Found this car wash conveniently located near my home without brushes and both times have been issues. First time I put $5 in the machine and had a hole in the hose and couldn’t use. Luckily the guy who owned it saw me having trouble and apologized and hooked me up with a wash…… BUT today 10/20/21 I come back and put $3 in the car wash and NOTHING!!! Doesn’t work at all….then I try to google the place and walk around looking for a number to call but NOTHING!! Who owns this place and when you have a problem there should be a phone number posted so customers are taken care of and don’t lose their money!!! This is definitely the LAST TIME I WILL STOP HERE!!! Sad part is you put your money in and you are taking a chance!!!! This should be fixed and handled!! Totally not okay.

The Kooler ice machine at this location does not work properly. With cash payment the machine will not dispense change. Also the ice misses the bag and dumps the ice in the shute and on the ground. This has happened to me twice and have talked with others that have had the same problem. There is no contact number to call for assistance. The 800 number is not a good number. I'm thinking the person that owns this car wash owns the ice machine too. I have left notes on the machine informing them of the problems and they have not been fixed. I don't like being ripped off and will not use this car wash or ice machine again.

There is no way to wash your car for the $2 to start charge. I put four dollars in and wasn’t able to finish rinsing my car and I worked my behind off trying to get the job done as quickly as I could and I have a compact car. This car wash sucks it’s going to cost you 6-10 dollars to clean your car. For another 5 dollars I’ll go down to the Beaches car wash let them do it inside and out because they will do a perfect job every time. Don’t waste your money because if the owner cared about what people were saying, he would respond to all the negative commons about this place.

Omg I was ready to get my washed. The car wash took my money and wouldn't come on. I called the number that was posted. Got a quick response. The gentleman answered and was so ready to help. He said that no one had called with any issues. Asked if would give him a moment and could he called right back. Long story short, he came to my location, within a short period of time, gave me my money back and a free car wash. Now that's service that's what I'm talking about

Paid 10 bucks at the automatic car wash and it quit working half way, leaving my car all soapy. It was my second time here and it didn’t work the first time either, but I feel like an idiot giving this joke of a carwash a second chance. The owner/s of this place know exactly what’s going on...they don’t maintain the machines but they sure do LOVE collecting that CASH! Their business model looks like it was designed by a bunch of methheads!

I'd been using this carwash for a while and it was fine but I am not sure what's happened the past 2 or 3 months. The touchless wash never works, called to complain and the owner never sent the free codes he promised. Waited a month to give it time to get fixed but nothing. I came through today, the carwash took my money but I just sat there with a green and red light with nothing happening. 3 strikes, you're out bud

Worst place I’ve EVER been. Firs off the card price is twice as much as the coin price and the pressure washer is completely useless I had more pressure in my shower this morning. The foam brush gives you nothing for foam and scratched my car it just sucks I had to wipe down my car after using both and I might as well have washed it by hand. I was going to use the vacuums but I’ll pass and just go some place else

Cash only on vacuums/shampoo machine yet the car wash itself accepts cards. Spent $6 on carpet shampoo machine - quite frankly it just does not work. All the pictures on the machine show these big foamy bubbles like you'd expect right? Nope - this thing just spits about half a teaspoon of cleaning concentrate every 20 seconds creating no foam and just a bunch of spotty puddles.

Went this past Sunday. Took my $, sprayed some pink stuff on the car, power-washed the side panels, then stopped working. Went to the regular wash booth to ribs the soap off, it only registered half the quarters I put in. Never again. And who owns this place so I can try and get my money back? $10 for the "wash" and another $6 in quarters for 3 minutes of water.

Visited carwash on 4/23/2020. Paid $15 for ultimate wash. Machine never started. This seems like basic theft if my money is not returned. In a time where every cent counts that much more and hours at work are either non existent or hard to come by I feel this poor practice. I fully expect the owner of this company to make this right.

It was ok. My only complaint is that I put a $20 in the change dispenser and only received $5 worth of quarters back then the red service light came on so I’m assuming it ran out of change. Looked for a number to call or someone managing it and nothing so now I’m out $15 bucks. I would’ve given it five stars had this not happened.

The touch free car wash does a decent job. The only negative take away is the vacuum areas are always extremely soiled with the trash overflowing. The vacuums work great and the air fresheners are good. The change machine works well and the vending options are great. The manual wash stations are efficient and work well.

