I did not have a good experience here, unfortunately because it's a really nice place, nice environment and everybody was friendly. As far as getting your hair done though, it wasn't a good experience and I won't be back. I'm new to town and I've always had a hard time finding somebody I trust with my hair. Anyway, i read all the great reviews so I called to set up an appt. I even told the Receptionist, I'm new to town, its not easy to find a stylist and if she could recommend me to one of girls and she set me up with Kathy. Well, she didn't do what I wanted, i explained to her and showed her a pic of how my hair has been done for the last couple years and it must have gone straight over her head. Then she charges me $115 for what? To just put a few strands of blonde in....seriously? My hair has been getting done the same way for the last couple years and every single hair on my head got colored and I only paid $85. Ive never had to pay more then $80 for my hair and its been getting done for a ling time. Regardless, I'm not happy about the fact that she charged $115 to only put in a few strands of blonde (literally) versus $85 and every single strand on my head got colored....i understand everybody has their own pricing, which is fine...but that much of a difference? When it's not even done the way I wanted? I wish i could have put a better review but i had to be honest. All the reviews i read for them were great and thats why i tried them. Anyway, I'm still on the hunt for a really good hairdresser. I really miss my previous hairdresser! If she wasnt so far away, I'd make that trip every 6 weeks, it would be worth it.

Last time I was here my stylist was Jasmine. I trier to book her again but our schedules weren’t lining up. So I booked an appointment with Madison whom I never had the pleasure of meeting because when I arrive for at 5:20pm for my 5:30 appointment (or 5:15 depending on which reminder text you go by (suppsosed to be 5:30)) I was told she was almost done with the last client, that she just had to blow dry her hair then she would be with me. I walked out at 5:57, never having been addressed again, after hearing the blow dryer for AT LEAST 35 minutes. Strange experience. If you dont want to work late to book clients that close to closing time. Wont be back there unless its Jasmine. I am editing my review to comment on the businesses reply. I have been to Total Image Salon exactly twice (at least in the last 7 yrs or so) and I have had no bad experiences until today. This business is lying about my arrival and departure time and I have texts with a friend to prove it. I have never had any issues with anyone there or this business before today. I have seen Jasmine exactly once and she did a good job. They are either maliciously lying about me or have me confused with someone else….and I dont’t think they have me confused. I’ve never left a review here or on any other site for their business and I dont typically leave reviews unless I receive horrid or exceptional service. Go read my recent review for Jackie Movers. EXCELLENT service over there. It’s a shame you had to lie instead of owning up because now Jasmine has lost my business too even though I originally said I wouldnt be back unless I was schedules with her.

I'm not sure why this says its closed but it definitely is open and operating. Anyway, if you're looking for a new nail tech, hairdresser or any other service, this is your place! I recently moved to Vegas and had purchased a deal for a set of acrylics via living social for Total Image. I was worried the women may be snobby or make me feel uncomfortable but it was exactly the opposite! My appt. was with Jan and she immediately made me feel at ease and like we had known each other for years. The decor and whole atmosphere of the place is calming and beautiful. Keep in mind I'm 22 and most of the ladies working here are a bit older than I, yet I felt very at home. Im now a regular customer of a couple of the services they offer and I would recommend it to anyone. What impressed me the most is that the salon is very "put together" so I assumed very high end and expensive but surprisingly it is not. These ladies have better rates than anywhere else I've looked, and the quality so much better. I can't wait for my massage next week, Ive been told that this lady has magic hands and is the best around here. I don't doubt it at all. I hope my post can help someone else decide Total Image is perfect for them! Btw, I see a lot of BS posts or reviews for places trying to get business and it irritates me. I promise my review is based on real experience :)

You have pictures of me on your main page of my hair being done at your salon and the person that does them is no longer at your salon so therefore you need to remove all the work that is not done by your salon off your website or I will file a lawsuit against you for having photos of me on your site and I did not approve them to be on there. My hair stylist never did the style you have up on your page. You are claiming false statements of work that was done at a different location and trying to take credit for something that was not done at this location. Your location has a ants and has a rotten smell by the kitchen area it is so disgusting and dirty and very unprofessional place to do business. They also allow people with COVID to still work while being sick. I want my picture removed immediately. My hair was done by Always Hair By Toni.

Had my haircut while visiting family. Kari is my mother-in-love's hair stylist. I needed a haircut and decided to give her a try. She is an OCD perfectionist and did a great job with my hair. If you see her, plan a looooong appointment. She takes her time to do every job to perfection. This could be a plus or minus, depending on how you feel about children. There were several young women who brought their small children in while they had their hair cut, dyed, etc. The children were running wild all over the place, were getting into the stylists equipment, and were quite noisy. It didn't really bother me much but I was concerned for their safety. Kari said the owners of the salon don't discourage people bringing their kids to play while they get styled and rather that everyone seemed to enjoy it. Each to their own, right?

Well, did my homework to find a good salon in NW Vegas...previous clients highly rated so I thought I would try it out. I tried to make an appointment on line (my mistake) I called to say I was a new client and was unable to get a confirmation. Very accommodating, I hooked up with Corie. Tild her I needed a drastic change going frin long to shoet hair. She gave me excellent advice on which style would work for me. An hour later, I couldn't believe the transformation! She took before/after pics for her fb page. I can't speak more highly for the cleanliness, of the salon, cheerful staff and well-trained stylists. Kudos in a big way.

Puri is a great hairdresser! When her job is done, I always walk out with my head held up high! She always makes me look very pretty with her skills & knowledge; I don’t have to say anything on how she should cut & style my hair! I always get good compliments on my hair! I highly recommend Puri to anyone who’s looking for a perfect haircut and a perfect hair coloring & highlights! Great job, Puri!

I'd give no stars if possible since my wife wasn't even seen. Called for an appointment and got one, went in the day and time of the appointment to be told that the hairdresser decided she didn't want to work that day. The front desk girl said she called but this is 2022, no missed call or voicemail. Terrible way to do business.

Corie is somewhere else now and does amazing job. Call her. Great staff, very nice, professional, makes a lady feel welcomed. Corie had to fix my highlights from a horrible job from some other place and she was great. This salon does everything, its clean and inviting, a refreshing change from last place i was at.
