I had the worst experience with this company. These people are time wasters, plus very unprofessional that the most important thing to them is arguing with the customer and getting the last word. Is that how you steal money from people? By moving at snail speed, keep arguing with them, and stand around taking unauthorized breaks on their time and money? Plus the movers that came seemed not very physically fit, out of breath, and complained the boxes were too heavy. We have moved all over the country and had even more stuff before this, and we never got a single complaint. Perhaps your workers should go to the gym and exercise some more. They were moving so slow and couldn't hold a single box by themselves that I even had to help them. If this is the usual performance that your employees conduct, perhaps you should hire me. The move that usually takes 5 hours took 8, even with me helping them AND leaving all the boxes downstairs of our new home because they weren't physically fit enough to carry them upstairs. As for the men that came, one of them was okay although he was weak and complained about the boxes. Another one was very disrespectful and talked to us in a sarcastic tone, wasted time barking at a passing dog, and smiled some more at us sarcastically when we told him what needed to be done. Plus he put some of our stuff on top of the stove and turned it on. The team leader seemed to have some respiratory disease and kept breathing hard regardless of whether the object he was holding was light or heavy. Then to top it all off after the move, he lies to us that we will need to hire superman movers next time. I had another company where a guy much smaller than him carried a bookcase by himself when for this one, all three of them had to carry the same one. So this guy really needs to keep his mouth shut. Due to the fact that they could not do a simple job, laziness, discourteous behavior towards their customer, while wasting our time mouthing off and blaming us, I would not recommend this company to anyone. It's not a great idea to trust a company like this with your personal stuff. In the end, you may have to pay $500 above the estimated price like we did. Then for some reason, we as the customer gets the blame for their own incompetence as a company.

I used this company on May 15, 2020 and I would say my experience was ok, but not great. I was a moving a 3 bedroom house. They were scheduled to show up up at 9am but they showed up at 10. 3 movers showed up and I would say 2 were polite and hard working throughout the entire move. One of the men, who appeared to be the team leader was abrasive and complained throughout the day. They worked hard and quickly to pack up the truck with care. When the truck was packed up I watched them close the truck and we agreed to meet at the next house so that everything could be unloaded. I was waiting at the next house for over 1.5 hours without the truck showing up. I called the moving company and spoke with the manager to find where the truck was. The manager gave me the location of the truck and the time the truck left my previous house. The time stamp showed that they sat in the truck In front of the first house not moving for over an hour. I explained this to manager and he started yelling at me telling to ask the driver and that the gps doesn’t lie. The truck eventually arrived at the second house and the movers all smelled like weed, so I assume they were smoking weed in front of the first house for an hour or so, which caused the delay. A 4th mover showed up at the second location (which I was charged for), who was rude and did not move my property w same care and attention as the other movers. I watched him nonchalantly walk things in to walls and doors, causing minor damage to several items. I would say that overall they moved pretty quickly and there was only minor damage to a few items which I would expect with any move. I think I was over charged 1 hour. Had this delay no occurred I would have tipped the movers, so I would say I came out paying about the same overall. It wasn’t a horrible experience overall, but I would suggest a little more professionalism could have made it better.

CHOOSE ANOTHER COMPANY. We gave the 1-star review only because zero stars was not an option. We are writing this post as our service to the public. My recently widowed 70-year-old mother-in-law hired this company to move her out of her home and to unload the majority of her items (mostly boxes and very few pieces of furniture) into a storage facility. From the rude and unprofessional manager, to the 3 unbelievably lethargic, manipulative and confrontational movers (not to mention an associate who was sent to deliver boxes the company "forgot" to send with the movers, who proceeded to walk through the house while menacingly glaring at my mother-in-law), this was a colossally gross experience. The attempts by the movers to slow the move down in order to optimize the cost of the hourly service (more bathroom breaks than any normal human should require and other mysterious disappearances) were so profoundly transparent, the manger of the storage facility confronted them directly and admonished them for blatantly trying to take advantage of my mother-in-law (many thanks to Anna and the additional management team at Zoom Zoom Storage on Roddick Road in Markham for your support and commitment to excellent service). The indecency required to behave this unprofessionally, this grotesquely to a woman who has recently lost her lifelong partner (a fact that was communicated to the movers) and is hoping to start anew leaves me baffled and disgusted. It's shameless. We will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau. In the meantime, we wish better for our fellow neighbours out there and would hope you will heed this advice: STAY AWAY FROM TSC MOVERS.

