I order from them at least once a week and last night I stopped by and ordered two large egg drop soups to go. They always have a horrible attitude and I’ve spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars at their establishment; but tonight was the last straw. The guy taking my food order had the worst attitude imaginable like he was doing me a favor even though I’m a paying customer so I finally asked him what his problem was. He became irate and went behind the counter and got a weapon! He pulled out a metal pipe and came back storming to the door and tried fighting me!! I thought I was dreaming. I couldn’t believe what was going on and was just shocked. I’m literally one of their best customers and this is how I get treated?! I hope this place burns down and they end up on the street. Do not go here!!!

BAD Chinese restaurant! Food is very low quality compared to restaurants like Ichiban and the Great Wok! To start, they only accept cash! I ordered teriyaki rib meat and rice. The rice was ok, but the rib meat was not cooked all the way! It seemed like they rushed it to get done faster! It seems like they really don't want Americans stepping in their doors! It's not worth it! I bet if I was Chinese or Asian, it would have been cooked perfectly! They don't care a bit about quality!

Not really sure why they don’t have higher reviews. I was really debating if I should order take out or not because no matter where I go I’m disappointed but not tonight. I ordered the sesame chicken and wow - perfect - cooked the way it is meant. I also ordered chicken with broccoli and again perfect. The egg roll was amazing - I’m almost wondering if they make them in house. In any event, next time I’m here in Charlotte I will be ordering again.

Run, don't walk, far far AWAY! We ordered 2 fried rices and crab rangoons. Our order was wrong. The fried rice that we did get was dry, no flavor, with what seemed to be unseasoned boiled chicken mixed in. I've legimately never had a fried rice THIS bad. I wish I could have gotten a fortune cookie before ordering this that told me not to order from here. The funny part is that the fortune cookie I did get from here was empty.. truly unfortunate . Really sums up the whole experience

I ordered the Singapore chow mei noodles and when I got it, it had eggs in it which I can’t eat. It was my first time ordering so I didn’t know. I asked to change it, and the guy had an attitude and told me no. I’m telling him it’s my first time and he’s telling me about what I should do next time when I order. My Shrimp Lomain was nasty my noddles was small like spaghetti noddles. The shrimp in side the Shrimp Lorain is so small! You can tell the are the frozen kind. The cabbage is still hard if your going to use the parts close to the center at least cook it all the way. I dnt know if it's new owners or the grandchildren have taken over. They messed the food up. Going since 1987 miss a couple of years must of been when they took over. I will never go back.

We ordered 2 things general sal chicken was. More bread than chicken pieces, the rice seems old . Spring rolls didn't have any feeling in it. It was just rolled up bread fried. The chicken wings were okay And portion size were and pretty small.

I hadn't been to Tops China in a long time, due to Covid you can't sit in and Eat it's Take Out only. You Order, Pay and get your Food through the Area in the Door. I Ordered Chicken Wings and Chicken Fried Rice and 2 Pepis. Their food is still really good. You can also order through Uber Eats as well.

Unfair harsh reviews for this restaurant. I am happy that I didn't listen to them. I called my order in and they told me 10 minutes. The chicken wings were ready and hot upon my arrival. They were big and good too. Keep up the great work.... The surrounding area isn't great but this restaurant is beside Food Lion... I can't wait to return..

I ordered the lunch special shrimp egg foo yung but was told it was not a lunch special?? Anyhow, the restaurant was clean and the food was better than most I've tried so far. The only setback is they accept cash only, no debit/credit cards. So be prepared for that. Overall good experience.
