Advice to Management Train or Fire the two extremely rude and unpleasant female employees. They are hurting your business. I alone spend R8K+ a month at the Engine down the road even though the Total is closer to my home, just to avoid these employees. ( They Know Who They Are ) ( Training may be insufficient as being kind and respectful to people should come naturally. Sometimes firing people is the best option for a businesses sustainability and profitability. ) Use the savings from firing the two extremely rude and unpleasant female employees to give the professional, respectful, and pleasant male employees a raise. Add price stickers to all items in the store, to help customers accurately budget before they pay at the counter. Adjust the prices of items in the store to non-whole numbers. A bar of KitKit costs R14.00. Adjusting the price to R13.90 would lead to more sales as humans encode prices before they finish reading numerals, so a R0.10 difference feels like a R1.00 difference. Went to buy a coffee as I do almost every day, a new lady behind the counter was playing drums on the lids after the coffee was already made (I assume it's the owner or manager as I've seen her before, just not making coffee), I asked her to give me a new lid as I am afraid of contracting COVID since I have high risk family. The lady said no, she'd be loosing money, and then offered to sanitize the lid for me. When I said I'd prefer not to drink from a sanitized lid, she just shouldn't touch the part where the customer drinks from, she continued to explain to me that she has no other way of putting the lid on, which isn't the concern that I had. I used to support this business daily, won't ever go back. Terrible, terrible customer service. The customer isn't right, and there are no concerns over the risks of COVID.

A very good petrol station. Staff have been there for years and always friendly and ready to assist. Car wash is probably one of the fastest in Joburg but not the best quality. If you are in a hurry though its great. Staff at Mugg and Bean on the go are great. Over the years I have had numerous vehicles washed there, drunk endless cups of coffee, had tires repaired etc. without a hitch. If you stay in the area this is a great service station and worth a few kilometers detour.

I have just experienced two employees with no work ethic. Manager Jeanette and a lady cashier got into a very unprofessional argument with me the client. I did report this to Total head office's. Helo Peter and other platform's as i explained to the Manager Jeanette i would do and she encouraged me to. I hope i got my message across so that people like Manager Jeanette and her cashier don't get away with treating customer poorly.

I visited this garage 23:30 on a Sunday night. Now as most of you will know, this isn't the chirpiest time of the evening, especially on a Sunday night. Lo and behold, here I received the best customer service I have ever experienced at a garage. The employee who helped me was very happy an chirpy, and even washed my window. It is better service than most other places during the day. Now I go out of my way to put in petrol here.

Shop employee scam, double charging my purchase! Seemed odd at the time and when I reviewed my bank accounts sure enough double charged. This was my primary garage for refuelling and getting ice on my way home. They will no longer have my support and I highly recommend others to take serious caution at this garage! They are thieves running a well rehearsed scam.

This morning I stopped for fuel, tyres and oil etc check. 2 employees looked me straight in the eyes, standing right next to my car, not assistingTimothy came running from the convenience shop. Staff screaming at each other at the top of their lungs. Waited ages to buy something. No management or people skills. Zero customer service. NOT a wonderful experience after 3.5 hours on the road. Never again TOTAL get your freaking act together this is NOT the first time having this experience at this garage.

I go to this Total Garage often as I live 1km from here, and this is not the first time but definitely the last time. Your staff behind the counter is incredibly rude, the petrol attendants are lovely though. Won't support this place anymore until they fix the attitudes there.

Exceptional service always. The staff are well trained and very friendly. The manager, Jeanette, and all her staff, from the attendants,in the shop, as well as the Mugg on the Move staff, are all amazing. To top that, the food and coffee is brilliant.

Total Helderkruin is the best garage in our community. I have always been treated like family and for that reason I specially drive from Krugersdorp to Helderkruin to fill up! Jeanette and her staff is awesome! Thanks for the great service!!

Not a great car wash it’s gone backward the car dry after washing it with soap the dirt dry on it and then they rinse it’s not the greatest. And spent 35 minutes just to wash and go.

Very disappointed in the service here. The car was not dried properly,and they didn't even bother to wash the rims. Soap alone does not remove break dust...

The guys that work here are always so friendly and uppity. weather its 5 in the morning or 5 in the evening the service is always just soo appreciated