My move was fantastic, I move a lot due to work as I am a real estate agent and I'm always buying new property, living in them while I fix them up and then flipping them. I've used a lot of different moving companies, most of them okay I guess, a few were really awful- they broke things and damaged walls. I had a move booked for the beginning of October and my movers didn't show up so I went online and I found T.s.c moving and storage, they had great reviews so I decided to call them. I spoke to Levy, unfortunately they were booked solid for the next two days but luckily I wasn't in a rush to move so I decided to go down to there office to meet with levy as she was very helpful in answering my questions and sympathetic towards my dilemma. There I met with her and Mike (the owner) they both seemed like awesome people, polite and professional so I decided to go ahead and book my move with them. On moving day they sent a great crew, Franco, Rob and Phil. They were excellent from start to finish, they managed to get everything into one load in their truck which is crazy to me as no other company has been able to do that. They did my move in 7H.r.s where as most of the other movers took 10-11H.r.s and a couple of the other companies took 13H.r.s. Phenomenal work boys, I will definitely be using Toronto service centre for all my future moves.

Professional movers! I moved to my new house with this company last weekend. It was one of the good experiences I had so far with a moving company (Do not try the one from Kijiji! they are horrible!). Before moving I talked with the Manager (Mike) and I didn't like the way he was trying to explain me I need more movers! I think it was a miscommunication but he even scared me before moving! (That missing star is for this behavior!) But on the moving day two young and nice movers showed up and they were responsible and caring. They packed the stuff important for me and moved them with cautious. They took reasonable amount of time and very reasonable breaks. In general I had a good experience with this company and I only wish I could hire 3 people so that not only we could finish the move faster but it was less pressure on the movers as well. After all they are also humans, right? Thanks Mike, Matt and the other nice gentleman which I don't remember his name. Matt in particular was very professional and did a great job. Forgot to mention Levi the customer service agent who did a great job through the entire process and was a true professional as well. Thanks TSC team.

They showed up late. Had the "supervisor " melt down after he told us the only time he needs a lawyer is to get out of jail. He lost it because we ask him to follow our car which his response was I know where I'm going but then turn away from our building as we were pulling in then refused to answer his phone. I was told it was 139 per hour with a minimum of five hours. Near the end of the move I asked how much it was because they apparently give discounts for paying cash and he told me I should take out $1500 for a four hour move. When it was finally done I was overcharged by $80 dollars for tape which had I known I would have supplied as I had tape with me. The final straw is when then told me they were done and everything was in I went down the street to grab a drink for the house only to come back to find one of my boxes open at the front door just sitting there for anyone to take. I've moved a lot and this was by far the worst experience. They know it is because when I called the office to ask what this guy was talking about when he said $1500.00 they told me the clients always freak out. That tells you all you need to know

These guys were awesome! Moved my 2bedroom unit in the dead of Winter too their Storage Build on the East-end of Toronto for a month while I was between locations. The three Movers I got were right on time and thoughful to the situation at hand(winter conditions and slightly still packing), They helped with clearing and salting the steps and even helped me load up a few of the last minute boxes I had going on. I completely blanked on taking apart my Bed frame and dinning table(family antique), but these guys had it under control. The right tools and protection for my belongings. I was very impressed! All in all, loaded my place(West Toronto, then off- loaded into storage(East Toronto) in great timing. Just had my belongings moved from storage after the month of February to my new place in T.O and couldn't be happier! Great price and stellar customer service. Certainly have and do recommended these guys! And if I ever have to move in Winter again(lets hope not) I will remember to shovel ahead of time hah! 5/5!