I have given up on #touchfreecarwash. Often no soap, I have to check the lot before I drive in for screws or nails - I have called 3 times and no one returns my calls. The wash is $2 but you get what you pay for. Mayport and Beach Avenue are much nicer, and owners there obviously care about their business.

I've used this car wash in the past and have not had any problems and a couple months ago I went to use it and no soap came out and the timer seemed fast. Spent 12 dollars and still had a dirty vehicle. Used it again a month ago and the same outcome. Sad it was a good place to wash. Will not return!!

The hose was broke and I didn't know so when u started it got soak and wet before work. Bad experience with this one but the touch free machine is the only thing that works well. Don't wast money in vacuums. I've lost money in all the vacuums having faith that one day it might actually work …

Ruined my son's car paint by leaving conditioner spots on the car. We took it to Maaco to ask what we can do and they said he either has to spend money to get it detailed or buy compound and do it himself. Now instead of a $5 car wash, he had to buy $65 worth of products to fix it himself.

Never, and I mean never, is this carwash fully functional except of course for the CC reader. I have paid for over a dozen washes throughout the years and not one was complete. Either no soap or no pressure, sometimes even neither. Clearly I am the idiot in this business relationship. :(

Ditto... Broken car wash machine. Only thing that works is its credit card device. Vacuum exhaust not cleaned and smells like cigarette smoke from other cars. I learned my lesson and went to the Exxon station next door... Cheaper, works better and there are people there if things go bad.

The first time I went in Jan. 2018 the touch free car wash only washed one side of my car due to the soap dispenser not working on the right side. The second time I went the vacuums barely had any suction. It spit rocks back into my car. Don't waste your money on the wash or vaccum!

Washed my 2 month old 2019 Corolla here in the automatic wash. Spent 15.00 on the ultimate wash. Car was just as dirty after as it was before the wash. Waste of 15.00 I could still write my name in the dust/pollen which is what i paid to have removed. Dont waste your money here!!!!!

Your spot free rinse literally did not rinse anything. It sprayed pre wash, tri soap, wax & and nothing got rinsed. Just your machine circling my vehicle with no water spraying out. So you got my money on the auto and more money to pull in your bay and rinse off. Trash.

Was just getting a car wash and it stopped not even half way through wash only the front half of my car and left soap all over it, paid 8$ and I'm pissed..... if there was a zero star option that's what I would give. Something is always messed up here.

Clean car for under $3! Used the self service spray and tire brush for a pollen washing. A few quick wipes of the chrome and mirrors and some tire shine brings it back to showroom looks. Not bad for 10 quarters in the machine.

Machine took my dollar and wouldn't accept anymore bills. I tried the card reader as well and it also wouldn't register my card. If you come to wash your car bring quarters they are the only thing that would work for me.

I paid $8, but car wash didn't work properly, quitting after about 20 seconds and spitting soap on one side of my car. I drove around the wash about 3 or 4 times to find a contact number, but none exists. So ridiculous!

The machine doesn't work properly. Words were hard to read and even after making a selection nothing happened. My car didn't get wash and I ultimately ended up going elsewhere. Don't waste your time, save your money.

This car wash NEVER TAKES our card! You better have cash just in case. The only reason we come here is because this is a touch less wash! No issues with how I washes. Just stupid that it won’t take our card!

This was a total waste of money!! The vacuum hose BARELY had ANY suction and I was forced to finish out the time with this substandard machine. It bare moved the dirt on the car's floor. I won't be back!!

This place is a hit or miss, except the automatic wash. Sometimes every product is stocked and everything works, but usually one or more things will be wrong which never results in a proper wash.

High quality car wash! Only reason it wasn't 5 stars was because the bill acceptor was pretty beat up and i wasn't sure it would take my cash... Other than that i highly recommend it!

I went to this car wash and put in $15 cash, it took my money but it didn't work. The owner I believe his name is Mark Kramer refuses to answer the phone or return calls.

Card reader wouldn’t work. Then ate my $5 bill and wouldn’t give it back in change. There’s no phone number to call or contact info for help.

Owner was there on site and making sure everything was running smoothly, the car wash was stocked with everything you need. highly recommend.
