I am writing this review to share my shocking and utterly disappointing experience at Total Energies Panorama car wash. I cannot emphasize enough how much of a waste of time and money this place turned out to be. The services offered here are rushed and subpar, leaving your vehicle only half cleaned and leaving you feeling robbed and disrespected. From the moment I stepped onto the premises, I was greeted by unfriendly staff members who seemed completely uninterested in providing quality service. Their lack of professionalism was evident as they haphazardly attended to their duties, clearly showing no pride in their work. It was disheartening to see them handle other customers' vehicles with such disregard, as if they had no respect for other people's property. I entrusted my precious car to this establishment, hoping for a thorough and meticulous cleaning. Instead, I received a half-hearted attempt at washing, which left visible dirt and grime in various places. The rush job was evident in the water spots, streaks, and uncleaned areas, leaving me utterly dismayed and questioning the competence of the staff. The manager's attitude was no better than that of the staff. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, they were dismissive and unresponsive, refusing to take responsibility for the shoddy work and complete lack of customer service. This level of arrogance and unprofessionalism is unacceptable, and it reflects poorly on the owner, who seems to have turned a blind eye to the appalling standards at this car wash. I believe it is crucial for the owner to wake up and address the glaring issues within their establishment. The blatant disrespect for customers' time, money, and property is a reflection of the entire business and leaves me with no choice but to warn others about the nightmare that awaits them at Total Energies Panorama. In conclusion, I wouldn't wish this deplorable car wash experience on anyone. I genuinely feel that giving this place a 1-star rating would be too generous. Avoid Total Energies Panorama at all costs if you value your hard-earned money, time, and, most importantly, the condition of your vehicle. Let's spread the word and hold businesses like this accountable for their unprofessionalism and disregard for customers. Together, we can encourage improvement and demand better service for our community of car owners.

Rather be careful when you buy fuel here. I was here today around 18h15 and needed to quickly get some fuel and be on my way. Asked for R100 (just to get by) checked the pump reading when I left and drove off. Just to realize that my fuel gauge didn't move at all. Thought something was probably wrong with my car. Drove a bit and the fuel gauge dropped more. After my last stop I wanted to fill up but then decided to buy R100 again at a different garage. Obviously made sure this time to check the pump reading before and after. Fuel gauge looked much better this time around. Moral of the story: always check that the petrol attendant is actually putting fuel into your vehicle. Lesson leart, never going back to this particular garage ever and will warn people to stay away. Tough times doesn't justify theft.

Total - waste of time and money, Asked for a wash and go and basically ended up with a rinse. Places were missed entirely on the body, wheel arches and rims. The so called manager Dilan Patel sat in the corner and remained seated even after i exited the vehicle and showed my disapproval and only got up once I entered the shop He then claimed not all marks come off and perhaps the vehicle should be polished. He did offer to refund my money, But not before telling me I'm being unreasonable. The vehicle is less than two years old and I normally wash it myself without any marks remaining. I will not be returning anytime soon, Disgusted!!!

I got a quote from the repair place at behind the Total, they want to charge me R30k to replace my clutch. The official dealership quote was less than half of that. Please save your money and do not use this service center. He removed the gearbox to check what was wrong with the car before he gave us the quote thereby forcing us to use his services as we could then no longer move the car without immense effort. Enjoy a good laugh as you read the quote attached (they sent a blurry copy - sorry). Will post an update in the future as all unfolds.

I've been coming to this car wash for over 2 years and it's gone from ok to terrible. I got the usual mini valet R120 for a double cab. Images are AFTER I brought a few dirty spots to the attention of the 'supervisor'. I pointed out the handbrake was full of crumbs and dust in the leather and the front seat untouched. It too was nit wiped or vacuumed. The back of the canopy has dirt spots too, aka - areas untouched by a cloth and soap. He didnt even look at what I was saying, just pointed at the guy to come fix it.

