what a traumatic experience. these guys are the rudest ,most irrational, violent and defensive people of ever met with the exception of the other sales guy. im still in disbelief at what happened to me when i went in to ask for assistance on a product id purchased from them last week. My great mood was soon diminished and i left a traumatised mess. The hair extensions that I purchase last week wer too light. I wasn't my intention to ask for a refund I was speaking with a Salesman who is being helpful when all the sudden is crazy big man pops up from behind a screen to rant at me 4 asking for a refund. Then I asked the salesman if he had darker ones in the clip in I was then verbally attacked again by the bully and he said no exchanges. I asked why and I was told because it's human hair they made me feel bad about questioning them. To me it seems they were defensive without even listening to what I was asking. If that wasn't enough then the female joined in she seems to have mistaken for me for another customer who had obviously upset her. Because nothing she was ranting made any sense. So then I'm trying to tell them hey I only come in to ask for advice nothing else and I told me to f*** off and go and ask a hairdresser and then proceeded to run at me swearing and banned me from the shop and assaulted me with hair extensions in a bag. Welcome To Crazy Town.

WOW WOW WOW ! At roughly 11:25 am ( give or take a few minutes ) today I entered total hair and beauty Derwent park. I am a hairdresser of 30 years experience within the field and have had the pleasure of expanding my knowledge across Australia within the hair and beauty industry of which one of those roles were on the international hair stylists committee. The lady who originally served was professional and polite…….. however the clown and owner should not be allowed near customers as he is arrogant and a LIAR! , I took the liberty of conversing with the shaver shop and it appears a they do not carry that particular line of clippers ( big mag clippers ) as YOU TOLD ME THE DID ! But here’s the part where you fall upon your sword as they say (an old saying ) you said that the big mags were discontinued 2/3 years ago and if so….. how on earth would the shaver shop have them now for SALE! Not the first time I have had an issue with you but it will be the last time I ever grace your shop.

Always love coming here to get my stock. I'm a customer for over 11 years, and have always found the staff very friendly and helpful, the stock is clear to read and find. Their expertise and product knowledge is great, and a great, table sale going on at the mo, some treasures there.... Always recommend to clients or other hairdressers.

I gave them 1 star because I can’t give them 0 stars. The staff were very rude, not helpful at all when I ask them for the difference between one product and another one and more expensive than what you find online. Sadly it’s one of the only hair & beauty warehouse in Hobart that is the only reason they still open.

Terrible customer service , not from all of the staff but specially from one of the guys at the front , very rude attitude, not helpful, prices are expensive than the ones you can find online for every brand , I would never recommend this place .

Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. The shop is well stocked. They helped me pick out some new scissors, they where patient and able to make suggestions without being pushy. I would definitely recommend a visit .
