Moves to all my friends anytime. Not only were they superb but managed to move everything under my allotted time of 6 hours and did it in 4 instead saving me a couple hundred dollars. Perfection. Oh, and a big shout out to Dione at the office she was amazing, friendly and accommodating when asked many question by myself prior. Very happy with the service we received from the team at Top Removals! Juan and team were friendly, arrived on time, took great care in moving and packing our furniture and were true Tetris masters when having to fit a lot of furniture into a small storage unit. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again or recommend. 19.04.23 - Second move in 14 days, this time with the assistance and muscle power of Eduardo, Hugo and Tristan. Again, very happy with the service and the guys took such great care of our belongings when moving them in and out of the truck and into our new home. Also very efficient and they had it all done within a few hours. Clearly we’ve used twice in a matter of weeks so that speaks for itself.

Top Removalists were recommended by a friend and after doing my own research I decided to give them a go because their price was competitive and communications were clear and professional (they didn’t badger). Santiago and Roberto were brilliant!! They were on time, polite and answered questions confidently, their work together was efficient, very careful (nothing was scratched) and nothing was too difficult (dismantling beds, moving basketball ring, shed shelving). not happy at all with a 5 % discount for a job confirmed between 11 am and 1 only to arrive at 3 pm on a Friday and then the subsequent demand for payment at the other end which because of their lateness and lack of communication i was otherwise engaged. Forced to break my meeting because of their incompetence to pay i am livid and will never use them and only not recommend them to anyone who asks. A complete lack of understanding of their tardiness and the affect it had at the end of the day with my previous arrangements. A simple call advising their lateness would have saved a lot of angst for all receiving ends for the load. Not happy !!

Max, Theo, and Hugo arrived on time, quickly assessed the job and just got on with it. They worked tirelessly to move our 5 bedroom home worth of belongings, loading and unloading the same day. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and they did all the work with a smile and we were really impressed with great attitudes and willingness to help. Dione from the office was also very efficient and was able to make things work for at relatively short notice right before Xmas (when some other companies just said it was too hard). I would not hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone.

I needed a professional removalist to move a whole heap of house hold furniture and heavy garage equipment including office equipment and that's exactly what Top Removals gave me. First they sent Sam and Theo with two 8 tonne trucks to move the furniture and all was done within half a day. For the garage move Max,Theo and Hugo turned up with a 12 tonne truck and the job was done in half a day. They were friendly and courteous and understood the job at hand and what needed to be done. Would use them again without question.

We’ve completed a knockdown rebuild and the Top Removals team shifted our contents from our old home to rental accommodation in 2021 and back to our new home today. I've had some dodgy experiences with removalists in the past and had my doubts but Santiago and Sebastian did a fantastic job moving our equipment. On time, polite, they handled everything carefully. Nothing had shifted a bit when the truck reached our delivery point And they work quickly! Never stretching out the time. I'd trust them with our business again.

I was happy with them last time so I used them again when I move this time, I've got to say I was very disappointed, they were very slow and their truck hit the gutter at my new place, I had the same amount of furniture and boxes as the first time, this time they took 1.5 hours longer than last time, if I wasn't paying by the hour I wouldn't care.
