I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the inflexibility of your cancellation policy. I strongly believe that your cancellation policy needs to be revised to better accommodate the needs of your customers. A fair and reasonable policy would go a long way in fostering customer loyalty and satisfaction.

My kids ask me to go to the dentist. That probably tells you everything you need to know about their experiences there (three kids, currently between 5 to 10 years, one of whom has special needs and is very well supported there; we have been going since the oldest was 3 years).
