We sat at the car wash for 3 hours!!! How is this acceptable?! There are only two guys, both equally slow. Near the end there were so many cars waiting to be cleaned on the inside that the one washing had to stop what he was busy with and come help, even though he had cars waiting to be washed... this is really not sustainable.
