I never thought I would be one to rave about a pharmacy, but here I am.. As a new mom-to-be I was absolutely terrified when my midwife told me I needed to start taking gravol and b6.. I was also at home alone sick as can be! I found out that Total Health would deliver to my house and gave them a call. I spoke with Mark and he was amazing. He provided me with updated research and supporting facts to make me feel safe with my pregnancy and choices! He provided me with a great deal of necessary research and information so I felt confident. He even called to ensure I received the package to my house and asked how everything went the next day. Got my COVID booster here and it couldn’t have been easier. I’m a millennial and I try to avoid calling people on the phone as much as humanly possible, so I was very happy that I was able to book my appointment online. Not only was the booking process super easy, I was able to get an appointment that was within 2 days, so none of this booking for weeks ahead like with shots 1 & 2. The pharmacist was friendly, and gave me the second to psych myself up for shot (I hate needles) without at least outwardly judging me. I was in, jabbed, and out (after waiting the recommended 15 mins to make sure there was no adverse reaction) super quick. 10/10 highly recommend.

It's crazy how big a difference it makes to have a pharmacist be as helpful and talkative as the pharmacist, Mark, was for me. Not only did he take the time to explain my options and how to use them without making me feel like he was in a hurry or had more important things to do, he also cracks conversation with you in ways that make him seem like he genuinely cares that you get well. It's impossible to buy this kind of earnest in a person. Dude also went out of his way to help me get the meds I needed despite being in poverty and that alone is worth every star. I couldn't be happier to have this pharmacy in my community.

Great manager, Mark always has my eye medication ready and on time. Mark is friendly and very helpful. Nice village like store.always helpful and reliable. Sends all necessary information with a new drugs.. Even though they have gotten busier ,the team of Mark, Yanling Li and Jane .still take time to give valuable information and support. Thanks again Total for keeping me on track with my eye care and helping me understand the importance of exercise for knee pain. Same great care and support three years later. Can't say enough good things about Total Health Pharmacy, Mark and Yan. We only found out about them by accident when Walmart didn't stock a particular medicine for my elderly dad. Walmart referred me to them and since then we have become totally dependent on them. Both my elderly parents take many medications but Mark & Yan have made my life easier by blister packing them and even delivering them. I call them often to do refills and they are always there for me and my parents! They are incredible people and I am so glad that we found them. Great job, guys!!!

Booked my Covid 19 Vaccine 65+ (Astra Zeneca) at the Total Health Pharmacy 977 Gerrard St. on Friday Mar 26. Had a little trouble with the link, I am not a a Robot part, but got through it. Booked my appointment for 9:30am Saturday morning and the process was as easy as it gets. The Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The actual Shot was professional and effortless. I felt nothing. Waited 15 mins to insure no immediate reaction and off I went. I highly recommend this Pharmacy for your Vaccine and regular Pharmacy needs

Went to Total Health Pharmacy for my first and second covid vaccine and really wanted to take a moment to compliment Mark and his team for doing such a great job there. The process was quick and easy, Mark checked in with all of the people who were waiting to make sure we knew what was happening. I overheard him patiently answer so many questions (the kind of questions that I wouldn't have been able to answer so patiently, ha!). I've been using Total Health Pharmacy at Gerrard Square for a few years now, and they are amazing. As a naturally disorganized person, I really appreciate that they take the time to call me to remind me of refills, and their free delivery service saves me a lot of time and stress. They also respond quickly to my calls and emails. Additionally, they are just really nice people. Highly recommend, especially if you take medication regularly and need refills frequently.

I got my first dose of covid vaccine with these folks yesterday with a buddy. We had a great time! The staff was laid back, funny, knowledgable, and professional. They patiently explained the ins and outs of the vaccination process, scheduled my second dose, and showed real concern for my well-being after the shot. All in all, a great experience at Total Health Pharmacy! Everyone get their covid shots and let's party!

One of the best pharmacies I've been to! Yes, it is quite small, but as of now I had everything I was prescribed and super amazing customer service! Mark is the best! Always polite and friendly, take his time to explain about the new medication. Last time he actually went extra mile and gave a call when he noticed that I might run out of my regular prescription. UPDATED 2021-08-12: The THP149 team have been amazing over the pandemic. They have continued to be compassionate and community-oriented, checking in with clients by email and phone to let us know about available COVID vaccines and to ensure regular prescriptions were kept up to date. They're genuinely interested in their clients, and treat all customers with respect.

This is the BEST pharmacy in the city! Everyone who works here truly cares about your health needs. They always take the time to fully explain all my medications and answer all my questions, even the stupid ones! I would and have recommended this pharmacy to everyone I know. Just had my first AstraZenca vaccination here. Well-organized, professional staff. Pharmacist took the time to explain what the AstraZeneca clinical trials found. All things considered, will schedule my second dose here when the time comes.

The worst attention, typical of the Chinese, they just want money, they do not care about the health of the patients, if this happened in my country I would already be next to my law firm, putting a lawsuit for medical malpractice.