Brutally bad experience. At 9pm they refused to move any more furniture into the house. The left an entire storage unit full which I had to do with my wife the next day. When I called TSC the next day I was told "what is with YOU PEOPLE!" I would never recommend TSC Movers. To Respond to TSC comments and correct them. Yes started at 3pm. Yes they told me that overtime was $20 a hour which I agreed to. There was no discussion of "tools down" and stop working at 9pm. As agreed to in advance and part of your sales pitch was to reduce the cost of the boxes (we had already bought) as they were normally included. Third, I recorded our conversation my phone when I came in to return the boxes that's when you used the derogatory reference "YOU PEOPLE". So bring our your slander suit and I am pleased to play your recording to anyone whom asks. Best for you to accept you did a terrible job, with appalling customer service. Just apologize.

0 stars - PASS ON THIS COMPANY! This business should be called WDSU: Water Damage Storage Units. DOES NOT RETURN CALLS BUT WILL REPLY TO REVIEW. Our storage/moving has costs us thousands of dollars in replacement thanks to the water damage in the storage unit. This is AFTER +$3000 in storage fees and moving costs.The owner actually alerted us to the water leaks. He knows the water in the unit damaged the goods but does not return calls! We have a water damaged mattress, 2 carpets and other pieces covered in mould. This has cost us THOUSANDS - New mattress, new headboard, new carpets = +$5,000. Bought furniture lately? Its EXPENSIVE. He has insurance of course but will not do the right thing. IF you do choose Toronto Moving & Storage and Toronto Service Center don't be shocked if your goods get damaged and they are not accountable. ZERO accountability.

I have recently used TSC for 2 moves and storage of my contents. The team is extremely helpful and have taken care of all my needs and queries in a timely manner. The free boxes were also very helpful and a surprise. There were no hidden costs as per the quote the charges were up front. It was great to have one company to assist with the move and the storage in their own facility. A special thank you for the professionalism of Khaled & Daryl with the handling of my contents, along with their outstanding customer service skills. I would strongly recommend this company if you are looking for a professional company for moving and storage. It is very hard to find a company that is a 5 star company. Keep up the Good Work!!!!

BRUTAL Don't listen to any of these reviews and move on to another mover now. They underestimated our move and tried to con us into another truck the day of our move. We had to locate another Truck with UHUAL. They don't have big trucks. Like most they charge by the hour. The movers took any excuse to take a break from the job and make short cuts, which ended up taking over 14 hours for a 3 bedroom. The movers drove their truck into my new neighbours ditch and didn't even tell us about it until the neighbour showed up a little later. They didn't repair the mess in the ditch either. When we complained to their customer service desk they never contacted us back. BRUTAL - WE WOULD GIVE NO STARS IF WE COULD

these guys are my heroes. moving is very stressful, and every time i spoke to them in the days leading up to my move, they assured me everything would be fine and go smooth. they weren't kidding. they showed up exactly on time and got right to work, they fit everything in the truck perfectly. everything was in perfect condition after the move. they were fun to hang out with during the move, super pleasant and friendly and professional and FAST. although i hope to not have to move again anytime soon, if i do, they will be the first to know about it, because i would not hesitate for second about re-hiring them. i cannot express my gratitude for mighty van moving enough. i highly recommend their services!

We recently moved and we are very pleased with the level of service we received from this company. I felt comfortable hiring them after finding out that they own their own trucks and have been in business a long time. I also noticed they had an A+ rating with the BBB, which is good to know. The movers were friendly and professional and they took care of our belongings and even wrapped our large items of furniture for free. They were efficient and careful of things and our home. We had a good experience and I would hire them again. It was a relief after some of the stories you read about fly by night moving companies! We are happy we used TSC.

