Very bad experience. The employees do not handle same information. I went to buy alcohol during the lockdown ( it was a expensive brand) they told me for the next time I can bring the bottle and refill it with alcohol there. I went there to ask again just in case 3 weeks ago to confirm the information and the employee told me that i just need to bring the same bottle which I did today. Today they told me that it is no possible. I really waste my time going there for nothing. If you want to bring your old medicines to them well forget it because they will do drama telling you that they will accept just the medicines you bought there. I was visiting this pharmacy because is close where I live but after today not anymore. I prefer to walk to HB and go to Amavita Apotheke or go to Toppharm Apotheke Paradeplatz where you really receive an excellent service

SCAM!! I spent twice the price that I could have spent. Instead of the 20 tablets as prescripted I was sold the package with 32 tablets of a more expensive brand all without being told. When I checked the receipt I noticed that I was charged an additional 7.20 CHF for consultation and prescription check. So instead of paying 17.90.- I payed a total amount of 37.05.- I went back and got my money back. Unfriendly and unprofessional "consultation". ABZOCKE! "Falsches" Medikament verkauft (teurer als das, was vom Arzt verschrieben wurde) und dazu noch "Medikamenten check" und "Beratung" verrechnet. Anstatt 17.90.- habe ich 37.05.- gezahlt!! Als ich es bemerkt habe, bin ich zurückgegangen, habe mich beschwert und mein Geld zurück erhalten. Unfreundliche und unprofessionelle "Beratung".

Schon das zweite Mal wo ich die Apotheke (in den Öffnungszeiten) dringend erreichen sollte, jedoch ist der ganze Tag der Telefonbeantworter drin mit der Ansage, dass sie geschlossen sein (Vor Ort ist der Laden geöffnet und die Ansage bestätige, dass sie Telefonisch erreichbar sein sollten). Grund der erfolgslosen Kontaktaufnahme: Rechnungen die zur Krankenkasse gehen sollten, kamen direkt und ohne vorherige Rechnungen oder Zahlungserinnerung als Mahnung nachhause.

The pharmacy was right across the street from our hotel and we needed something to treat a "cold and sore throat". We received helpful assistance and was able to purchase the items to take care of our health issue at that time.

Die Masken sind viel zu Teuer. Kauft eure Masken wo anders. 60.- für eine Packung ist definitiv viel zu viel. Die eine älteren Mitarbeiterin könnte freundlicher sein.
