Very disappointed by the total shop which is under JOVAN JEMUKI MERIT LTD. apparently the workers in the shop always give the customers less change claiming that they don't have coins. Am very sure many customers walk out without realising that their change isn't enough since the cashiers don't even issue receipts. When I checked my change it wasn't correct of which the difference was kshs:20/= and she wasn't even bothered and I believe that is happening to many customers who aren't aware. Upon demanding for receipt I was told to wait and she started printing and I waited for almost 15 minutes since she started printing the whole days receipts. Like this they are stealing money from customers who don't check their change and don't ask for receipts. This is to everyone who shops at the total shop PLEASE DEMAMD FOR YOUR RECEIPT AND CHECK YOUR CHANGE before you leave. They are making money (stealing) from customers.

Friendly and efficient staff. Good place for a quick car service (oil, oil filter and air cleaner, though other than the oil, the service parts a tad pricier than the market price. The mini market/store prices for stuff exorbitantly high.... Java next to the station, convinient but parking os limited, even with the addtional parking o the side where kingsway tyres is.

This station has prejudice against motorcyclists, who are also motorists. After waiting at a pump for almost 10 minutes, calling various attendants including the supervisors, they're all dismissive. I see complaints going back 6 months that weren't responded to, pointing to a systemic and cultural problem at this station.

The Total energies Mbagathi is right at the end of Mbagathi way, service was slow but the attendants were friendly. When my receipt read Statehouse I questioned the attendants why the name. I got to know the station belongs to the former president's family. That was good knowledge.

Their car wash is horrible. Apparently normal wash doesn't include washing the inside properly. Only wiping the dashboard to remove dust. You have to pay for vacuuming and also pay for air pressure.

I'm Happy with the service Total provides. I don't use any other Stations except Total or Shell! Would say prices of fuel could be cheaper, but I'm not complaining, they are quite cheap than most.

Great service but along the busy Mbagathi Road so it's rather busy. There's Pizza Inn, Creamy Inn and Chicken Inn here and a convenience store. It's pretty standard but good service.

Services offered are pretty good and the attendants are nice, java house helps to freshen you up with some coffee or drink of your choice, the service station is also pretty good

Bad fuel, fueled twice and my engine was straining - performance was bad immediately after and gauge took almost 10 minutes to raise and not by much. I would not recommend it

Usual Total petrol station with the standard services such as a lube station, service bay and a tyre centre. It's currently undergoing renovation works but remains open.

Through the years service has been good but the recent upgrade has really improved the customer experience with the Java and car service stations. Good work

Service levels have deteriorated. I went around 3-3.30pm, and I was kept waiting as they did stock taking. No staff offered any explanation or apology.

It was great but now it's always full because of the Java next to it. Rarely will you drive in and find a station available.

Only stopped off to buy cigarettes, bit forecourt was clean & shop staff were very pleasant, well mannered & efficient.

Average gas station. It does get busy and often in the evening you have to wait to refuel.

The car wash guys there can be very crafty, avoid those additional works they suggest.