Very dissapointed. Paid R120 for a mini valet on my singke cab bakkie. Cant even say it was a job half done. I left the vehicle with them so that they were not pressurized into finishing. Well windscreen inside I had to clean myself. Dashboard was half done. The rear of my bakkie was not even swept out nevermind washed. Pics attached. I used to have such faith for this car wash but no longer will I make use of thier services and its not like I stay around the corner. Very dissapointed.

I always come here for the car wash. I have spoken to the manager multiple times too. So now having to do complaints here. The car wash takes forever. Why because 1 person is doing the wash whilst 10 are waiting for work at the vaccuum bay, it's sad that a manager can't manage the staff... Get more on the wash as it is more time consuming! How does that not make sense? I do hope the owner see my post, he is losing clients because of this. The manager that is here currently is useless.

I do not recommend the car wash at this garage. I drove away with my car still dirty in many places after pointing out that the staff had missed a number of spots. They ‘attempted’ to rectify if but just ended smudging dirt around further on my rims and not rectifying any of the other spots they missed. Their prices are very good but, unfortunately, the same can’t be said for the workmanship at this establishment.

Service is good. The staff is friendly and have no complaints when filling my car or getting something from the shop. The car wash was excellent but they are slacking a bit with the quality and missing few spots. Now the 2nd time I saw that they have missed a spot or 2. Also don't be the last car to wash for the day... They will rush to finish up with your car because they don't want to work a minute overtime.

It feels like ghere is more disappointments then compliment reviews about their car wash...and sadly I have to concur with the disappointments I was blown away with the attendants just ignoring me pointing out the bad service I got for the R100 "mini valet". On the other hand what do you expect for a R100 mini valet is a decent job but instead received a dust off. I told them they will never see me again

I work close by and basically ONLY fill up at this place, as it is always clean, tidy and friendly service. Pity about the female employee sitting behind the till in the shop last night after 7pm when I was there. She was rude and unfriendly. She definitely harms your business and is the reason people will start to use other service stations nearby. Otherwise keep up the good work!

An absolute HORRIBLE disappointment today at their car wash R140 for my car to come back FILTHY. When I complained the owner was rude and said ' just go put oil on her dashboard' no apology NOTHING! Don't take your car here you'll only end up wasting your money and having a filthy car. You mr Owner and your staff need a massive wake up call. This is NOT how you run a business.

Car repair place at total tried to steal money from me. Starter was faulty and they said it needed to be replaced. Then told me that my engin seized and told me they will charge me 30k to fox it. I got suspicious and immediately towed my vehicle to some one else. They foxed the starter for under 3k and the car is perfect. Do not do business with these guys. Very unethical.

The car wash is quick and cheap if your car isn’t so dirty. Don’t expect them to clean off much more than the dust though. They basically just wipe everything, no elbow grease. They also missed quite a few spots on my car, especially with vacuuming! Still, quite cheap if you need a quick wipe down!

Car wash an absolute disgrace. Daylight robbery. Paid R140 for a mini valet and my car was left filthy inside. Such a pity because petrol attendants side is so nice but because of this horrible experience with car wash management I will no longer support this service station

The car wash has gone down completely; seems that there are less staff each time and the wash is taking longer each time. My last visit was just short of 2hrs with only 3 cars ahead of me in the queue. The final product isn't as good as it used to be on the Gold wash :/

Small petrol station. Does the job. Though when I asked if there is a bathroom i can use I was very rudely just handed the key before the lady walked away again. I had to ask again for where the bathroom actually is. The bathroom is not marked at all.

Extremely disappointed in the car wash service. Left with my car still dirty on the inside. Cup holders and center console was not even wiped. When I complained I received the response “yeah but your car was very dirty”. Would not recommend.

Go out of my way to fill up here only because the fuel attendants are such a pleasure to deal with and they’ve all been working there for a while. They obviously treat their staff well. Not nice that they selling cars on the corner tho.

Hope I am the only one. Same amount of petrol from this particular petrol station gives 80km less range compares other stations. Maybe my car hates their petrol?

Had a flat tyre and the attendant, out of his own came and helped me and plugged my tyre! Thank you for the amazing service!
