These guys have the worst system for a flight back to the states. You have to wait in this large room to see your initials on some screen. This means your luggage was scanned, we have been waiting over 3 hours and missed our flights, I'm talking about all the people in the room. At least 100 people, if not more. It's so ridiculous and there is no food or water available, before you enter this room you pass security which makes you throw away your liquids. I have never seen something so ridiculous, something needs to give, please update your system Toronto Airport because it's screwing everything up. Never have I seen anything like this in my entire life and I'm not the only one, people are starting to argue with some of the employees behind the windows. All they keep telling us is to look for your name and you can't leave till you see it. ☠️

Horrible experience like back in July when we were kept in the plane for another hour after landing and it took me another 2 hours and 30 min to complete the procedure of entering in Canada. Same now, we are waiting for more than an hour in the plane after landing and God know how long it will take to get home. I'm amazed how unprepared is the airport, not that we were not expected, nevermind it's one of the most expensive airports in the world. This airport is lacking consideration for its passangers, I'm extremely unhappy about now a repeated experience. I'm still in the plane after an hour and 40 min after landing. I can tell, people don't count and the airport have no consideration about our time and experience. Horrible ... it's 9.00 pm and I'm still in the plane

Most inefficient employees trying to manage a bit overload. This is what an official says “Welcome to flying in Covid time” and that is in April 2033. And they are threatening people with the police. STOP disrespecting people and blaming it on covid. Get efficient management and START Reform!!

My brother called me to pick him up not even 5 minutes later a security comes to the window u can't park here.. I was not parked I'm waiting to pick up my brother he is coming out now she said no move and drive around again ...2 Seconds

Hands down the worst airport I’ve ever travelled in and out of. Shame it’s my local. When I asked security why the lines are so long I was told that “Winnipeg is also an international airport” … shame I live in Toronto

Huge airport with 3 terminals and hotel. They have great food court with lot of food options you can try. You can also spend few hours in their duty free section. The airport is huge but clean and easy to navigate.

I flew in from Paris and went to the Nexus card terminals where only two out of all the machines were working and nobody to help. I dont understand how an airport this busy doesnt keep up with basic maintenance

Inter-terminal train broke down and people are stranded. Employees and passengers trying to go home at midnight. Bus service didn't show up until well after 1:30am.

Ingress and egress are not well demarcated, lending to more chaos. Decent airport that is sullied by poor signage, spotty customer service, and inadequate staff

Worst airport. Why to send people from a already security checked airplain to security again? Wasting my time! This should be addressed and changed.

They took the drinks i bought from Mexico Duty free saying the bag ain’t transparent enough, it was from duty free for crying out loud.

Air Canada has the "Touchless Check your luggage in" so you can save so much time and print your tickets and boarding passes so fast...
