Stephon did an excellent job on my car that was in a desperate need of a thorough wash! I couldn't believe how shiny my car was - absolutely spotless. He went above and beyond. The whole experience was seamless - it's super convenient to just drop off my car in the morning, then pick up a clean car after work. There is great communication between the garage staff and the car wash staff. The customer app also works really well. The addition of TouchUp Car Wash to Gotham Garage was a great move. Will definitely use this service again!!!

Absolutely amazing service!!! The guy that came arrived very prompt although my booking was last minute. He checked the notes prior to arrival and stayed a little longer just to ensure all of my needs were met. He let me know every step of the way what he was doing as well as what I should do in the future to help upkeep my car. This was my first time using the company and it will definitely not be my last! It was an amazing experience. The staff will send pictures to double check with me for details and would provide free additional care (carpet shampoo) as it was my first time washing here. I would really recommend people to stop by and give it a try. (Here is a comparsion before and after)
