They are great. Even though they have a 3 people minimum policy to take the taxi to the islands, they were gracious enough to help is out. My friend forgot her belongings at Hanlon's point on our way back in the evening. These guys were nice enough to take just my friend to the island so she sould retrieve her stuff.
I use to think these were great until I took my elderly mom and sister this fall. We lined up and paid to take the water taxi as normal. When we arrived at the island we were told this was our stop and it was time to get off as we looked at
Wait time was ridiculous. Standing for atleast 40 minutes with no announcements or excuses for boat not being loaded.
5 stars for Captain Mick! Great music, great service, great sense of humor and friendly!
Good way to get to Centre Island. Rates are reasonable. The trip is quick. Recommend.
