The owner, Muntasir, is very responsive and goes above and beyond to make this trip special. The tour guides were great as well. For instance, my guide in Sreemangal, Titu, was very eager to make the day unforgettable for me. I was keen on visiting the tea gardens and get a few good shots, so we spent extra time here.
