It is my favorite garden in Toronto. It has a bit of everything. A nice creek running through it with waterfalls. Different flowers bloom throughout the seasons. But the spring display is the best. There are other water features that you can enjoy including a waterlily pond. Plenty of wildlife including birds like hawks cardinals and bluejays also wild ducks and herons egrets. Animals include cgipmunks squirrels and groundhogs. In spring there are cherry blossoms and rhododendrons and many other flowering trees. Daffodils tulips grow in abundance in spring. Beautiful fall colors too.

It's a nice scenic place. Imagine to spend at least 2 hrs as the walking is there and you stop for photos and reading. You can even do a small picnic. No Bbq. I wish there was a description for plants and names. it's there for some, but not for most. There is a small cafe, they dont have pops though and the menu is limited. You might want to carry some food, especially with kids. Paid parking is available. Could not visit the garden shop due to the time, may be next time, but I could see they sell some plants/flowers, momentos etc.

Visited this beautiful garden along with Edwards Gardens recently. The garden itself is small compared to others I've been to (e.g., Montreal Botanical Gardens); however, it still boasts a good variety of spectacular flowers. A great place to chill and enjoy what Mother Nature has to offer. Good with friends, family, or a date. No dogs allowed though (but I've seen plenty break that rule without issue haha). Overall, a lovely little garden tucked inside North York that's totally worth visiting for everyone. Highly recommend!

Too many miserable pushy people. They should have capped the amount of people to visit. I couldn't even see most of thr orchids. People told me to back off. Others told my boyfriend that tall people have to go in the back of the line. Ummm hello discrimination. I have never been around so many rude people. Pay to go to be shoved aside. Had to pay for parking too. Too expensive to be feeling like I was at some kind of dime store. Orchids are supposed to be loved and looked at and displayed so EVERYONE can enjoy it. Yeah! Not at this place. Although I did manage to get some great photos.
I love nature so much and this park was absolutely beautiful. My first time there and I got confused where the actual park is as Google map was saying it was in the parking lot. Had a very peaceful and lovely walk. The path kept taking me back to where I was but I discovered the next over park I forgot what it was called. Parks connected to each other. Unfortunately couldn't explore the whole thing as it started to rain. I also went there during a time where the flowers weren't much but were just being planted. I loved every second of being here (except my $5 ice cream )
Toronto Botanical Garden is a serene urban escape. Its themed gardens are a testament to nature's beauty and diversity. The emphasis on sustainability and environmental education adds depth to the experience. The knowledgeable staff and unique botanical-themed gifts make it a must-visit for nature enthusiasts. A hidden gem in the city, it offers a tranquil retreat and valuable insights into the world of plants. Don't miss the chance to explore this horticultural haven in Toronto.

Pretty nice gardens, some large willow trees, flowers, a little river, and other things. There’s bathrooms on site, a cafe, paid parking ($2/hr in 2023) but free admission. Seems pretty busy on a weekend. There are some rules regarding dogs/pets and picnics - as in, you can’t bring them and you can’t have them. Nice place for a walk. Some paths are accessible but there’s also lots of places with stairs.

The garden is so beautiful and amazing. A great place for walk and exercise. The park has lot to offer like benches at many good spots, amazing different flowers and some sculpture at certain spots. The trails are also quite good. Park is clean and it also offers a descent Cafe for light snacks. It has ample of parking space and it only charges $2.50/ hr. Overall a great place to spend a day at this park.

I've been frequenting this botanical garden for a year, experiencing its beauty in all four seasons. It's a serene place with numerous walking paths, inviting beaches, and the option to cycle around. The abundance of flowers and rivers makes it particularly enchanting, and I personally find fall to be the best time to visit.
It is indeed a beautiful place but I saw a very big hype on tiktok which made me interested in checking the place out and I found it was okayish. They had a variety of flowers and plants but I felt it was less than the hype.

First time went out for Nuit Blanche and had a memorable experience. There were only two installations but both were very meaningful especially the light show and performance. Hoping they will have more to showcase next year.

Could not figure out why they don't allow dogs outside. We have an 8 lb (3.8 kg) dog who we take around in a travel bag to many places. We always pick up after him. Not allowed in these gardens. Two days earlier we were at Cornell University's botanical gardens -- no problem.

Love strolling around this garden. Always something new to see. Different flowers and trees depending on time of year. Love that it has washrooms and snacks. Parking is easy. Sadly it's pay parking now but most things are. Recommend checking it out.

Check the calendar of events before coming, paid parking $2.50 for each hour. This year there are a lot of Tulips blooming, Bloom cafe menu is great for tea/ coffee + dessert, but no tables inside the Cafe. Edward's garden is especially charming when magnolia and Tulips are blooming. …
This a lovely peaceful city gem to wind down and walk. We thoroughly enjoyed our exploration around the garden with our toddler. So many flowers and trees for the spring season, many plants are tagged so fun and educational. So many trails and so much to see, we'll be back again.
Great place to go for a walk. Long trail with many beautiful flowers. So many flowers with different colors! Be sure to check the map cause I lost twice in the garden. Now is a good season to go to enjoy the beautiful place. Some of the road is blocked by construction though.
A very nice place to visit. Great for kids and adults. There are a lot of different tress and flowers, plus you can spot varieties of birds and other animals if you are lucky. I'd definitely recommend this place.

Gorgeous grounds and trails. Serves as trailhead down the Don valley if you’re ambitious - bike friendly too . Parking is 2.50 /hr. You can also park at Earl Seton park on Eglinton E for free and hike up Wilket creek trail (30 mins, lovely
I loved walking around the Botanical gardens of Edward's garden. The flowers look spectacular with so many different species of flowering plants. The air even feels fresher. It is so nice to hear and see the wild birds fly over head. It is
A lovely range of flowers and trees. Lots of benches to relax and soak up some sun. The willow trees are gorgeous here.I gave it a 3 star because there was noise pollution from the leaf blowers that were on for almost an hour (I was there
This a great place to wind down and walk. Most plants are tagged so it’s not only educational but a place that invites you to stay truly present. It has many trails to walk and ample gardens to just contemplate. We really enjoyed a small
One of my favourite places to visit in the late spring and throughout summer. The flowers here are so beautiful. I come to take photos and then I go down by the creek for a nice nature walk. Many people come with families for picnic and
I went on a rather gloomy day in late Spring. Not the greatest weather to be visiting a garden, but nonetheless there was beauty to behold. Compared to other botanical gardens I've been to, this one was a little rougher around the edges.
Wonderful park. Very peaceful. You can spend all day exploring. Very romantic, very beautiful! Sit down and admire nature and the work of countless gardeners! Walk and exercise! Have a picnic! I could go back 5 times a week!
Wow, I had the most amazing day with my family here... Walking in the woods, hearing all kind of creatures sounds and especially breathing fresh air which is extremely unwinding. It's worth to pass a journey in this park.
Absolutely gorgeous gardens! Plenty of trails and paths to follow and see right in the heart of beautiful Toronto. A must visit!

This is one of my favourite places to view fall foliage. This park is beautiful all seasons but the fall colours are always breathtaking. It's a great starting place to walk to the don river trails.
Gorgeous garden with a lot of benches to enjoy your surroundings. Love the small path alongside the creek too

A beautiful garden walk connected to a large urban park. The Orchid Show was fantastic and definitely worth the price of an annual membership (which includes free parking!)
Nice little garden that's free to the public. Rules (no picnics, no dogs) keep it looking peaceful and pleasant.