Very poor customer service from Mike. I called and I gave delivery location and he ask me to verify email and confirm if delivery address is correct. Certainly when i called back and advise that address is incorrect he started accusing me of giving false info. I invited him to pull the phone call to listen whose error , he freaked out and started arguing. I have never ever lived in Scarborough not sure where he got a complete Scarborough address for me. Am glad I knew now and I cancelled the COW service. Very poor behavior from you Mr Mike. I invite you to listen to pull up the phone recording, that would be amazing.

If I could give this company less than one star I would. My boyfriend worked for them and they refused to pay him till this day. We’ve been going back and fourth with the manger of the company to resolve the issue but they’re very rude especially Julie the secretary she hung up on me when I tried talking to her. So I would not recommend this company because they do not pay their employees at the end of the day and they’re liars that treat their employees unfairly, they basically falsely hire people for jobs use them and then don’t pay them for the work they did.

The very worst experience I've ever had with moving, very rude, irresponsible front desk staff plus slow movers who just try to make company money as much as possible. Customer satisfaction is not even the last of their concern. I usually don't write reviews, but honestly I felt why not letting other people know so they wouldn't be in trouble like me. Moving is already not that easy and I think it's not fair to pay a fortune to some business which makes it so miserable. I genuinely do NOT recommend this company.

Extra Brutal Update May 22: After numerous follow-ups over about two months they responded today saying that since we posted bad reviews they will not resolve the damage they caused while moving our belongings. Be advised, they think that receiving bad reviews absolves them of contractual responsibility. Brutal. Hire this company if you want poor communication, extremely slow and inefficient movers, damaged property and a hostile, aggressive individual in your home and with responsibility for your belongings.

The most professional, courteous, polite and respectful service company we have ever come across. Their movers, Hamad, Darryl and Kal, were outstanding and went above and beyond for us. Their inside personnel were informative and reassuring with no hidden costs. All rates quoted as per our contract. This was important as we moved in the winter, long distance from Mississauga to Orillia. We highly recommend TSC to others, family and friends. Way to go TSC! Service with a smile!

I am very happy with my decision in booking TSC for my move. I was very nervous about accommodation being that I had 7 day between closing my current house and moving into my new home. I was able to store my belongings for those days for free. Their customer service team is great . They answered all my questions and made me 100% comfortable. My movers did a great time , I had to force them to take a break. Hard working guys I must say.

Our experience was fantastic.We had nothing damaged or broken, we highly recommend this company.From the moment we spoke to Juliana so smart nice and patient we are seniors we had not moved in 47 years we were very nervous we had nothing to worry about. I hired TSC Moving and Storage to move to our new home here in Toronto. They were very helpful over the phone gave me some really good moving tips and even included free moving boxes. The moving crew arrived on time were very courteous and friendly and cleaned up after themselves. They had the move completed on schedule without any issues or surprises

TSC movers worked really hard and fast on my 3 Bedroom house move in Scarborough. I really enjoyed receiving the free boxes from them as value add to complete my move. All of my items were moved without damage since they took the time to cover everything with moving blankets and they even made a special box to cover one of big paintings. Great Job!

Terrible experience. Poor communicators, inefficient, untrained and aggressive individuals that do not care about your personal belongings. Items were damaged during our move. We contacted customer service and manager for repairs. They did not responded after over 6 follow ups. I would not recommend this company.

These guys are superhuman. A group of 3, all seem to be well trained, and a truck completely (and carefully) packed and moved my 1100 sq ft two bedroom apartment in four and a half hours - it was amazing to watch, really. This is the only moving company I ever want to use again. Thank you guys! =)

Wide variety of animals. Felt sorry for the giraffe. Simply not enough space . Afican restaurants should have African food on the menu! More benches are needed for resting as plenty of walking is required.
