Have had very bad service twice now with female pump attendants. Went to get petrol at 17:53 this afternoon and the attendant didn’t know how to open the bonnet of the car and nor did she know how to close the petrol cap ( this is the second time a female attendant as served me and has not been able to close the petrol cap) . I then left the garage and not even 2km away from the garage the car started overheating because the water cap was forced on skew. I don’t know if it has been the same attendant as every other staff member that has helped me has never had any issues opening/closing the bonnet , petrol cap or water cap? All the other staff are also very friendly and helpful although I am very disappointed as I always come here and I never have bad service except for the last 2 times I have been served by this/these female attendants.

a world of bad attitude once again had very bad service today. One of your female attendants can write a book on dropped lip and bad attitude. She wouldn't have a job in my company that's for sure. In fact , when I pointed this out to her, I was told she can't be fired anyway... also, it is rather sad that you cannot serve clients every time there's load shedding. your unhelpful staff won't even come outside then, they prefer to sit inside with their feet on the tables...

Good Morning Yesterday I swiped R332.50 R300 For petrol and R32 inside the shop for bread and water. The cash was deducted from my account but the receipt did not print they asked me to Pay Cash of R332.50 which I did and they kept the Cash Receipt since they said they will call me back even now I'm still await thier call and the money did not reverse. I complied and would like to see the same from the garage especially with our Money. 01/08/2021

Very bad service. Can't swipe Dischem card for points. Happened a few times..... Attendants just say sorry Dischem card declined - They are off line. Went back to see Manager and was told he was not there. Gave me his mobile number (Peter) but he did not answer. Left message but no feedback. Can't even log dischem points on app because the Total garage name do not appear on app. Will definitely not fill up my car with petrol there again.

Terrible service. All staff sitting on phones and laptops must be free wifi at M&B. They didnt even notice me standing at Mugg and Bean counter. Kids wanted to pay for ice creams at Total point of sale and were shouted at by the total staff sitting in the mugg and bean, to go to m&b counter to pay. Obviously to much of a mission to get up and operate till. Petrol attends watching movie on laptop, but none on forecourt

My girlfriend had a horrible experience at the Mugg & Bean at the garage this morning. The guy making the coffee was drinking out of the cup he made coffee for her in, the shop was also full of flies sitting on the coffee lids and food items, she was so disgusted by this experience she threw the coffee away and won’t eat anything out of fear that every other shop is as filthy as this place

I'm glad that this petrol station has been reopened. Always was a good place to use driving north and still is. Unfortunately that glossy look indicating the activity of interior decorators is still present, but this will wear off with time leaving only the real McCoy. Hope to get petrol here for quite a time. Thanks.

Newly (re) opened. Great station. Can't wait for car wash to open. Needs to promote - perhaps by getting two staff to stand at entrance on Beyers Naude with banners/flags.

Very nice new revamped store. Love the Mug & Bean inside. Great for a Quick stop and cup of coffee. Stop and fill up your car and yourself

New and clean. Has new digital pumps as well and the petrol attendants are very friendly and helpful

Waited for service, which we did not get. Petrol attendants were busy chatting with each other.

Apart from being Safe, convenient, an M&B, well stocked...it's a proper Filling Station

Petrol attendant was great. Coffee was cold, hot chocolate had a coffee taste
