Had previous good experiences but a string of bad experiences makes me certain I will never book with this company. I used this company 3 or 4 times. I had a bad experience with a rude driver once. The last time, they No Showed my trip to the Airport. Apparently the driver had a flat but they didn’t tell me. I had to call them because the car wasn’t here after my pickup time. They also thought my return flight was an ENTIRE MONTH early and sent me a threatening email to charge me a No Show Fee. I cancelled and now they are only refunding me 90% due to their terms. In short, unreliable, the admin staff and dispatchers seem to be extremely unorganized, and there occasional rude drivers. It could be a hit or miss because my last couple experiences were positive but the most recent one was extremely negative. With an important arrangement like flying to and from the airport, I would rather go with a reliable company that is organized better. Precious: Great airport limo service. The car was in great condition and the ride was smooth. Radi was a very professional driver. He arrived 20 minutes earlier than the scheduled time and helped me with my luggage. I plan on using their service again in the future.

5 stars all the way. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I found this service on Trip Advisor and they went way above my expectations right off the bat. The quote was less than expected and I called at a very late and desperate hour needing a taxi to pick up my friend from the Toronto Pearson Airport and take him to the Delta Armouries Hotel in London, an almost 2 hour drive one way to make it to a job there asap. Toronto Airport Taxi Limo was very much on time and even had to wait (almost an hour!!) for my friend to clear customs coming from the US. Not only did that happen, the driver accommodated another one of my friends that had missed their flight also at the last minute who was on the same job for not much more. The driver’s name was Jay and he texted me with clear communication every step of the way until he met up with my now party of 2. Above duty, Jay stopped to get them something to eat as they were very hungry from missing flights, waiting, being re-booked, etc. I can’t thank Toronto Airport Taxi enough for being there and right on point with time, cost, delivery and being human. Thank you very much ~~~ my friends’ destination was reached on time and they were able to get their job done! Bravo!!!

AVOID!!!!!! Unfortunately I can only post this message if I can give at least 1 star, otherwise it would be 0. We booked with this company in advance of travelling to the airport, an SUV that would carry 3 passengers and a lot of check-in bags. The driver was 20 minutes late, after ringing the central line several times it was stated that he did not know how to find an address...we live downtown in Toronto, very straightforward. Upon arrival, the driver did not know how to put down the rear seats to allow us to get all of our bags in. I had to jump in and do this myself and pack most of the bags. This further delay, in total 35 minutes, resulted in us to just get checked in at the airport and make our flight. As we left the taxi in a rush at the airport, we left behind a parcel. I have since tried on several occasions to contact them via phone, text and email to ask if the driver had happened to come across it but they have failed to respond. Do not use if you want reliability and a comfortable airport trip, they provide the opposite.

Updated - fair response from the owner. I did not read the terms and conditions prior to calling to make my reservation but it was also not disclosed to me at the time of booking. Having understood the terms and conditions could have resulted in us making alternative arrangements. Updating rating from 1 to 3 for the fair response from the owner and in consideration for the ease to book and my interaction with the company on the phone. Booked service to the airport and was assured they wouldn’t cancel on me. They called with less than a day notice that they have no drivers available and cancelled on us. We made other arrangements but a stressful day. Would have loved to provide a positive rating but have to be fair to myself and those that rely on reviews like I do.

We needed a last minute ride to the airport in July and I found this company through google, because it was less than 24 hours I had to call them and the gentlemen on the phone was very polite, professional and understanding, they were able to accommodate us no problem which made me extremely happy. They arrived few minutes early and waited outside until we got out, the driver was very professional and his driving was amazing. Just booked with them again now for our next rip (ahead of time this time) and had to message them to confirm some information, again, within seconds they replied and gave me the info I needed. Thank you for such an awesome service and I definitely recommend this company 100%

Service was 10 minutes early and brought our bags to the car for us. He was extremely friendly and came to the door to let us know he had arrived ( other companies tend to just honk and wait). The car was beautiful, spotless and so comfy. Our driver got us to the airport on time and assisted us in unloading our luggage. He also offered to stop for coffee if we wanted before getting on the highway which was very nice for such an early flight (4am). Bookig was easy and convenient online and payment made ahead with tip so all we had to do was get out and go. We will definitely be using Toronto Airport Taxi Limo for all our trips in and out of Toronto. Thank you!

This company shud be rated a 20 stars. The owner Mark is fabulous...he called to verify how many car seats we needed after telling him I only needed one and mentioned that I had two kids. I had completely forgot to mention a seat for my other child (cross country move and so much to think about). Mark called to verify and ask if we needed another one. Thank God he did! The driver was fantastic. He came early to pack our luggage into the vehicle, very personable and told us to take our time with our family until we were ready to leave. He was empathetic and very kind. I would recommend this company to anyone. Don't think about it..just book them!

The Toronto airport limo taxi driver are very rude. I worked at gas station. They always come there to fill gas and after that always they have issues and always abusive to all the employees. They don’t have manners. The first time I felt Canada has changed from the behaviour of these drivers. They should be fired. I will post videos and photos to the reviews next time, that guy will come to my workplace. I don’t know if they are abusive to the workers like us, who have supported and worked hard during covid time, they might be abusive to their customers too. Be aware to take Toronto Airport Limo Taxis. They are not good guys

I booked 3 transfers with this company in my trip and am very satisfied. One was from Buffalo Airport to Niagra Falls, then to Toronto and finally to Toronto Pearson International Airport. They sent me an e-mail or Whats App with the driver's details and vehicle no. Their vehicle was just right for our family of 6. The large luggages fit at the boot and there's space for hand luggages between the seats as the vehicle is wide. The drivers were on time and polite. I recommend this company.

Honestly I was a little hesitant, I spoke to Mark three times and he assured me we would be picked up at 2:30 am and we were. We arrived from Miami at around 130am, after picking up our luggage, stood in a short line for a taxi/Limo back to Georgetown, it cost is $120 for my wife and I, is that normal , we feel we way overpaid but we’re tired from our travel day so just paid it. Feeling ripped off.

This is a wonderful limo service. Spacious car, prompt and friendly driver. Our return at the airport was delayed and luggage retrieval took over two hours and our driver waited patiently outside and was in constant contact with us. For sure I will use this service again.
