Great little library, always managed to get a great selection from here. Besides if you want something specific just order it in from another branch. I'm a big fan of public libraries, they provide a great service and selection, and formats. Why pay for it if it's freely available? What I don't like is the fine system - but when we lived in Etobicoke, they used to offer a 'donation of non-perishable items for homelessness' which I thought was a great idea. When you are borrowing a lot of books for children they can get misplaced so replacement costs aren't really appreciated and can impact negatively on the whole reading process - for parents and children.
A very friendly neighborhood library with a smart helpful staff. Problem is the staff is too loud when working it's a library. I understand that children and some people can not control the volume of their voices. But I wish the staff would tell them to keep it down. I kind of expect a quiet not silent experience at the library that's why I come to work there.
Great neighbourhood library branch in the Alderwood community centre. Very helpful and friendly staff. Lots of children's programs. Huge French children's collection. Not the best place to go for studying during the day, as they have multiple class visits that can get noisy.
Nice clean facility with a library and swimming pool. It is a smaller pool but good for the learning and practising. They allow school groups to come and practise swimming before school.
Small but very comfortable library. It can get pretty noisy with kids’ class coming in and busy at the evening but it is a great place for studying.
Best library in my neck if the woods. Large, clean, well lit and the staff have always been very friendly and helpful.
